Great sushi at Resort World! This place is awesome and located in the food court. Plenty of seating and you get to people watch all the gamblers while you eat ;) SERVICE: They were very friendly and helpful - it was my first time there. They helped me pick the right roll and right Saki!! FOOD: Tried the blue crab roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both were super tasty and fresh. The beer and saki were tasty too. If you are staying at RW - you gotta try their food court! Lots of great choices.

Blue crab cut roll 10/10!

So good we went back twice for the blue crab cut roll! It's super fresh tasting and refreshing. We went down to the food court and were trying to decide what to eat and noticed this was the only option to sit at the counter and it also wasn't a part of the touchscreen machine to order from anywhere. We decided to try it and so glad we did. We placed the order and it came to us in less than 5 minutes. We had the blue crab cut roll and the Daniel-san roll set. Everything was super fresh. It was so good that we ordered it again the next day and decided to also try the sashimi.

We really enjoyed our experience Nori Bar! We dined here for the first time during our stay at Resorts World. Located in the Famous Street Food court. It was one of the few places open. Fernando, the chef, was great!! He was so nice to chat with, as well as prepared our food perfectly. I didn't take pictures of our hand rolls because we ate it quickly. But we ordered the 3 hand roll set! We really liked the yellowtail! We also ordered 6 piece nigiri! Fish was so delicious and soft! Melted in our mouths! We have tried hand rolls at other hotels, and we really enjoyed it more here! Would definitely come back.

Had a great experience here and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Service was great Tey was phenomenal and gave us some insights on where to eat. Ambiance was friendly and inviting. We had the yellowtail and salmon sashimi and the $30 10 nigiri salmon and yellowtail. Bushido sake was amazing!! If you want some sushi, definitely check out this spot 10/10 for fast causal dining

I was looking for a good spot at the Resorts World food court, and Nori Bar caught my attention with its 4-star rating--much better than some of the other options. I'm really glad I chose it! The fish was fresh, the portions were just right, and the sushi was beautifully arranged in the box. I ordered a vegetable roll, a salmon roll, and yellowtail & salmon nigiri, and everything tasted great. The quality exceeded my expectations for a food court sushi spot. If you're at Resorts World and craving sushi, this is definitely a solid choice.

Nori Bar is the option within the Famous Foods Court inside of Resorts World if you're looking for sushi. They have a sushi bar and you can order right up at the register. Or if you prefer, there is tons of seating within the food court and you can order at the Order Kiosks. My friend and I dined here before a concert at the theater as it was a great options for a quick bite. They have a ton of rolls that sound good with many ingredients but we went super basic with spicy tuna ($15) and salmon ($13). While they weren't big, they did have very generous portions of fresh fish inside. The food was ready quickly, was surprisingly delicious with a good sized portion and perfectly displayed. I would absolutely pop into Nori Bar again!

Love this spot for pre/post concerts in the area. As a local it's worth going out of our way to visit, the service is always great and the menu is priced well. It's a walk up bar so you can order quickly if needed, and is centered in the Famous Foods Street Eats area which has large screens so there are always games on. The ambiance can be loud if it's busy but nothing too crazy. The hand rolls are our go to (always get The Chairman) because the sushi is fresh and cold, the rice is warm & the seaweed has a perfect crunch. I also love the Tuna Sahimi, however I do wish it was for more than just the tuna. Highly recommend!

This Sushi Bar is located inside The Resorts World Hotel & Casino and I really enjoyed the sushi here! Amazing service too! It's a small place inside the food court but the sushi here is really good! All the fish tasted fresh! Really happy with everything I ordered!

A solid hand roll bar at the food court at Resorts World, it was one of the few stalls that was open at lunch hour on a Monday. The counter seatings were surprisingly spacious and cozy. We had toro, lobster, blue crab and spicy tuna hand rolls. Only blue crab and lobster were cooked so I ordered both of them, they were tasty. Hubby liked the raw fish ones as well. I also had a draft Asahi to go with hand rolls. The service was great and prices were so good! We also brought pho and aqua Fresca we ordered at other stalls to this counter to eat, we were glad that they didn't mind. A great place for lunch or a quick bite!

