Hot Night Roll (on the left) & the Golden California Roll. SO GOOD EVERYTIME.

I've never actually been inside, always ordered through Doordash! I need to go soon but man the rolls are consistently great every time. My go-to's are the Golden California Roll, Nashvegas Roll & The Hot Nights Roll. Hands down the best Sushi place I've found in Nashville.

Great COVID precautions and value; hidden gem with lots going for it -- check them out! I was thoroughly impressed with the plexiglass fort that they built inside after the last time i was inside, but they have a great in/out door situation going on, plus low contact pickup inside. I remembered that I enjoyed the sushi last time I was here, but after having a few other places, I've realized that the value is also great with Sushi O Sushi. It's not overpriced and the rolls are a good size -- not to mention there's tons of options to choose from. I wish I could remember the names of the rolls in the picture, but honestly they were all tasty and we were super full afterwards, and I call that a win.

Ordered to go pick up thru Uber Ears last night . On the Nashville roll , I took 3 pieces of the roll and each one has this sharp almost plastic like things in each one . I cut inside of my mouth on one and accidentally swallowed one . I called and sent pictures to the manager . They basically mocked me by repeating everything I said with a sarcastic tone and didn't really apologize till hours after I called thru text message . They said complain to Uber eats . Safety issue aside , it was horrible customer service . Would rate negative stars if I could

It was good I recommend the hibachi chicken it is outstanding and by far my favorite I've gone here 5 times and I don't really think the sushi is the best but the Nigiri is good and the miso soup is amazing!

My go to spot for quiet dining and good sushi. My girlfriend and I have eaten at Sushi O Sushi a fair amount of times in the last 6 months, (enough to try more than half of the available sushi offerings on the menu) and we really enjoy the location for several reasons. The location is great and not very busy even on Friday nights when most places are slammed. The Mexican place beside it is always hopping but there always seems to be available seating in Sushi O Sushi. The menu has all the classics with plenty of signature rolls that are sure to please and sushi lover's appetite. The service is fantastic, always polite and nice. The prices are slightly less than some of the more trendy sushi bars downtown. Two can dine with 4 sushi rolls (non signature), drinks, and miso for like $35. This place has helped to fuel my love for sushi and my girlfriend and I go here anytime we want a quiet somewhat reclusive dining experience. If you are in the area and want sushi, look no further.

Not impressed for the amount they charge and the amount they gave. What a presentation

I was certainly in the mood and thought I'd give it another try. I was not impressed. Now I get we are dealing with Covid19 and I'm sure it's not the same as it would be dining in however you were NOT at all busy yesterday when I called so it's would've been nice to get a nice meal to bring home. It and when we are able to "eat in" again I still won't go back. Your lack of "presentation" and the amount of food put in a dish it's like they're throwing it in the container and whatever didn't make it ... Not my idea of a good dinner. The last time I ordered they did give me my money back. Lol I would NOT recommend this place.

This is my first time dining here for lunch and they have amazing lunch specials. I ordered the spicy chicken bento box. The bento box comes with your choice of a sushi roll instead of the usual boring California roll. I chose the Alaska roll which is salmon, avocado and cucumber. The miso soup comes out first and it traditionally prepared. Then comes your bento box with the salad and a ginger dressing, fried rice with peas and carrots, the Alaska roll and spicy chicken. I didn't touch my salad but I never eat the salad dressing that Japanese restaurants have. The fried rice was flavorful and the veggies were fresh. The Alaskan roll was so yummy. I like salmon with avocado so this roll is a personal favorite but not all places serve this one. The spicy chicken came with Broccoli, carrots, onions and mushrooms. The sauce was similar to teriyaki but it wasn't spicy in my opinion. The chicken was moist and the veggies were still a little crisp and not over cooked. I enjoyed my $10.95 bento box meal and I certainly think this is a great bargain.

We started off with a round of champagne and a bottle of red wine for dinner. We tried a variety of dishes since we were told that the set up is family style: Hamachi Crudo: 10/10 one of the best I've ever had! Super fresh and the sauce paired well with it. Bluefin Tune Crudo: 8/10 It was really fresh and well prepared, but I've had better elsewhere. I typically prefer bluefin tuna sashimi or nigiri anyway. Tuna Crispy Rice: 9/10 This was such a fun and delicious way to eat spicy tuna! All of the seasonings made it packed full of flavor. Tomahawk Ribeye 9/10: This was insanely tender, and well seasoned. Tip: ask for lemon wedges to sprinkle some lemon juice on it--thank me later. Broccolini 8/10: well prepared, and I loved the lemongrass garlic chili that topped it East Side Shrimp 7/10: These were well cooked and well seasoned. Loved the salad placed underneath it. Wagyu Tartare 8/10: It was well prepared and loved that it's paired with nori and rice. Wished it had a bit more punch to it in terms of seasoning. Crab Fried Rice 8/10: this was delicious but still say it's a solid 8. Beautifully prepared! Korean Hot Wings 2.5/10: I could tell that it was well cooked, but it was insanely salty; it was practically inedible. Hurricane Fries 9/10: These were so delicious! You are immediately hit with the smell of truffle, which made my mouth water. Packed with flavor! Brussels 7/10: These were well roasted, but the sauce was a tad too sweet for my liking. I highly recommend trying this place out!

By the bar we got to see some of the dishes being made. Great date night spot. Limited parking. This is a tapas spot and our serve did a good job recommending how many dishes to get. The only reason Noko is not getting 5 stars is because the server said that they would time out the dishes for us, so it was best to place our entire order all at once. However, we got 3 dishes and then it took about 30 minutes for other two to come out. Maybe we were eating too fast but felt like we were waiting a while for our food. The food itself was absolutely delicious. There was nothing we ordered that I did not like. Some favorites include the burnt ends lettuce wraps and Korean chicken wings. The Sando, shrimp and tuna crispy rice was also spectacular. The tuna was so flavorful and refreshing on the tuna crispy rice. The sauce of the east side shrimp really makes the dish. I'm not a huge shrimp person but this was really good. This is a must go to spot in Nashville and would definitely want to come back.

Our waiter was very helpful and attentive during the entire dining experience. The food was very good from the appetizers to the sushi rolls. Fish was very fresh and the wines were good. The only shock was the tax rate which couldn't be explained by the waiter other than to say that's how they maintain the roads. On a bill of exactly $100, our taxes added $14.09 to the total. It's definitely not the restaurants' fault, but TN or Nashville specifically needs to address the 14.1% taxes on a restaurant bill. It's egregious, but again I can't fault the restaurant hence the 5 star review.

They book out 6 weeks in advance; with only 14 seats and 3 seatings per night, they are sold out in seconds when they go on sale at midnight. I have lucked out twice, once even getting a duo, so not impossible, but not easy. When you enter, you walk into a small bar area, where you can order a cocktail or two. I opted for the Shibuyu Nights, which had a slight coffee note on top of the whisky and bourbon. At the prescribed time, you are led into the omekase and the experience begins. Cue fanfare music now. Kudos to the chef for handling my shellfish allergy with wonderful subsitutions. At $75, this is a steal. WIth extras, sake, and drinks, I ran over $200 for 1, but it was worth every minute. I figured if I was going to try, it needed to be at a place that knew what they were doing. James our sushi chef, definitely knew what he was doing. The servings were one piece at a time, served at a comfortable pace. Each piece was a different sort of fish, or a piece of wagyu beef! I enjoyed myself.
