3.4/5 Have been wanting to try this place for a while now.to see how it compares to Sumo AYCE sushi down south (I actually lived right next to it). I recently moved 5 minutes from sushi%AYCE so finally tried it the same week I moved. Ambiance - nice clean place. Handful of booths when you walk in with a few tables on the opposite end. It's actually a lot smaller than I expected but it looked like it has a lot more room in the back. Service - I was greeted and seated immediately. The staff were super friendly and explained the rules and how to order on their tablet. They hand delivered all the food and were diligent about clearing plates. Really great. Food - One thing people need to understand is there's a difference between AYCE sushi and "good sushi." You go to AYCE to eat to your hearts content and hopefully the food is decent. You don't compare it to the $100+ omakase restaurant lol. That being said the sushi was good! I thought it was much better than Sumo down south. They had a nice selection of "non-sushi" items, and it all tasted surprisingly fresh. Only a few complaints. They serve WHOLE rolls. One thing I liked about Sumo was they only served about 4 pieces per order and single piece nigiri so you got to try a bunch of different menu items without filling up. Also if you don't like something you don't have to force down another 8 pieces. Another complaint, a lot of the rolls were repetitive, the deep fried rolls were soggy and oily, would skip. Still enjoyed it and will be back! Also for the price ($20 lunch, $30 dinner) you can't go wrong. read more

Great bargain and decent fish quality. Majority of the rolls have a ton of imitation crab, so be prepared! Came on a Friday night and the waitlist only had a couple ahead of us. Takes awhile in between each round/order. The decor is simple, clean, and modern. read more

First time being here, saw this restaurant a couple times passing by it and finally took the chance to stop by and eat here today. When you first walk in, it's super cozy and not overwhelmingly big nor small. Just perfect. I would say it's great food and great service. The food comes out fast and fresh, and the portions in my opinion are great since they are all you can eat!!!!! But if you see this place on Google Reviews Or Yelp. I 100% RECOMMEND IT!!!!! Really great deal for ACYE sushi. They give you three rounds of food with up to 15 orders each time, which is plenty of food. Sure, some sushi orders have more rice than I'd like, but the taste still packs a punch. I went for a group lunch and we were so full after less than two full rounds. The menu has a lot of different options ranging from rolls and nigiri, appetizers, and soups. Easy crowd pleaser. The restaurant is small but brightly lit and you order from a tablet at your table. read more

This place is amazing! Good sushi for an affordable price with a good amount of selections. My fiancé and I came here and tried the AYCE menu ($32.95/per). It was definitely worth it! Pros: - Food comes out pretty quick after ordering. - Overall, the fish quality is good for an AYCE. - Really liked the salmon handroll Cons: - Would just say that the menu option are pretty limited to the basic choices (Salmon, Tuna, Hamachi, and a few others) for the most part. - Torch sushi rice proportions are a little rice heavy and and there's not much fish per piece. I was in Seattle for a few days and noticed that this place had just opened up. So we decided to give it a try. The reviews were good and we wanted to do sushi. We ended up taking the light rail to Chinatown and then walked a few blocks. The wait list didn't look that long but we ended up waiting about an hour for our table. There were a few parties ahead of us and some had left. So we ended up moving up the list quicker than expected. When we were finally seated the waiter and waitress seemed a little new and overwhelmed, which is understandable since it seemed like they had been going non stop all night as it was 9:30 when we were seated and they were still packed and people were waiting for tables. The way you order off the iPad is interesting but i feel like it is time consuming and you are only allowed to order i believe it was 10 things at a time then the iPad cuts you off. So it's kinda like you order a bunch or are waiting till you can order again. when we did get our orders they were all very tasty. The menu leans very heavily towards salmon , Ahi, and a few other selections. So depending on the sushi experience you are used to and this place you might not be as satisfied. I feel like for a newer place trying to figure out how they are going to do things. I have to give them credit and everything we had was delicious. They are a little heavy on the rice. But i did feel like between the service and the food they deserve a solid 4 star. The interior was kinda basic but tastefully decorated with lanterns and some other basics. It was all very clean and new. Hope fully when i visit again in a few moths they will have the kinks worked out and i can give them a solid 5 star rating. Till then i still highly recommend if you are looking for all you can eat sushi in the Seattle area. By the way the salmon dishes were some of the best salmon i have had anywhere. read more

