    Bulgogi fried rice
    Richard M.

Tried this place with my daughter and her boyfriend and it was surprisingly good! We ordered Bulgogi fried rice with an egg. Spicy Dumplings, Hunan beef, Mongolian beef, hot peach tea and for dessert we got 2 orders of donuts. The spicy dumplings came first with our tea. The tea was so good, and they serve it with lemon, honey and sugar sticks! That was pretty cool. I felt i had to drink the tea with my pinky finger out, all fancy like! The spicy dumplings were steamed to perfection, and covered with that spicy chili crisp sauce I love! Did not try the bulgogi rice my daughter ordered because it had kimchi in it and im not a fan. Looked good though. The two beef dishes were amazing and 3 out of 5 heat was a pretty perfect heat level for me and I love spicy everything! The donuts were great as well! They were so fresh and hot we had to let them cool down, but ended up playing hot potato with ourselves as we couldn't wait. Highly recommend to anyone to visit this gem! The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was soft and really nice.

Nice restaurant in The Strat. Potstickers were amazing and the Asian donuts for dessert are a must! The noodle bowl was ok, but service was a bit slow and they weren't even that busy.

I stumbled upon this place inside the Strat. I loved the decor, it resembled something like a back alley. it was very reminiscent of a back alley in China town LA. There wasn't very many people in there on a Tuesday night however the service was super slow and satisfactory. Despite the slow service the food was outstanding. I tried the bulgogi fried rice that came presented with an egg on top and was surprised that it came served with mushrooms mixed in which was very delicious. I also decided to try some cocktails and couldn't find one interesting enough to really get into so I went with the strawberry sake and a glass of plum wine. The sake was great and the plum wine was regular since it really is my go to when I feel like I cant find something better to try.

Confucius' Smile and Heart of the Dragon. Both excellent!!!

To be quite frank, I wasn't expecting much when we decided to come to CHI Asian Kitchen for dinner. We were seeing a show at The Strat and wanted to eat in close proximity and this place seemed to fit the bill. We didn't make a reservation but were seated right away. It wasn't crazy busy, but it was not empty in here either. It helps that it was early on a weeknight. The place is very cutely decorated, like a night market. I called it the Disney version of an Asian night market to my husband, and I meant it in a nice way for sure. It was clean and it was a feast for the eyes. Our server was really bubbly and friendly. She was really great with recommendations and checking up on us. When it got a little busier, her attention waned a little, but she was always back with a smile and an apology. I didn't need an apology, but I accepted it as really nice thing for her to do. I lover super friendly and easy to speak to people. Biggest shocker was how good the cocktails were. They were pretty expensive, so I appreciate that they actually tasted well balanced and delicious. I'd order Confucius' Smile all the time. The food was shockingly good too! Not going to lie, I used to work at the casino kitty corner to The Strat and their Asian restaurant doesn't hold a candle to this place. I was expecting mediocre and got really good, shockingly authentic but also fun and imaginative. The food was also fresh and made with fresh ingredients. I was so impressed. I actually regret that I couldn't fit more Hunan beef into me, it was that good. The chicken karaage bao buns were so freaking good, excellent balance of flavors and perfectly fried chicken. All in all, I'd come back here again. Sure, it was a little expensive for a local, but it was so good, I'd be willing to come back.

I know this is not the best Chinese cuisine in town, it isn't Chinatown...but....it is pretty good. The restaurant is fun and trendy...somewhere you would take out of town friends for an experience. Decoration is great and background music very fun!!! We ordered spicy edamame, pot stickers and the Kung Pao noodles and asked for spicy. Two appetizers came first..the edamame portion is HUGE...it was so delicious. The pot stickers were ok, could have been warmer and maybe a little bland for the filling...I will leave those out of the order next time, especially after seeing the portion size of the edamame. The kung pao noodles were the star of the show...just a little kick of spice...all very fresh vegetables with chicken and peanuts. This is also a big portion...only 19 dollars for this...a screaming deal for this portion size! Extra bonus mention...there is a very clean restroom inside the restaurant...normally in a casino you have to exit and use the public restroom...but not here. Very nice! Really liked finding this new gem...will be back for sure.

This restaurant is inside the Stratosphere hotel and casino and parking was free. We came here for dinner. I ordered the beef pho which was huge and it came with all the extras to mix in. The pieces of meat were big but a little tough for me. My spouse ordered the seafood yakisoba which was huge as well. He really enjoyed it and ate the whole thing. Our waitress was nice and the restaurant was spacious.

This place is like a Hidden Gem in Vegas! The ambiance is so relaxing. Service is always great! Food is very tasty and plenty! Depending how hungry we are, our foods we get is the Charred Beans, Potstickers, Spring Rolls, Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs, and House Fried Rice! We ALWAYS eat here at least once when we visit.

