Got lunch here as part of our mix and match food at Famous Food Street Eats food court. My order: $20 nigiri (6 piece: 2 salmon, 2 hamachi, 2 tuna), as well as the scallop maki ($13), and hamachi maki ($15). Came here around lunch on a Sunday. Ordered via kiosk somewhere else in the food court. Pros: - surprisingly tender and delicious fish, not what I expected from a walk-up food court restaurant - the scallops were delicious in the maki, really tender and well sauced - comes with packets of wasabi, soy sauce, and even ginger - extremely fast service , less than a 5 min wait from when I finished kiosk ordering and getting a text saying my food was ready for pickup at the counter - large pieces of nigiri - comes in a really nice flat box with cute packaging, very easy to grab and go to eat elsewhere or at the tables nearby. - casual and cute vibes with music playing overhead in the food court - PERFECT rice to fish ratio in the maki rolls Cons: - a little pricey for the nigiris - but there's other cheaper maki to order. Honestly not bad quality for the convenience

Plenty of seating and you get to people watch all the gamblers while you eat ;) SERVICE: They were very friendly and helpful - it was my first time there. They helped me pick the right roll and right Saki!! FOOD: Tried the blue crab roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both were super tasty and fresh. The beer and saki were tasty too. If you are staying at RW - you gotta try their food court! Lots of great choices.
So good we went back twice for the blue crab cut roll! It's super fresh tasting and refreshing. We went down to the food court and were trying to decide what to eat and noticed this was the only option to sit at the counter and it also wasn't a part of the touchscreen machine to order from anywhere. We decided to try it and so glad we did. We placed the order and it came to us in less than 5 minutes. We had the blue crab cut roll and the Daniel-san roll set. Everything was super fresh. It was so good that we ordered it again the next day and decided to also try the sashimi.
We really enjoyed our experience Nori Bar! We dined here for the first time during our stay at Resorts World. Located in the Famous Street Food court. It was one of the few places open. Fernando, the chef, was great!! He was so nice to chat with, as well as prepared our food perfectly. I didn't take pictures of our hand rolls because we ate it quickly. But we ordered the 3 hand roll set! We really liked the yellowtail! We also ordered 6 piece nigiri! Fish was so delicious and soft! Melted in our mouths! We have tried hand rolls at other hotels, and we really enjoyed it more here! Would definitely come back.
Had a great experience here and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Service was great Tey was phenomenal and gave us some insights on where to eat. Ambiance was friendly and inviting. We had the yellowtail and salmon sashimi and the $30 10 nigiri salmon and yellowtail. Bushido sake was amazing!! If you want some sushi, definitely check out this spot 10/10 for fast causal dining
I was looking for a good spot at the Resorts World food court, and Nori Bar caught my attention with its 4-star rating--much better than some of the other options. I'm really glad I chose it! The fish was fresh, the portions were just right, and the sushi was beautifully arranged in the box. I ordered a vegetable roll, a salmon roll, and yellowtail & salmon nigiri, and everything tasted great. The quality exceeded my expectations for a food court sushi spot. If you're at Resorts World and craving sushi, this is definitely a solid choice.
