arrived at the door at 6:49pm, and the rude ass guard wouldn't let us in. their hours say they close at 7. my boyfriend and i knew exactly what we wanted. just two tshirts we already selected from their website. we would have been out of their in 4 minutes tops. My son has been a Supreme follower for years. We have been to the stores in NYC and LA several times but I have to say that this so far has been my favorite Supreme Store! The staff was super friendly and helpful which is not always the case at Supreme. The store is beautiful, I like that it's bright and bigger than both LA and NYC. I recently went to this store coming in from Stockton about a hour and 20 mins away from SF. When we arrived we walked up to the door where two associates asked us to get in line (there was nobody in line). As soon as we got to the tape they then let us in right away. we had to walk clockwise around the store and follow the tape (not a problem) the guy helping us was great not on our backs but followed us around in case we needed anything. We ended up spending $400 on apparel and the cashier was great in assisting us as well , asking us questions about our day. When we left the store my girlfriend decided she wanted a shirt in there that she wasn't sure if she wanted at the moment . We went to the car dropped of our bag of stuff we got and arrived back at the doors at 6:40 where there was still no line and were told they were closed , but closing was listed at 7pm. (Still had 20 minutes). We told the man at the door "we were just here We just want to grab 1 shirt , I know exactly which one it is we will be quick" he then responded very rude "yeah yeah people tell me that all the time they take forever in the store". He was repeatedly disrespectful and rude when talking to us and we had plenty of time to grab 1 shirt. It's really hard to give a good review when the whole experience in there just felt uncomfortable. It's not hard to be nice to people. All I asked was for a size of a specific hoodie, and they made me feel like shit just for asking. like, I'm literally trying to buy something. Do you want my money or not? I was the only customer in there at the time and there were 2-3 staff members just talking amongst each other. I had to help myself. The person working the register was honestly the only person doing their job, but was still rude. they told me "next time, ASK one of the people working the floor for a size so they can get it for you." I was confused, because I DID ask one of the people working the floor for a size, and had me waiting 20 minutes until I grew impatient and took matters in my own hands. I went in a couple days ago with only $100 not expecting to get much but I went in and was really happy with the selection. Being able to find a lot of things that were sold out and more on StockX or Grailed was good to find. I had a couple different employees come up to me a help me and the staff was very helpful. This is the worst clothing store I've ever shopped at in my life. I came here to buy a hoodie for my son for his Christmas gift. I went to the store and was happy there isn't a line to get in. When I got inside I FaceTime my son so he can see their merchandise. He wanted to see the red half zip fleece hoodie so I took one from the top shelf to show it to him then I put it back. One of their employees named Jordan came over and told me that if I wanted to see something that I should ask someone instead of taking from the shelf. This would have been ok if he said it nicely but instead he said it in an angry tone. He added by saying that's why they had some on the hanger for that purpose. I said I'm sorry. I didn't know I could not touch the ones on the shelf. Then he repeated him self again in not a very nice tone. So I went to the other side to look at the pants. He followed me and repeated himself again. My son on FaceTime heard it and he said wow how rude is he. I told Jordan that he is very rude to me. Then I went to say that I was going to buy something but changed my mind because their customer service is very poor. Then he said I don't have to buy anything. What kind of comment is that??? He is telling me in a rude way that I don't have to buy anything??? Seriously??? This is the kind of customer service this person is providing in a store that is supposedly very popular?? I told him I want to speak to a manager because I did not appreciate they way he is treating me as his customer. The manager came. His name is Stevie. Instead of apologizing for the actions of his rude employee he is just as rude as him. I'm thinking to myself this place is operated by a bunch of people with no customer service skills!! I was in town 2 weeks ago and wanted to check out the Supreme store in SF. You do need an appointment to go inside this location however I lucked out and when I arrived there was no customers in the store. Everyone was wearing face mask and my boyfriend and I were asked to sanitize our hands. As we were excited to get our shopping on the store associate trailed behind us less than 6 foot distance. He explained that he HAD to oversee our entire visit and we had to see the store in the rotation it was set up..so a move it along type of situation. Kinda a bummer when you want to stop and check out the art or go back and see a piece again. I said we would call for him if we had any questions or wanted to pull anything off the racks but he insisted his presence behind us was necessary. We were the only customers in the store and there were 2 security guards plus other store associates who could keep an eye on us and let us shop in peace.
