I have been to this location a hand full of of times, and while I still enjoyed my mean, it wasn't as good as it used to be. The tuna tasted a bit off and the rice was very dry. Maybe it was just an off night because it's normally very good. It did also take a bit longer than normal to get our order even though there was one person ahead of us. The atmosphere is fun and laid back with board games and old school video game systems available if you choose to dine in.

My boyfriend and I came in to order takeout and the service was friendly and pretty quick. The inside has a chill, laid-back vibe and seems like a good spot to hang out if you want to eat there. I got the mac & cheese bowl with fried chicken and it was definitely super flavorful and filling -- very comfort-food heavy in a good way. The only downside is it's really rich, so it's not the type of meal you feel great after eating lol, and it did upset my boyfriend's stomach a bit. But taste-wise, no complaints. Overall, fun place to try and I'd come back when I'm craving something indulgent.

As a UCF Alumni, I've been coming to SusHI Eatstation for years. It's my favorite poke bowl spot of all time. For some reason this location doesn't hit as good as the one right by UCF, but I'm very nostalgic and I was closer to East Colonial today. This location today for some reason took forever to just make a single roll. Which is a little upsetting. They changed up the interior to make it more appealing for their target market and added a board game wall and a gaming consule station in the middle of the enterance which is a cute touch. I love the mural on the wall that they recently painted as well. It all has a nice touch.

We had a friend come back into town for a visit. She had moved away from Orlando, and one of the things that she missed the most were these deep fried sushi burritos. So every time she comes back for a visit, we inevitably come to a Sus-Hi Eatstation for one of our meals. We had never been to this location before, so we thought we'd explore a little bit. Loved the location. Being so close to the Mills 50 intersection is prime real estate. Ambiance was the coolest I've seen in one of these. Video game station, board games to play, nerd art for sale everywhere. Really neat. Service was fine. There's no real service anymore, as Sus-Hi's have gone to the kiosk, so meal accuracy is always high, but it just stinks, taking away that human element. The speed of the meal was questionable, but I also realize that the four of us all ordered fried elements, and they probably only have so many fryers back there. But anyway, when the food itself got out to us, it was the same excellent quality that Sus-Hi always puts out. The burrito was fried to perfection. Such a perfect crisp on the outside, not greasy at all, and through some ninja sorcery, all of the fillings stay held in place solidly, no shifting or spillage. A modern feat of engineering. I also got to try one of their cold noodle bowls, which is one of my favorite items of theirs right now. Those cold noodles hold on to the sauces very well, but don't absorb them too much, muting their flavor, so you get a lot of flavor in every bite. Add in some tempura fried proteins to get some great texture in your meal. Love that Triple X sauce. Overall, I've had a love-hate relation with Sus-Hi over the years, but I just can't quit them. I'll be back. I always come back.

Pros: Location is great. Right in the Mills 50 area. Very central and convenient. The inside is also great. Probably the best inside of one of these franchises I've ever seen. Bright murals everywhere, nerd art for sale everywhere, and board games you came play! Food was the same, great quality it always is. Perfectly crispy wontons, perfectly fried sushi burrito, and the new noodle bowls they're doing now are probably my favorite thing in the store now. Cons: The service was a little slow this visit. We waited for a long time for our quick lunch. Tips: You can't go wrong with anything you order. I will say, any proteins that are an upcharge probably aren't worth it. It all kind of blends into the same thing under all the sauces.

Sus Hi Eatstation is an Orlando staple and a delicious, fresh stop for quick Asian favorites. My bowl didn't photo perfectly, but it was a very tasty chilled noodle bowl topped with spicy salmon, grilled chicken and all the vegetables and toppings I could want! The Colonial location of SusHi is casual and comfortable, with gacha machines and video game consoles available to play while you wait (or through your entire meal). The location in Millennia is closer to my home and will likely be more of my go-to but this location is fun, comfy and delicious!

I can't believe this was my first time stopping by Sus Hi Eatstation. I've driven past more times than I can recall. This is such a great spot! My daughter and I both ordered the small build your own cold noodle bowls, which included two proteins. They were the perfect size for lunch! We loved being able to customize everything. Since I mentioned it was our first time there, the manager did an awesome job of making us feel welcome and talking about their menu options and popular items. We dined in, and when our order was ready, she brought it to us -- so kind! The dining room was clean and bright (we sat by the windows up front). They have fun gaming consoles with couches as well. I'll definitely be stopping by again!

I love the vibe in the place, the video games and the board games are such a nice addition. The food was good albeit overpriced. I got a poke bowl on the Uber eats BOGO deal for $29 or so and overall seemed like a decent price but only under the BOGO. The bowls were pretty good but the service was extremely slow. They had almost 4 people behind the counter but we must have waited with our group at least 20 minutes. We then ordered a sushi roll and that was an additional serious wait at that point. The roll was delicious, it was the teriyaki chicken roll with the triple X sauce. Absolutely amazing but im not sure id come again with the wait.

It was not for me. The place seems fun though! The food was ok, maybe not my style of food and the food service took a bit.

Love Sus Hi! I eat here probably 3x a month. It's an easy "yes" for my boyfriend & I. I am vegetarian and I love their build your own bowls. They have fresh ingredients and great sauce choices too, even vegan sauce options! Service isn't very quick but it's worth the wait. Staff are nice. Fun little casual food spot with good food, fun drinks, local art and lots of games.

Really good and convenient spot to get sushi bowls and other sushi delicacies. I usually get a ball but this last time I got one of their sushi burritos that was fried and it was really delicious. Overall, this place is very good quality. Sometimes they forget the sauces but they always try to make it right. Would highly recommend to anybody who loves a lot of sushi as it's big portions. Great service, fun atmosphere!

I have to start by saying the staff was very kind and polite, so this isn't a complaint about them. But I was really disappointed with the food. I paid $13 for just 7 small pieces of sushi -- and they weren't even regular-sized pieces. The rice wasn't sticky at all, it was watery, which I didn't think was even possible for sushi. I also got 5 crab rangoons and ended up paying $24 in total. This is by far the most expensive sushi I've ever had, and unfortunately, it wasn't worth the price. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it.

Cool way to show the team support!

After hearing people at work talk about this place for weeks, it was time to see what all the fuss was about. I love sushi, especially when restaurants look for new ways to serve it! Once we walked inside we were immediately greeted and were able to check out the take home menus of their offerings. They even had TVs with game systems set up so we could play while we waited for our food, which was super cool! I especially loved the artwork that they had which showcased all their locations and nodded to some 90s cartoons. When you order your food you can punch everything in on the kiosks up at the front and pay with card. I ordered the garlic edamame, the chick-roll-a (because it has bacon of course), and my friend ordered the kickin chicken burrito. I loved my roll and edamame! I felt like it was just enough to fill me without being overstuffed. My friend enjoyed the burrito as well, despite its size. The krab rangoons are so good here as well! They came out nice and fresh so we were burning our mouths but couldn't help scarfing them down Sus Hi is a cool spot, although their menu might not be for everyone, I really enjoyed it! I'll be sure to try this place out again when I'm hungrier so I can try a burrito!

My only minor issues with this place is the parking. Parking is minimal and it's hard to find anything nearby. Also, it is pretty small inside so the place fills up really fast. Your best option is to come early when they open so you can have good parking and a good seat or table.