Tried the all-you-can-eat sushi dinner for $32.99. The food was okay--not bad, but nothing special. Sashimi came in awkward cube cuts, which took away from the experience. The garlic edamame was a miss, mixed with a sweet soy garlic sauce that didn't really belong. Service was average at best--polite but not attentive. The leftover charge is $14.99 per pound, so order carefully. Overall, it's decent if you're really hungry, but there are better AYCE options out there. read more

the staff aren't unfriendly, but they definitely don't stand around and chitchat. fast service, and you just order everything from the tablet they provide. it's an introvert's dream sushi spot. i just had my headphones in and read the whole time i was there and wasn't bothered. they bring you an entire roll when you order so be mindful of how much you order at a time. super good price for the amount of food i ate. i will definitely be back! read more

Stopped by on a Monday night and there was no wait to be seated. Loved the ordering system they had with the tablet. Told the server it was our first time here and he gave us a quick rundown on how to order and their rules for AYCE. Definitely love the rolls that they had here. Our favorite being the Seared Salmon Roll. However I do think they need to work on their fish to rice ratios for their nigiri and their torched sushi. Also didn't like how our sashimi came in cubes. read more

My partner and I tried Sushi%AYCE recently. We were a bit confused when we walked in - there was no sign saying wait to be seated/seat yourself and no one greeted us. When we got closer to the sushi bar, one of the chefs pointed us to a table. We were quickly greeted by our server who brought over water, plates, wasabi, and ginger. They showed us how to order and let us know how much we would be charged per pound of leftover food, that there was a 90 minute limit, and that we had to wait 15 minutes between rounds. I liked how transparent they were about their policies. We ordered 4 appetizers - two came out right away and the other two showed up a bit after we finished the first two and ordered our second round. My first roll came out pretty quickly, but my partner's rolls took a long time - so long that I could have eaten my roll twice over before one of their two rolls came. While we were waiting on their rolls to come, I ordered another roll. It was taking a while and we knew we wanted more than we ordered, so we sent in a 4th round. The sashimi came out quickly, but my partner's roll from round 2 and mine from round 3 still hadn't come. At this point, it's been 30 minutes since those rolls were ordered. We used the tablet to ask for assistance. Someone came over and hurriedly told us that the rolls were coming and that there were just a lot of orders. They didn't, however, hear which rolls we were asking about. My partner then received their roll from round 4. We waited 15-20 minutes and reordered the rolls we had not yet received. Shortly after that, my partner got their roll from round 2. I finally got my order from round 3 - I was glad it made it out because it was the best roll I ordered. At that point, we asked to cancel any upcoming orders and asked for the check because we were ready to go home. It took an hour and 15 minutes of mostly waiting to get 4 appetizers, 5 rolls, and 4 orders of sashimi. While I understand it was busy, it felt like we couldn't get any answers on (or even ask) why our rolls weren't coming out in the order they were requested. Overall, we spent more time than was comfortable with an empty table between rounds. tl;dr We'd come back for the food - but absolutely not during a busy time. The stars on this review are for the quality of the food. read more

TLDR: food is good, staff is friendly, but service is chaotic and to be improved Food quality is good and delicious. Portion is small, which is okay since we could try more things. BUT be aware that you can only order a certain amount of food every ~10-15 mins, and took a while for the food to come out. We came here as a table of 7 and it's a bit frustrating having to wait for so long with not enough food to share within the table for the first hour. After the first hour, food started flowing in which was nice cause we're all hungry. But then orders were getting mixed up, missed, duplicated, cancelled. The whole experience just feels rather chaotic. read more

The sushi here is meh. Small, thin pieces of fish over a lot of rice. The photos on the menu doesn't match the portion sizes or the quality of food at all. Also they have a 15 items in 15 minute PER TABLE. That means if you're in a large group, not everyone is going to be eating. 1. photo on the menu shows sashimi come in generous slice; but for each of the 4 ordering they came diced up in 1cm cubes a very stingy presentation, as if it is for feeding birds. We do not feel the satisfaction of a thick slice of sashimi on our tongues to excite our taste buds. Not once were we at any traditional Japanese restaurant seeing this type of sashimi presentation. Very dissatisfying. 2. Shrimp tempura came with a thick batter coating; inside of which a long worm like shrimp strip no more than 0.5cm thick. Again, we had not seen and shrimp tempura being presented with such stingy portion with not even a while shrimp inside. Unprofessional and not ethical practice. 3. No real wasabi served, that green imitation paste serve is not even hot or remotely mimicking the genuine wasabi; and above all, this item is not even available on each table. We ran out of the small dap of fake wasabi twice; it was brought to us in a partitioned sauce dish, and each time we had to wait for the waiter to show up whenever he's free from some other chores. Very dissatisfying. 4. In regard to the sashimi served on rice, the sashimi slice is so thin, one can almost see through it, but the rice mound is big. The customer want to taste the sashimi and not want the taste of rice to over power it. Very disappointing read more

