Quickly becoming a favorite sushi spot!! The rolls are fresh, substantial, and come out sooo fast! Although the all you can eat option is tempting, I typically order two rolls to save a few bucks and am leave super satisfied. Don't skip this place!

Extremely reasonably priced AYCE sushi that is delightfully tender and perfect. This place is an absolute treat and I can't wait to return! Good selection, atmosphere, and service. It reminds me of AYCE places out west.

Recently visited sushi kingdom on a date. I get a little worried about all you can eat sushi places as I have an avocado allergy, but they were happy to accommodate. The service was quick, food was delicious, and the restaurant itself is lovely with whimsical decor. I cannot rave enough about the crab ragoons. I am so picky about them but these were fantastic, the sushi was fresh and super quick to get out to us. We have already been back to visit again and likely will in the future.

My favorite AYCE sushi spot! Plenty of options on the menu. The restaurant is clean and the service is great.

The food is always good and fresh! I love their fried chicken as an appetizer! The service is good and usually quick! The ambiance is casual and a good average date night or a fun night out with family!

I recently visited Sushi Kingdom in High Point. I've been looking for a restaurant who does great hibachi and sushi. I have found in my search, most restaurants of this kind in the Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem areas have only been able to deliver on one or the other and not both. Overall, the sushi was really good and freshly made. You can see them preparing it right there and the hibachi plates were good; pretty standard. I thought the portion sizes were nice but the fried rice was a bit disappointing. I think there were a few bits of corn in it; that's about it nothing special. They provide two sauces with each dinner. Anything over that was an extra cost. I enjoyed the cooked veggies which still had some texture and wasn't overcooked. Overall, the restaurant was clean and had casual setting with TVs. Reasonable prices. The tables were clean and they had adequate wait staff. However, there were a lot of other "things" in there for sale like press on nails. My only recommendation is get rid of all of the "extra stuff" that doesn't belong in a restaurant and just deliver overall great food to set yourselves apart from the standard hibachi restaurants in the area. I would probably return if I'm in the area again. And I do recommend it!

It's crazy to think we now have 4 AYCE sushi spots all within 1 city apart. Let alone sushi Kingdom has company right across the street with Shinjuku Station! Walking in, it looks cozy. The bar seating was uncomfortable for me however. The atmosphere was loud, really loud. I can handle loud but something about the arrangement was very uneasy. The selections were okay, not great. A lot of fried and cream cheese options which are a big no for me. The taste was lacking in many areas. The apps, sashimi, and hibachi plates weren't the best. Sushi was not quality. Hibachi was lacking in flavor and the apps were missing either ingredients or they were undercooked. The service however was great. Servers were nice and management was attentive. But overall, especially considering the local competition... it was not a great visit.

Stopped in for lunch with friends. $20 all you can eat sushi if you have a big appetite you get 1 hour to take advantage I only ordered one roll because I can never eat enough for all you can eat I ordered cabarets county roll and it was tasty! I love sushi rolls with some texture so the cooked shrimp with the cream cheese was a great match. Several other rolls pictured and no complaints from anyone. Not our first time here and won't be our last!

Had dinner at Sushi Kingdom with family, with all you can eat option. Fresh sushi, quick service and friendly environment headlines this place. We were quickly seated outside and were served with delicious and fresh sushi options from the all you can eat menu. The sashimi stood out the best for me with fresh salmon and yellowtail. Our server took good care of us, and was quick to bring in our food despite the place being packed.

Stopped into this Japanese spot with a friend for lunch recently. Though they offer an all you can eat meal option, neither of us were looking for that much food at the moment. We were seated quickly and provided their standard menu. The server came to get our drink order while we reviewed the menu. They have a few lunch specials which I ordered from. They had sushi roll specials but I opted for the chicken hibachi meal with crab Rangoon a spring roll. Food came out rather quickly, but it wasn't too busy, so I'm sure that helped. The meal portions weren't massive, but were probably pretty appropriate. I didn't have any left, but I didn't leave feeling miserable either. Pricing was fair, my only complaint was how dark it is in the restaurant. Perhaps it's because of the decor, but it's definitely not bright and open feeling like their nearest competitor. Overall it was good, quick, and the food tasted good. I'd probably check this out again

Ordered the teriyaki chicken with rice meal . Cucumber rolls for appetizers. The chicken was very salty and rice on the harder side. Cucumber rolls were ok but seaweed wrap a little dry.

