My husband got a grilled steak bowl and I got the "lit" poke bowl. It was labeled as spicy but I didn't think it was. It was very good though! The regular size was enough for me to eat dinner and take some home too. They offer Stubborn sodas (sweetened w Agave) in addition to other Pepsi products and specialty drinks like ramune! You can also get fun snacks, candies and stickers added to your order too. The restaurant has a bunch of games on the wall and video games to play (at no cost) while you wait and eat your food so it made for a fun and interactive date night! We have been here before and the food is typically very tasty however on this occasion it simply was disappointing. The chicken was hard and chewy, the bowl had very hard rice and dried out fish (salmon amd tuna). We unfortunately stopped in for pickup or would have sent the order back. Want to emphasize that weve been here before and was tasty! The food today just wasnt good and gave the impression it was no where near being fresh so we didnt eat it . Came here to try the mac n cheese burrito. The only option was to make it deep-fried, which honestly ruined it. Every bite raised my blood pressure by about 15 points. It also came with bacon bits inside, which I didn't see advertised anywhere on the menu. I ordered a poke bowl just in case I didn't like it, and that was very good. As a UCF Alumni, I've been coming to SusHI Eatstation for years. It's my favorite poke bowl spot of all time. For some reason this location doesn't hit as good as the one right by UCF, but I'm very nostalgic and I was closer to East Colonial today. This location today for some reason took forever to just make a single roll. Which is a little upsetting. They changed up the interior to make it more appealing for their target market and added a board game wall and a gaming consule station in the middle of the enterance which is a cute touch. I built a poke bowl with white rice, tuna, salmon and spicy krab, then added cucumber, mango, scallions, pickled ginger, tempura flakes and nori seasoning. The fish tasted fresh, the toppings were generous, and the smoky Fire Sauce brought everything together with a nice kick. I also tried the panko-crusted sushi burrito, which was huge, crispy outside and surprisingly refreshing inside. We had a friend come back into town for a visit. She had moved away from Orlando, and one of the things that she missed the most were these deep fried sushi burritos. So every time she comes back for a visit, we inevitably come to a Sus-Hi Eatstation for one of our meals. We had never been to this location before, so we thought we'd explore a little bit. Loved the location. Being so close to the Mills 50 intersection is prime real estate. Ambiance was the coolest I've seen in one of these. Video game station, board games to play, nerd art for sale everywhere. Really neat. Service was fine. There's no real service anymore, as Sus-Hi's have gone to the kiosk, so meal accuracy is always high, but it just stinks, taking away that human element. The speed of the meal was questionable, but I also realize that the four of us all ordered fried elements, and they probably only have so many fryers back there. But anyway, when the food itself got out to us, it was the same excellent quality that Sus-Hi always puts out. The burrito was fried to perfection. Such a perfect crisp on the outside, not greasy at all, and through some ninja sorcery, all of the fillings stay held in place solidly, no shifting or spillage. A modern feat of engineering. I also got to try one of their cold noodle bowls, which is one of my favorite items of theirs right now. Those cold noodles hold on to the sauces very well, but don't absorb them too much, muting their flavor, so you get a lot of flavor in every bite. Add in some tempura fried proteins to get some great texture in your meal. Love that Triple X sauce. Overall, I've had a love-hate relation with Sus-Hi over the years, but I just can't quit them. My bowl didn't photo perfectly, but it was a very tasty chilled noodle bowl topped with spicy salmon, grilled chicken and all the vegetables and toppings I could want! Pros: Location is great. Right in the Mills 50 area. Very central and convenient. The inside is also great. Probably the best inside of one of these franchises I've ever seen. Bright murals everywhere, nerd art for sale everywhere, and board games you came play! Food was the same, great quality it always is. My daughter and I both ordered the small build your own cold noodle bowls, which included two proteins. They were the perfect size for lunch! We loved being able to customize everything. I love the vibe in the place, the video games and the board games are such a nice addition. The food was good albeit overpriced. I got a poke bowl on the Uber eats BOGO deal for $29 or so and overall seemed like a decent price but only under the BOGO. The bowls were pretty good but the service was extremely slow. They had almost 4 people behind the counter but we must have waited with our group at least 20 minutes. We then ordered a sushi roll and that was an additional serious wait at that point. After hearing people at work talk about this place for weeks, it was time to see what all the fuss was about. I love sushi, especially when restaurants look for new ways to serve it! Once we walked inside we were immediately greeted and were able to check out the take home menus of their offerings. They even had TVs with game systems set up so we could play while we waited for our food, which was super cool! I especially loved the artwork that they had which showcased all their locations and nodded to some 90s cartoons. When you order your food you can punch everything in on the kiosks up at the front and pay with card. I ordered the garlic edamame, the chick-roll-a (because it has bacon of course), and my friend ordered the kickin chicken burrito. I loved my roll and edamame! I felt like it was just enough to fill me without being overstuffed. My friend enjoyed the burrito as well, despite its size. The krab rangoons are so good here as well! They came out nice and fresh so we were burning our mouths but couldn't help scarfing them down Sus Hi is a cool spot, although their menu might not be for everyone, I really enjoyed it! I paid $13 for just 7 small pieces of sushi -- and they weren't even regular-sized pieces. The rice wasn't sticky at all, it was watery, which I didn't think was even possible for sushi. I also got 5 crab rangoons and ended up paying $24 in total. This is by far the most expensive sushi I've ever had, and unfortunately, it wasn't worth the price. Inside was very clean with plenty of seats and even a gaming station in the middle. So the food was on the pricier side but you get plenty if you order a regular bowl. We've driven by this place quite a few times and decided to pop in for lunch after a work out recently. The vibe inside is very well thought out and there's something to admire just about everywhere you look from anime merchandise, sushi decor and even a cozy seating area complete with couches, gaming consoles and flat screens to put your video game skills to the test while you wait for your food (I'm sure you can play after dining as well). Very nice thoughtful touch that sets them apart from other similar spots! When you place your order, you're able to do the entire thing virtually without ever speaking to an employee. It's a bit of a lengthy process but that might just be due to the fact that it was my first time. It's a little on the pricier side here compared to other restaurants where you "create your own" poke bowl, but the portions are generous. So keep that in mind when placing your order.. because if you order the "large" create your own bowl, you better have brought your appetite because it is massive! I found the ingredients and fish (I had tuna & salmon) to be extremely fresh and flavorful. This is certainly one of the better spots for a poke bowl in this area. The food is good, however there was a sign on all the kiosks that said us code "bday" for you buy one get half off entrees. The code didn't work and when we asked the staff about it, they said those signs are from weeks ago and no longer work. You should not advertise a deal on registers that is outdated and then when asked if there is another deal just answer "no" and leave it at that. I've eaten here a lot in the past but I'm disappointed this time. There are four people working but only one person is making food and somebody is standing in the back doing nothing.