Pleasantly surprised with this place! Stayed at the Strat for the BSB concert and wanted to do something close by the hotel and we noticed this place. Nice atmospheric interior, and many interesting things to choose off the menu. I decided to get the beef bulgogi fried rice and sampled a bunch of appetizers: spicy cucumber salad, charred green beans, and the spicy edamame. My favorite were the green beans. The rice was also good and had very good flavor. Highly recommend this spot!

I will be back whenever I am in town. This bowl was so good I brought the left overs on the plane and finished it off at home and it was still very tasty. Toms of well cooked seafood with a very tasty broth/sauce!!' Did note disappoint! The portions and prices are fair considering it's in a hotel on the strip. A must try!

Mongolian Beef with steamed rice. Be careful it's an oily mess underneath.

During my stay at The Strat, I received a $25 food and drink credit to use at one of the hotel's restaurants. After weighing my options, I decided to try Chi Asian Kitchen--and I'm glad I did.it's simular to PF Chang's. The atmosphere looks mid to high end. I loved the huge red dragon that you follow from the entrance to the dining area. Going in, I was expecting inflated hotel prices, but I was pleasantly surprised to see several menu items priced under $25. I ordered the Mongolian beef with steamed rice, and the dish hit the spot. The flavors were solid, the portion satisfying, and the beef was cooked well. That said, the amount of oil used was definitely on the heavy side--it didn't ruin the meal, but it was noticeable. The process for using the food credit is a bit specific: * You must dine at a Strat-owned restaurant * The meal must be charged to your room * The credit is automatically applied at checkout * And importantly, any difference owed does not come out of your deposit Bottom line: Chi Asian Kitchen is a solid choice if you're looking to make the most of your dining credit at The Strat. The food is flavorful, reasonably priced (for Vegas hotel dining), and the experience is hassle-free--just watch the oil content.

Didn't expect much of this place. Its located inside the stratosphere and oh boy food is delicious! Inside the restaurant is pretty nice and our server Connie has been great. Got some good apps. Everything is tasty! Would be back for sure.

Food was fantastic, ambiance is really calm and romantic. Beyond all this, our server Marija was the sweetest and most helpful server. She was attentive, kind and gave great recommendations. This was literally the best service I have had in years.

We tried this restaurant that was in our hotel because my BF cause saw an advertisement at vallet of food he wanted come to find out it is not longer served!! For starters we enjoyed Spicy Szechuan Dumplings & Korean Short Rib Skewers Both were absolutely flavorful and so yummy!! I ordered the BBQ Pork Fried Rice which was Ok a little dry for my liking. My bf ordered Mongolian Beef which was very flavorful and delicious. This was an Ok restaurant for both of us unfortunately no Wow factors!!!

Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

From the moment we sat down, he greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He offered water while we reviewed the menu and, upon returning, took the time to highlight several signature dishes and engage us in conversation about the conference we were attending. Rather than simply taking orders, Marcus acted as a dining guide, helping us navigate the menu and ensuring we had a memorable first-time experience. He was attentive without being intrusive and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything met our expectations. His professionalism, personality, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Bravo, Marcus! As for the food, it certainly lived up to the restaurant's reputation. One of my friends ordered the signature truffle spaghetti with shrimp, while another chose the crispy chicken, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I selected the Alaskan king salmon with smoked dill oil, green beans, and edamame purée and it was beyond delicious. The salmon featured a slightly crispy exterior while remaining perfectly moist and flavorful in the center. Every component of the dish complemented the fish beautifully. James took care of us at dinner on a Friday night. He was awesome and explained the menu very well…read more He made some really good recommendations and I'm glad we listened. We were here specifically for Restaurant Week and I have to say, good a really good deal considering the prices of some of the items we got. The Wagyu tartare alone was $52 already, and we spent $90 on a 3-course meal for RW. We had crispy rice tuna, Wagyu tartare, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, cinnamon roll, and the smores cake. To drink, I had an old fashioned with a Japanese whisky. It was nice and oaky. The wife had the she so spicy which was excellent (I had a sip). Everything we ate was divine; the only thing we were a little disappointed in was the consistency of the crispy rice. We wished it would have been a bit more sushi rice consistency on the inside, but it was a bit too soggy. Everything else was amazing though, especially the sea bass. The restaurant itself is so pretty, and we happened to get seated in the instagrammable area with the greenery. We are locals, so don't really care much for a strip view, but the restaurant does have a nice one. Would we come back here and pay à la carte next time? Probably not, but only because we try to avoid the strip like the plague.

It's the perfect place to wine and dine, or enjoy a fun night with your close friends. We order the Korean Fried Chicken, Roasted Duck, and Thai Coconut Cream Spinach for dinner. Each dish was savory and delicious. Definitely, a must try if you're looking for delicious Asian cuisine on the north end of the strip.

We love this restaurant! It's our favorite place to get fried rice! Our favorites are the brisket…read morefried rice and the lobster fried rice we also always get the Short rib dumplings (pan fried) to start, they are so delicious and I love the sauce they put on. It's not close to the side of town we're on which is far north west, Skye Canyon,, but we feel it's worth it! The waitstaff is always very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