My friend & I made a stop at Nori Bar to satisfy that urge for sushi while we had time to kill in between sessions of our conference upstairs. When we arrived, all of the seats were empty, and it stayed that way during our entire visit. My friends knew exactly what he wanted and ordered right away, while I needed a moment to decide. Before I could make a decision, they had already delivered the order for my friend. I ordered a yellow tail roll. I was not impressed, primarily due to the temperature of the sushi. The whole thing was room temp, bordering on warm. Not yummy for sushi. The service was just okay, nothing special. If this were just a regular, run of the mill sushi spot, I'd of been a bit more understanding. But given the ambiance and price of this restaurant, I'd completely expect better.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the food is decent. It's a good place to stop by with family or friends for a casual meal.

Had dinner here on a Thursday to satisfy my sushi cravings. Liked the rolls, didn't think the fish was of the best quality. Located as part of the Famous Food Street Eats Food Hall in Resort World Casino in Las Vegas, Nori Bar offers classic nigiri and rolls in a casual setting. There is seating at the bar, but you can also get carry out by ordering from the ubiquitous tablet kiosk stations all around the main food court. I placed my order through this kiosk (charging it to our room), and got a text soon afterwards to notify me that my food was ready for pick-up. It wasn't very busy when we came. Resort World does have a fine dining sushi bar (Kusa Nori), so I was hoping that both restaurants would source the fish from the same place and have the same quality. I don't think that was the case. I enjoyed the texture and taste of the blue crab roll ($26 for 8 pieces). But the three fishes in the 10 piece nigiri set ($30 for salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) were supermarket/buffet quality and didn't seem fresh; I had a hard time finishing it. The nice boxed set came with plenty of individually wrapped soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. It would travel very well.

Absolutely love Nori Bar. It's an easy go-to spot (conveniently located in the Resorts World food court) for a quick refreshing bite. Stop & go sushi, it's great! They make the hand rolls right in front of you. Their "Four of a Kind" is the perfect amount to feel satisfied without being overly stuffed.

The filet au poivre was extraordinary, perfectly cooked with an incredible crust, and adding béarnaise on the side took it over the top. Truly one of the finest steaks I've had in over a decade, barely edging out some legendary Vegas steakhouses for me. The Don's chopped salad, bread service, and overall execution were flawless, but what made the evening unforgettable was the service. Angel was fantastic -- warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. He actually sat down and shared the story behind their beef program, which elevated the meal into an experience. That level of hospitality is rare. From the classic steakhouse atmosphere to the impeccable food and top-tier service, this was a magical dinner and a highlight of my Vegas trip. Absolute five stars. Absolutely spot‑on recommendation. At first, the lobster rolls looked a little small in the photos, but the pictures are totally deceiving. These rolls are full‑size and packed, truly packed, with nothing but lobster, butter, and a touch of seasoning. No filler, no celery, no greens, nothing to distract from the lobster itself. Just pure, clean flavor. The rolls are perfectly toasted, warm, and crisp, and the lobster bisque surprised me in the best way. It's light, not heavy or overly creamy, which was exactly what I wanted since we were just grabbing a snack before dinner. It hit the spot without weighing me down. For about $30 a roll, I thought it was well worth it, especially since that price includes chips and a drink. For the quality and freshness, it felt like a great value. If you're walking the Strip and want something quick, delicious, and not fried or heavy, Luke's Lobster is absolutely fantastic.

I had several before on a trip to Booth Bay Harbor and there was definitely more lobster at about half the price. What I received was very tasty, but I wish I had eaten them there, so I could have gone back up front for the pickle the server promised but did not deliver. Server and prep lady were quite personable but would have been happier to get the pickle, as I told them I love pickles when they were offered.