Ok so I'm an all you can eat skeptic. Normally stay clear - however Sushi Kingdom was a home run. We did not order the all you can eat. Everything we ordered was delicious- and the prices were very reasonable. I might have a new favorite sushi spot! They are also open for lunch!!

    Steak well done.............

Do NOT recommend this place. The servers were rude, and I felt completely rushed while ordering. I couldn't even look over the menu properly because the lady was already reaching for it before I finished. I came in at 9, and they don't close until 10, so there was no reason for them to act like they were trying to push me out. To top it off my food wasn't even cooked like I had ordered! I definitely asked for WELL DONE

Since then, the half price sushi hours are no longer in effect, replaced with more standardized lunch specials and combinations. Three basic rolls for x, two specialty rolls for x, etc... as well as specials on hot food and the like. Due to this, I just haven't found myself there very often, and until my experience last week it had probably been two or three years honestly. We came during lunch hours on a Saturday. The lunch specials are good every day, not just weekdays, so that is a good thing. Ordering was simple enough, still done at the counter, given a number, go have a seat. Drinks still self-serve, no wait staff or the like which is totally fine. We ordered a general tso's chicken combination with fried rice and an egg roll, a basic two roll combination of sweet potato tempura and Ro Roll, and a two speciality roll combination that I honestly cannot remember the specific names of. There were also crab rangoons. My first area of dismay, even though we were eating there, everything came in to-go containers creating a ton of trash and waste. Plastic utensils, cups, everything. This was not the case in the past. I guess they've done the financial math that it's cheaper than dishwashing, but it's terrible for our environment. It would have been better if things even came combined on paper plates than this. As to the food, we were disappointed. Nothing other than the sushi and maybe soup appears to be made there, definitely true for all fried things. Rangoons came with plain duck sauce. Egg rolls the size of your index finger. Sushi wise, the sweet potato tempura roll was the best of the bunch. The fish tasted fine, nothing off putting there, but also nothing pleasant. The flavor combos just didn't make me want to eat more... and they were all crammed into to-go sushi trays with dry horseradish ("wasabi") It is not common for me to leave sushi pieces for the trash, but I did this time. Ultimately, the things that used to draw me here just didn't seem to be in place. But the price isn't bad at all. If you are more concerned with value, and don't mind some of the things I listed above, this place could work for you.

I just wasn't expecting this level of authenticity in High Point. My daughter and I stopped in on Saturday, May 23, and spent $61.39 on dinner and drinks. I almost skipped it entirely because raw fish just is not my thing. Smoked salmon, yes. Raw seafood, usually not happening. Then I noticed they had cooked poke bowls and customizable options, so we gave it a shot. The food hall was not busy when we visited, so service moved quickly. After ordering, they handed us a buzzer and our food came out fast. We ended up getting everything to go. I ordered the large Strawberry Blossom tea refresher. It had a really good fruity flavor, although it started out a little sweeter than I like. I added some extra ice and that fixed it immediately. My daughter got the Peach Paradise tea refresher, and hers was excellent from the first sip. Both drinks were large and definitely worth the price. We shared the Firecracker Roll, and they had no problem adjusting the spice level for us. Normally it comes with spicy tuna and spicy sauces, but they toned it down without making a big deal about it. The roll came with ten pieces, topped with fresh tuna instead of the spicy tuna, crunchy bits, scallions, and sauce. Plenty for two people to split, and we still brought a couple pieces home. It was delicious! For my meal, I ordered the Chicken Poke Bowl from the cooked menu section. I am glad I spotted that menu because it completely changed my mind about eating there. Every bite was fresh and flavorful. The vegetables were crisp, the rice was cooked right, and the sauces pulled everything together without making the bowl heavy. I upgraded to the fried chicken for an extra dollar. The breading did not stay on perfectly, but that was a small issue compared to how good the bowl tasted overall. Even the bites without chicken were good enough to stand on their own. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned. My daughter built her own poke bowl, which honestly looked like the fun option. You go down the line choosing your base, proteins, mix-ins, sauces, toppings, and crunchy add-ons. There were a lot of choices, but it still felt simple and easy to follow. Everything looked fresh, colorful, and made to order. The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and organized. The staff stayed friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe. It was a bit pricey, but I think worth it. This place definitely earned a return visit from me, especially considering I almost walked past it because of the raw fish focus. Must order: Firecracker Roll and the Chicken Poke Bowl & Peach Paradise bubble tea Tip: If raw seafood is not your thing, check the cooked menu before you decide. There are plenty of good options.

