    Veggie plate

10/10 would highly recommend. Pleasant customer service Clean environment Nicely designed Food outstanding! No complaints. Which is hard to come by as a vegetarian when eating out. We had the veggie plate (pictured), grape leaves, chicken and beef plate, chicken plate, and lentil soup. Will definitely be back!

This restaurant is a true hidden gem tucked away in a small plaza. The food is absolutely incredible! I ordered the chef's platter, which was more than enough to feed three people. It also came with soup and several side dishes. Though the restaurant is small, it offers plenty of seating for both large and small groups. When you walk in, you order at the front, and the food is brought to your table if you choose to dine in. This place deserves more attention--great food, huge portions, and incredibly reasonable prices. It's definitely a fantastic find!

This was about our 6th visit and the food is always fresh and delicious! I always get the gyro plate and my husband gets the beef shwarma or supreme plate. The falafel appetizer was a big hit as well. Employees are very friendly every time and we have had no issues. We love the wooden plates, lentil soups, and the over all vibe. One critique is that the music videos play a little too loudly for the quiet dining room ambiance. Not taking off a star for that though because if it bothered us that much, we would get our dinners to go. Honestly ,we love this place very much and will continue to patron couple times a month!

I was sooo excited to try this place out, but unfortunately they missed the mark. I got my food to go, and it came out relatively fast. The restaurant itself was honestly really loud for me since they seem to play music behind the fish tank, and boy, are their speakers strong. It is counter service, and if you choose to eat it in the restaurant, they will walk your food over to you. I got the chicken shawarma plate, and for $17, it was a decent amount of food. The chicken though was super dry; a lot of it was really tough, so it unfortunately didn't make eating it too enjoyable. It also didn't feel like it had enough seasoning, so it tasted a bit bland. I made a makeshift sandwich out of the pita they gave with it, and if you eat it all together with a ton of the hummus, the flavour redeems itself. But... at that point, I think I'd get the chicken shawarma wrap instead (about $9, so half the price). My partner got the beef shawarma wrap, and that was better in terms of flavour, but still not great.

Food was fresh and delicious. It has great portions too. I like that the sandwiches come with complimentary side soup!

This place is located on the SE corner of Ray and Rural where TurkDish used to be. They have a lot of signage saying they are highly rated and have the best chicken shawarma. If you look at the photos posted on 4/18/2023 of the falafel wrap and chicken shawarma wrap and compare it to my photos, there is quite a difference. My wraps were very thin. The taste was ok but not the best in Chandler in my opinion. The side of gyro meat was pretty good. The cilantro jalapeño hummus was not very spicy. The workers are friendly and the place is clean. Overall it was ok but my impression is not as high as some of the other reviewers.

    Side of Chicken Shawarma

I was excited to try this place. I had seen it in the news at one point. What a disappointment. The gyro plate is ok, you get like 10 fries with it...not even joking. The gyro is average at best. Far better places in the valley. They charge you $1.50 for a tiny side of taziki lol. Ok. We also ordered the side of chicken shawarma. It claims it comes with beans rice and a pita. It does not. It comes with nothing apparently. And the chicken was very fatty. And it was super, super dry. We didn't get the sodas that were supposed to come with the order either. We won't be going back unfortunately.

I go where the Yelpers lead me. Usually I am very pleased. It's counter service. Which I'm not fond of. But it certainly, alone, won't affect my review. The interior is plane. Like a grade school cafeteria. Service was friendly-ish. And they do clean the tables beteeen customers. When you sit down, you get a small bowl of chickpea soup. It was excellent. The food came out quickly. I had chicken shawarma and hubs had the beef shawarma. They meats were well done. Think cedar chip consistency. Good flavoring. Loved the white sauce. Not sure it was tzatziki. The salad was great. The rice was good. Not a fan of their hummus.

Green Corner- It's Tucked away in a strip mall in Chandler, this Mediterranean restaurant is all it's hyped up to be. Customer service was excellent--friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The dining area was clean and well maintained, with spotless tables and restrooms, which always makes a great first impression. We ordered two chicken shawarma plates: one with fries and hummus, and the other with salad and rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the fries were crisp and well-spiced, and the hummus was smooth and delicious. We also tried the C1 combo Arabic style, which came with half chicken, half beef, and two sides. Both proteins were excellent, and the garlic sauce was a standout--we absolutely loved it. We couldn't help but notice many other customers enjoying salads, all of which looked fresh and generously topped with crisp vegetables. Portion sizes across the board were very good, leaving us satisfied with some to go. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Everything looked soooo appetizing on the menu and since I was going to meal prep this week, the Al Sham Chicken Combo caught my eye. The kofta was great as well but would definitely come back more for their shawarmas but it's definitely the best bang for your buck I also got some baba ganoush on the side to dip my fries in but unfortunately, I thought the baba ganoush was too lemony/there was too much sumac added so it wasn't as enjoyable. Most baba ganoush I've tasted in my hometown also had a smokey flavor to it from the eggplant so it really couldn't compare.

It is a restaurant with a mini market which makes it feel so authentic. However, upon my first visit I didn't really look around the market but I did purchase a zero calorie Salaam cola which tasted exactly like Coca Cola. I ordered chicken shawarma plate and for appetizers I got the falafels. I started with the falafels and they were surprisingly not dry at all. I was not sure what kind of sauce it was served with but it paired well with it. The plate portion size is no joke...Everything on the plate had a huge portion size: the salad, hummus, rice, and meat...all of them...Every bite with the yogurt sauce was flavorful. And then I tried a bite with hummus, rice, chicken and the sauce...wombo combo flavors. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish all of it so I had to take a to go box home. On my next visit I ordered the beef shawarma plate and I was not disappointed at all. After finishing with an empty plate, I walked around the mini market. I noticed there was allot of Middle Eastern food, candies, and drinks. I really enjoyed my Salaam cola on my first visit but they did not have the zero calorie version in stock...I did research on the brand and I found that they created the cola to provide aid to countries like (free)Palestine and Yemen which I deeply support. Besides the food, I also saw keffiyehs on display which I liked as well. Overall, I rate this place a strong 10/10. I will come back to try other entrees and desserts like their baklava cheesecake. The counter area looks more like an advertisement for other establishments...stickers, ads, coupons, notes and all sorts of motley items. The man who I think was doing three jobs in one (host, order taker, bathroom attendant) took my order and walked away. No friendly hello or enthusiasm of any kind. Once I took my seat I watched several people use their store just for the bathroom in the back...the back where there's no door separating the dining area vs. kitchen vs. warehouse vs. bathroom. People were standing in a line to use the restroom a foot from where my food was being made. I ordered a simple gyro sandwich with rice. The sandwich was pretty straight-forward: gyro slices, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki. When it arrive, there was no sign of tomatoes or onion...just different shades of brown drowning in too much tzatziki. I eventually found several onions and one tiny tomato underneath all the meat. Underneath...what a poor presentation. The rice was okay...nothing special. There was nothing here that would draw me back. Having several other Mediterranean food options within miles that I do enjoy has relegated this place to 'in emergency break glass' status.