$25 for lunch (opening-4pm) ayce sushi! 2 hr limit & order 15 items every 15 minutes from a tablet at your table. Service interaction is minimal which we prefer anyway. Lunch has no sashimi option (only nigiris, rolls, apps, etc). Main downside is that the rice to fish proportion is super condensed and doubled what it probably should be so we were practically already full and sick by the first round. Makes sense for the pricing though. Tip get a free soda so the fizz can help wash away the repetitive fish taste and you can eat more! read more

Surprisingly fantastic quality sushi given that it's a AYCE. Great speedy service. Order 15 items from tablet every 15min. Food comes out fast. The only ridiculously large rice to fish ratio were the torched sushi. The rest were fair ratio. Nice dining space, except for the table by the entrance. read more

Good service as I can tell the workers are trying their best. But honestly I would say it's not worth an hour plus wait for this place... You have to place your name/number on a ipad inside and it takes awhile. You can order 4 rolls at a time along with pieces. It takes awhile to get and we didn't get our nigiri type pieces at all when we went. The hot food items were pretty good and fresh. I thought the garlic edamame was really good. The issues I had were with the spicy tuna (not good) and the shrimp tempura (they used premade coconut shrimp which threw every roll off). I think they have to work out their menu because it was probably worse in terms of timing and flavor than sumo sushi (ayce) which I would not go back to... read more

The selection here for lunch is not quite impressive, but the price is. I upgrade to dinner and totally a better experience. Eat with out concern. What typically cost you about $40 you can enjoy it here for fraction of the price. The server was exceptionally nice. Glad to see a new thriving business in chinatown. read more

It was a soft opening on July 24 - August 1 where the premium menu is being offered at the lunch price of $23.95 all day. Dinner prices are $31.95. When we went, there was not much of a wait line so we got seated pretty quick. The menu is easy to read. Each person is allowed to order 2 rolls each round an unlimited amount of sushi pieces, sashimi, and appetizers on the menu. The rolls were good. The sashimi was fresh. My favorite was the seared shrimp with a slight mayo on top which was torched. Recommend! Some appetizers (miso soup and karrage) needed a little improvement but it was still good. The service was great. The staff was super friendly and nice. Overall, the food and service were great; would come back and try more of their menu. read more

I don't wanna be too harsh since it was soft opening, and the concept in itself is difficult. This review is a 3.5 rounded to a 4 because we went early, the servers were all sweethearts and the [lunch] price was worth it. But. The food itself was, in general, not it. So much reliance on heavily mayo-ed up krab that left us feeling sick afterwards. We did really like the hot hot roll, though, as well as the seared salmon and seaweed salad tofu pocket thing. If you visit, I'd recommend sticking to the nigiri and appetizers. They were good. But the wait was so. long. We only waited to be sat for half an hour, but after that, they brought out one or two dishes like 20 minutes apart from each other. I feel like the general idea with AYCE is that you go there hungry - we were pretty miffed and confused at how slow and messed up the service was. There seemed to be no assigned sections, as we had like 8 different servers who were all messing up our orders and switching our menu with other tables. Again, they were all so kind the entire time, but it really seems that they would benefit from better organization. We hope things improve after their hiatus - it's such a cool idea and they seem to have a good team. Will come back if reviews improve. read more

We were excited to try this spot since it's one of the few all you can eat sushi places in the Seattle area. Our party of six came here for a birthday celebration, eager to enjoy the sushi, especially the salmon and tuna rolls. The salmon was good, we found the tuna to be low quality with some fishes that tend to be warm. We waited 30 to 45 minutes for each round and experience slow service even though we understand it was due to restaurant being busy during soft opening. Unfortunately, we never received our third round orders after waiting for almost an hour so we decided to end our meal there. Sushi%AYCE is a hidden gem on king street. We came here after a basketball game and friends had been here before and we they liked it so decided to give it a try! We were seated immediately. At the table is a hand held with sections of sashimi nigiri rolls appetizers drinks desserts any and everything you could want. You have to order in rounds and a max of 15 items per round. We started off with salad sashimi and udon soup. Well very tasty, fresh and good portions! Some of the nigiri came with a lot of rice underneath and well as some of the salmon seared nigiri as well. As a person who loves rice, I try to only eat half the portion of rice, however this place does charge if you don't finish all the rice or any additional items. It's smart to order slowly to manage to portions. I wanted to give this restaurant a 4 because it's honestly a perfect spot for all you can eat sushi but we ordered three rolls and they never came out. I prefer sashimi and nigiri but I would have loved to try the rolls! Next time for sure! Still a Great place for all you can eat sushi! read more

Also ordered water we never received. The fried shrimp were tasty and while the bed of greens was a nice touch since we didn't receive silverware and there wasn't dressing it was a complete waste. I pointed out the trip hazard to a manger and she did cover it with a rug. This was a good temporary solution but watch out as your leaving that you don't trip.

