I found Active Power Wash on the Next Door app and here on Yelp. I sent them a text requesting their service and heard back in a timely manner. Communication was quick clear and consistent. I had questions regarding any additives that would be used beyond water. The answer was specific and appropriate for the job and surfaces. We arranged a date and time for the service. On the morning of the service Shaun text me that he would be at my home at the agreed time. He arrived on time. After a brief greeting we walked around my home as he asked if there was any damaged areas and areas that I had concerns about. He then got his equipment out and gave a rinse to my plants and herbs near my home before doing the power wash. He then took his time to wash the siding and skirting giving extra attention to dirty stain spots. He adjusted the width of the spray thus adjusting the intensity of the power wash. Once he finished the wash he again rinsed my plants and herbs to remove any overspray of the cleaning solution used on my home. We then walked the job again with his asking if I was pleased with the results and if there were any areas I wanted him to redo. I told him his work exceeded my expectations and that I was very pleased with his work and his approach to me his customer. I highly recommend Active Power Wash