Nori Bar is the option within the Famous Foods Court inside of Resorts World if you're looking for sushi. They have a sushi bar and you can order right up at the register. Or if you prefer, there is tons of seating within the food court and you can order at the Order Kiosks. My friend and I dined here before a concert at the theater as it was a great options for a quick bite. They have a ton of rolls that sound good with many ingredients but we went super basic with spicy tuna ($15) and salmon ($13). While they weren't big, they did have very generous portions of fresh fish inside. The food was ready quickly, was surprisingly delicious with a good sized portion and perfectly displayed. I would absolutely pop into Nori Bar again!
Love this spot for pre/post concerts in the area. As a local it's worth going out of our way to visit, the service is always great and the menu is priced well. It's a walk up bar so you can order quickly if needed, and is centered in the Famous Foods Street Eats area which has large screens so there are always games on. The ambiance can be loud if it's busy but nothing too crazy. The hand rolls are our go to (always get The Chairman) because the sushi is fresh and cold, the rice is warm & the seaweed has a perfect crunch. I also love the Tuna Sahimi, however I do wish it was for more than just the tuna. Highly recommend!
A solid hand roll bar at the food court at Resorts World, it was one of the few stalls that was open at lunch hour on a Monday. The counter seatings were surprisingly spacious and cozy. We had toro, lobster, blue crab and spicy tuna hand rolls. Only blue crab and lobster were cooked so I ordered both of them, they were tasty. Hubby liked the raw fish ones as well. I also had a draft Asahi to go with hand rolls. The service was great and prices were so good! We also brought pho and aqua Fresca we ordered at other stalls to this counter to eat, we were glad that they didn't mind. A great place for lunch or a quick bite!
My friend & I made a stop at Nori Bar to satisfy that urge for sushi while we had time to kill in between sessions of our conference upstairs. When we arrived, all of the seats were empty, and it stayed that way during our entire visit. My friends knew exactly what he wanted and ordered right away, while I needed a moment to decide. Before I could make a decision, they had already delivered the order for my friend. I ordered a yellow tail roll. I was not impressed, primarily due to the temperature of the sushi. The whole thing was room temp, bordering on warm. Not yummy for sushi. The service was just okay, nothing special. If this were just a regular, run of the mill sushi spot, I'd of been a bit more understanding. But given the ambiance and price of this restaurant, I'd completely expect better.
Had dinner here on a Thursday to satisfy my sushi cravings. Liked the rolls, didn't think the fish was of the best quality. Located as part of the Famous Food Street Eats Food Hall in Resort World Casino in Las Vegas, Nori Bar offers classic nigiri and rolls in a casual setting. There is seating at the bar, but you can also get carry out by ordering from the ubiquitous tablet kiosk stations all around the main food court. I placed my order through this kiosk (charging it to our room), and got a text soon afterwards to notify me that my food was ready for pick-up. It wasn't very busy when we came. Resort World does have a fine dining sushi bar (Kusa Nori), so I was hoping that both restaurants would source the fish from the same place and have the same quality. I don't think that was the case. I enjoyed the texture and taste of the blue crab roll ($26 for 8 pieces). But the three fishes in the 10 piece nigiri set ($30 for salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) were supermarket/buffet quality and didn't seem fresh; I had a hard time finishing it. The nice boxed set came with plenty of individually wrapped soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. It would travel very well.
Absolutely love Nori Bar. It's an easy go-to spot (conveniently located in the Resorts World food court) for a quick refreshing bite. Stop & go sushi, it's great! They make the hand rolls right in front of you. Their "Four of a Kind" is the perfect amount to feel satisfied without being overly stuffed.