But if you have time, I'd skip this and go to Feast Buffet in Renton -- it's much bigger, has way more variety, includes drinks in the price.

And, since everyone had to order the same meat plates, and one person wanted the wagyu, we all had to get wagyu at our table. Doesn't seem fair to me especially when they don't even offer more but I guess that's policy. When my son and I come in by ourselves, they are very attentive and always ask us if we need more of anything. But it was hard to find anyone to come to our table. They never checked on us after they brought the broth and meats the one time. So let me say I was very upset that the tip was included because really, no one served us unless we asked for more things. No one checked on us. Then I had to go and find someone so we could pay our bill. They apologized again for not seating us together but what could I say at that point? I'm not going to make a scene but it ruined a special night when all of the family couldn't sit together. Very disappointed with this visit especially when it's one of our fave places and we frequent it often and spent a good amount of $ that night with 10 people.

On September 28, 2025, I dined at this so-called "premium" sushi restaurant, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing dining experiences of my life. This place has strong reviews, but the reason is a bribe of a free soda for leaving a 5-star review, which is advertised on every table. This manipulative tactic sets the tone for the deceit that permeates the entire experience. The restaurant's "premium" branding is a complete facade. Their website boasts an enticing menu with several items marked as premium, but none of these are actually available. For example, hamachi was listed as "sold out," yet a glance at the chef's counter revealed a substantial portion sitting untouched, clearly reserved for some undisclosed purpose. The same went for uni and several other fish varieties, all mysteriously unavailable despite being advertised. This isn't just poor inventory management; it feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch to lure customers in. The food quality was terrible. Every roll was a packed with heaping loads of rice, and topped with slivers of seafood or fish buried within. The entirety of the menu is a loop of crab salad, stale tempura, and old, minced fish marketed as premium sushi. Specific disappointments included the fried jalapeño with spicy crab--unavailable. No ponzu sauce (according to the staff), yet there are rolls which could be ordered that contained ponzu (according to the menu). The wasabi was artificial paste. The shrimp tempura was stale, precooked, and refried in old oil that left a greasy, unpleasant aftertaste. Service was equally bad. The servers were practically ghosts, barely checking in and slow paced. We ordered a selection of nigiri and sashimi, only to wait an excruciating 43 minutes for it to arrive--lukewarm, uninspired, and barely edible. The entire meal felt like a chore, with no redeeming qualities to justify the $80 price tag for two. I've had better sushi from a grocery store cooler. This place is a masterclass in false advertising, subpar food, and nonexistent service. Save your time, money, and appetite for literally anywhere else. A complete waste of an evening. read more

I visited this AYCE sushi spot recently, and overall it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. The biggest highlight was definitely the freshness of the sashimi -- everything tasted clean, well-prepared, and of good quality. The sushi quality was mediocre at best -- the fish didn't taste fresh, the rolls were overloaded with rice and sauce to mask the lack of flavor, and the variety was surprisingly limited for an all-you-can-eat menu. As I write this I have been sitting here for the last 15 minutes waiting for the waiter to call. Overall, the experience was worse than expected. If there were many parties here, I would have understood, but it is not even packed yet and brother made me wait for so long. As soon as we walked in, the server didn't serve us water, but everyone around us did. He came back three times to cross the water. Now the food was fine. When we ordered the food sat on the counter for at least 7 minutes. Keep in mind, I'm sitting right next to the sushi bar so I can see everything. The miso soup was cold, the sushi was hot (last time I checked, the nigiri and sashimi were cold.) Look if you all want better reviews, hire more staff. Variety of options for clean Nigiri or saucy sushi lovers, and pleeenty in between for balance. On a Hungry belly, can easily eat what would be $60+ worth of sushi (at other restaurants/retailers) in the 2 hour eating period for $25 Surprised how they manage to breakeven. This is a pretty restaurant with cozy atmosphere. It's not too loud, and about the noise level of a cafe at dinnertime (+ the sounds of the kitchen). But the main attraction, the sushi?