The Red wine mignonette with the Anchovy chili lime sauce and Habanero sauce combination has to be the perfect trio. (Hidden technique, add a bit of wasabi onto the oyster!) (discovered by my sister) The service was a tad slow at first and other people's orders came out before ours even though we sat first. A few orders were forgotten but I am giving Cin-Cin a 5-star review solely because of Chef V. Chef V approached our table and offered to take our order after noticing our table was the only empty table in the dining room. He greeted us professionally and took our order after we waited for 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. His hospitality is great and he took accountability for the service being slow, and that is what a restaurant should strive for when it comes to their staff. Ana (Anna)? Also provided fantastic service and kept watch of our table to make sure that we got everything that we needed. I would recommend her as your server if you want a pleasant experience where your server cares about your time at the restaurant. The ambiance is cool! If you ever come dine here, sit at the bar and watch the chefs shuck the oysters! It's definitely relaxing and 100% worth the money. Thank you so much Chef V for recovering our experience. I always talk about how great this place is, and although today ALMOST changed my mind, Chef V saved it. Can't wait to visit again! P.S. : To our server whose name starts with a V, I would highly recommend you work on your level of service and hospitality. 1. When you first greet your table, it's great if you would introduce yourself and ask if it's the customers' first time dining with the restaurant. 2. Please bring your table waters after they order their first appetizers or entrees or ask if the table would like waters to start off. We didn't receive our waters til the end of our meal when we asked. 3. Please ask if your customer is finished with their beverages before you take them away. (I still had beer in my bottle). 4. When your guests order appetizers, I would recommend to ask them if they would also like to order their entrees instead of saying "I'll start you off with your appetizers" or Try to finish our sentences for us when we weren't done ordering. (We had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to have Chef V come take our entree orders for us....) 5. Your prebussing capabilities were great. But I feel like you were trying to rotate your tables too quick when the restaurant wasn't busy and there wasn't a waitlist. If there are no customers waiting to be sat, please allow your guests to enjoy their time dining in by being patient. 6. When I asked you about what type of oysters you had available for happy hour, you told me the quantity instead of the region / type of oyster.

The menu is pretty straightforward: tacos, ceviche tostadas, soups, chef specials, cocktails, and a kids menu. Since it was the hottest day we've had so far this year, I wasn't in the mood for anything fried or super heavy, so I went with the ceviche sampler trio. It came with the Tsunami Tostada (shrimp, scallops, sashimi style fish, cooked octopus), the Wipeout (shrimp, octopus, bay scallops, pico in a cocktail style mix), and a more traditional fish ceviche with lime, pico, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. Everything came out fresh and cold which was perfect for the weather. Each ceviche definitely had its own flavor. Nothing was overly spicy or too acidic. The Wipeout had a little more heat, but I think I got a bite of fresh jalapeño. The only thing I wasn't huge on was the bay scallops. They tasted a little fishier than I personally like and the texture can be a little different, so if you're picky with textures you may want to avoid that one. Kids got the bean and cheese burrito which actually tasted homemade and fresh, not canned beans at all. Good portion size for a kids meal too. The little one had chicken tenders and fries and was happy. We also ordered the fish and chips which came with a ton of fries and 3 smaller pieces of fried fish. I just wish it came with a little cabbage slaw, lime, or some type of creamy sauce instead of only ketchup, because I think that would've made the plate better overall. Customer service started off great, but the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. We were charged an automatic 18% gratuity for having 5+ people even though we were split between two tables because there wasn't room for all of us together. Nobody mentioned the gratuity, didn't show us the receipt, and just handed over the card machine. We ended up tipping on top of the automatic gratuity without realizing until later which was frustrating. Overall, the seafood tasted fresh and the portions were decent, but prices are definitely on the higher side for individual items. Between that and the gratuity situation, I'm not sure it's somewhere I'd rush back to.