He (an African American male) was treated terribly from the moment he went inside. First, the receptionist acted funny toward him and non-friendly, as if he was stealing someone else's order. That was strike number 1. Then, when he got home, we realized our order was absolutely wrong. We were missing the Spider Rolls and the yellow tail. We spent almost $70 so of course, this was irritating. He called the restaurant on his way to get the missing items and once again, the receptionist was rude. She questioned if he knew what yellow tail and spider rolls looked like. Questioning and insulting his intelligence as a grown man. That was strike number 2. He asked to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one and he would need to come tomorrow to speak to one....yeah ok. He told her that wouldn't be necessary because he was pulling up to the restaurant in about a minute. When he came in she continued to argue with him about his order and told him, he needed to bring it back...why would he bring back the items that were right in the order, when he was there for the MISSING ITEMS?! Not to mention, that's extremely unsanitary! She would not help him but instead argued so badly with him that the chef had to come out of the kitchen. The receptionist spoke to my husband as if he was a child. She talked to him as if he was a thief and a liar. Strike number 3. The chef then told my husband, he would take care of the missing items for him and to not worry. Now, why couldn't the receptions in treat him with the same respect and dignity that the chef did? I'll tell you why. She racially profiled him because of the demographics of the city where the restaurant is located. She treated him as if he was uncultured, ignorant, and a liar. We will never be back and will be sure to write every single person that matters and leave reviews all over the internet exposing this racist establishment. I happened to have reason to be in the shopping center one fateful day, and was hungry to boot. So I decided, I should stop in, if for nothing else, just to say I put it through it's paces. Inside, well, I kind of found what I expected. A well-worn restaurant, but importantly, very clean. Much of the decor has faded over time, but I don't see much reason to improve it. Looking into the kitchen, and just observing interactions, I would wager the same husband and wife combination have owned it the entire time. Though everything is dated, I do love that you can fully see the entire kitchen and sushi bar. I went for lunch, but was surprised there was not a lunch special menu of any kind. Standard in this area, you would usually find that. Same menu all day here. I ordered chicken yakisoba and a yellowfin scallion maki roll. Service was excellent, attentive but not overly so. You can tell the experience, as the same lady was working the whole place (about 8 tables occupied). My sushi roll came out first, no complaints. Fresh yellowfin tuna, the inclusion of scallions was a nice touch both for taste and texture. Appropriate amount of rice. This was great, maybe next time I will just go for sushi. My chicken yakisoba was a good portion, but I found it a bit bland generally. I asked for some ginger sauce to dip it in, and that helped a lot, but on its own I would have liked more flavor kick. The chicken however was cooked well, not dry at all. Overall, this place is not very close to me, but if in the area I would come again. I was just glad to have finally set foot in there after all this time, and find a family run place sticking to what they do best.

The menu here is Japanese (sushi, sashimi, hibachi, etc.) albeit with some Korean and Chinese influences. The selection of sushi rolls is extensive, and quite a few of them sounded intriguing. Admittedly, the Italian (a California roll topped with white fish, tomato sauce, and cheese) was a bridge too far even for me. My wife and I came hungry and went with two apps (steamed dumplings and vegetable gyoza), four rolls, and two misos. The food was, across the board, quite good. Whereas some miso can blast you with salt, Little Tokyo's broth benefitted from an underlying richness. Our sushi was beautifully plated and tasted fresh. Of the rolls we tried, the Bulgoki (beef, crab, cucumber, and eel sauce) was my favorite. Prices here are reasonable for the quality of the food (rolls in the low-mid teens, most apps under $10), and severs are polite. The kitchen isn't lightning fast, but we didn't find the wait unreasonable. Based on ratings, I expected "good," and based on hunger levels and a desire to be out of the rain, I would have settled for "OK." Little Tokyo, however, ended up being surprisingly great.

The atmosphere is definitely unique--fun, a little over-the-top, and honestly gave me some Las Vegas Chinese restaurant vibes. Not a bad thing, just something different. I ordered the scallop hibachi. Flavor-wise, it was really good--the rice, vegetables, and scallops all tasted great. My only knock is the portion for the price. At $14, I was hoping for more vegetables and either larger or a few more scallops. Overall, solid experience with great service and good food--just a little light on the portion side for what you pay.

The food was good with exception to the tofu in my bento box. I'm used to really crispy on the outside tofu at my Thai restaurants and thought this was that. Everything else was really good. The staff was very kind and provided drink refills without us asking. Many places don't anymore. Don't forget this place when you are in the area.
