On top of that, we had to carry and set up the high chair ourselves, and it was covered in greasy stains and grime. We had to wipe it down ourselves before our baby could even use it. The whole experience felt careless and unwelcoming. Basic cleanliness and seating consideration for families should not be this difficult, especially during a slow period with almost no customers.

And for the wait for a table a couple that arrived after us was seated before us. As mentioned before a wait time sign would be a good idea. Also the host kept leaving the host stand and people would simply walk in. A sign saying wait to be seated would be good. Finally on to the food. The fish of the fish and chips were very small. More like nuggets than filets of fish. I had asked for an extra tartar sauce when placing our order and didn't receive it. Had to flag down a server to get another. Also ordered water we never received. The fried shrimp were tasty and while the bed of greens was a nice touch since we didn't receive silverware and there wasn't dressing it was a complete waste. I pointed out the trip hazard to a manger and she did cover it with a rug. This was a good temporary solution but watch out as your leaving that you don't trip.

Several entrées were empty and not refilled promptly. They also charge extra for soda, coffee, and tea, which adds even more to the cost. If you live on the Eastside and want Chinese food with some sushi without driving far, this place is convenient. But if you have time, I'd skip this and go to Feast Buffet in Renton -- it's much bigger, has way more variety, includes drinks in the price.

They come by to switch out the grill frequently, so even though there aren't vents right over the grill, it doesn't tend to get too smoky. This is definitely a grill it yourself place, so just be aware that this is not one of those kbbq places where staff tends to the grill. It is one of my son's favorite spots so when the evening arrived, we got to the restaurant only to be led to a table that seated 6 in one corner and 4 kitty corner from that table. So...a family gathering had to be split, with 4 of us not even being at the same table as my son-including me. Mom. And in order to be close to him I sat with my back turned from him. I approached someone about it-not sure if he's the manager or not but he was very apologetic about it and said that they don't have seating for 10 at one table. But they tried their best by putting us all in the corner together. Not the same thing unfortunately as we could not all celebrate or converse all together. I told him that I had called specifically asking if they could accommodate 10 and I was assured they could but I did not know I had to ask "at the same table?". They should have been forthcoming that it would be at two different tables otherwise I would have made a reservation elsewhere for the celebration. What could I do but just accept his apology? But then, with a party of 10, I would think we would get extra attention but I guess since tip is already included after 5 in a party, they just called it in because I had to ask for more plates, more napkins, spoons, & water because the setting at the table was for 2, and we had 4. No one even asked us if we needed any more broth nor did they ever come to ask if anyone wanted a refill of the AYCE meats. Not that we could eat anymore but no one even offered. And, since everyone had to order the same meat plates, and one person wanted the wagyu, we all had to get wagyu at our table.