This Sushi Bar is located inside The Resorts World Hotel & Casino and I really enjoyed the sushi here! Amazing service too! It's a small place inside the food court but the sushi here is really good! All the fish tasted fresh! Really happy with everything I ordered! read more

Hubby and I were looking for a light evening snack in place of an actual meal. We were still pretty full from a big brunch earlier in the day but wanted something to tide us over until the next morning. Nori Bar was one of the few places open on a Sunday night in the Famous Foods food hall at Resorts World. Nori Bar offers a Vegetable Maki Roll and I went in with mid-expectations. It has the typical minimal filling: cucumber and pickled radish. What surprised me was the use of shiso leaf. It added a pop of flavor that I wasn't expecting! Legit snack for $11! So much so that I ended up going back the next day. The one downside of this is that the maki is machine-rolled. My maki roll fell apart more easily during my second visit. Regardless, the service is great! Especially during our first visit because the gal behind the sushi bar was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that this is one of the few spots in the Famous Foods food hall where you can order from an actual person versus from a giant iPad. read more

This post is strictly about service: I just checked into RW today and was out and about all day. I found myself back at RW and wanted to see what food they had, as I was searching the food on the screen I got very lightheaded and had to sit down. Sadly, before I got the amazing service from the staff at Nori Bar I was in panic mode sitting across from the smoothie place and ask the lady there if she could please get me some water - which she looked at me and with no empathy said "No". Thankfully a nice lady walked by and could tell I wasn't well and asked the staff at Nori Bar for water and some rice - which without hesitation they provided. I know they also could have said no and left me hanging - but they helped and I'm grateful for that. If anyone at RW or Nori Bar reads this: Thank you! I did get a chance to speak to Edgar and he was very polite and accommodating. read more

i'm conflicted because for service I would give it 5 stars, but taste wise I would take out at least 2 stars. we usually eat a lot of sushi and unfortunately was not impressed by the rolls here. the sashimi was a bit better but would be lying if I didn't say that I'm disappointed overall. ambiance was good though--chill and lots of seating available. service was quick and super friendly too. it's located in the Famous Eats food court at Resorts World. read more
Nori Bar is located in the Resorts World food court! We loved it so much that we went twice during our Vegas trip. It reminded me of a Sugarfish or Kazunori because of the box it came in. The yellowtail cut roll was definitely my favorite. I also got the salmon cut roll. The rice was perfectly warm and had that good vinegar flavor. It was really good quality fish. My boyfriend and I stopped by for a quick bite before going out. We were seated right away. We decided on the Daniel-San set ($23) which comes with salmon, yellowtail, and spicy tuna and we also got a sashimi to share. The sashimi was good except there was too much gochujang for my taste. It overpowered the tuna. We really enjoyed the hand rolls. They were sizeable and had a good amount of fish inside each one. I do wish the seaweed was a bit crispier. I'm from SoCal and have had my fair share of hand rolls. These are some of the fattest, most filled hand rolls I've ever had. Service was quick as well, my girlfriend and I both had a Four of a Kind, and it came out in 2 minutes. Ambiance in resort world is always nice, and if you're in the mood to try multiple food spots, stop at Nori first ! read more

the nori bar is actually so yummy! the sushi was $14 for 8 pieces which isn't super expensive. each piece was filled with lots of salmon and was pretty fresh. the package was so nice too. the food court is so spacious and has lots of seating. the vibes are nice as well. the service was really fast too! read more
I stayed at Resorts World and heard about their Famous Foods Street Eats food court so I wanted to check out the restaurants. I am a sucker for handrolls and will always get it. Plus 75% of all the other restaurants were closed. Salmon (5/5): This was solid. Nothing wrong about it. The salmon was good and melt in your mouth. Bay Scallop (3.5/5): Usually scallop handrolls are one of my favorites but this one didn't hit the spot. It wasn't as good as other ones I've had at different restaurants. It wasn't as creamy so the scallop flavor was strong. Blue crab (2.5/5): This was my least favorite of the 3 handrolls I tried. It was expensive and only ok. I didn't like the fried garlic on top. It definitely didn't need it. It wasn't creamy and just basic. Nothing special. Overall, a good try. I did not sit at the bar and eat it fresh but I ate it pretty quickly after I got it. If I ever come back, I'll try to eat it there and just get salmon. Maybe I will try the other fish options. read more
Generous portions of nigiri downside the fish was a lil warm. Like the pickup to go option. Tiny counter as it's part of the Street Eats and one of many options. Basically $5 per piece if you get the 6 piece nigiri. Upside you can pick your fish from tuna, salmon, yellowtail. read more

Of all the stalls we tried in the Famous Foods Street Eats, Nori bar was our favorite. The menu was small, but most of it were things I usually gravitate towards. We ordered a 10 piece tuna nigiri, a 6 piece yellowtail nigiri and a tuna roll. Everything was super fresh and IMO worth the price, especially in this food hall where the price and quality of the food typically don't match. Not only that, the tuna roll wasn't loaded with rice making the roll's rice to fish ratio enjoyable. Highly recommend trying this place out if you are in Resorts World. read more
