We tried the That's What She Said Roll, KC Tuna Roll, Gyoza, and the Maine Lobster Volcano Roll--every dish was outstanding. I was seriously impressed. A special shoutout to Chef Larry, whose attention to detail made every bite memorable, and to Elena, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. The vibe was just as good as the food. The playlist went from Linkin Park to Maná to Pearl Jam, which made the whole experience even better. It's super cozy and perfect for a date night. We'll definitely be coming back. We had spicey tuna,salmon cali and a special called lemon drop roll. They were all really good. Service was good. Odd thing is the bill was 58$ we put on credit card and zero tip WE ALWAYS TIP CASH! Cause the waitress was so sweet we tipped her a 20$ spot. Next day my credit card was charged 78$. A 20$ TIP ADDED?!?!?! I mean we were generous but not 40$ on a 58$ check. lol. Found this place on Yelp when looking for some late night sushi and it did not disappoint! We got the gyoza and pork belly bao buns (so good we got a 2nd order) as apps and then the Miami heat roll and truffle dragon roll both were delicious. Found Sushi Song one night while looking for places that were open late. It's not a large sushi restaurant, more of a small local spot, but their food is always fresh and delicious and the service is top notch and very personal. We have been several times now and every experience has been exceptional. I'm sure we will be patrons for years to come. My personal favorite is the Miami Heat roll and the Fish Tacos. My hubby always orders a sushi and sashimi combo and ends up bringing more than half of it home. Prices are also reasonable in my opinion. This was our first time coming to Sushi Song at West Hollywood. Larry is an amazing manager . My husband and I asked for recommendations . Every dish that was referred was amazing with different burst of flavors. We had pork belly bao bun as an appetizer, I had "that's what she say sushi roll", for our drink we had Yuki Nigori lychee(AMAZING) (Super Sweet). My husband had the Truffle Dragon and loved every piece of it. Each dish was made with love. He reassured me that Imitation crab is not real crab so I gave "the dealer sushi with a twist" .My whole life has changed as of tonight. I can eat sushi with imitation crab now :) Hasinto has been working at Sushi Song for 9 years. He loves his job ! Let me tell you he knows what he's doing! Very dissatisfied. I have tried this location multiple times and there has been countless issues. Most have been minor and I try to let it slide. For this order however, I am very bothered. I usually order through the door dash app and make sure I pay for all my add ons or modifications. I was missing items that I paid for and it is clear that it was an error on the restaurant. This was my third time attempting to order because their food is very delicious, but at this point it is ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen and I will not out the server on this review which is why I crossed their names out, but this is an ongoing issue and needs to be brought to the restaurants attention. BEST SUSHI EVER! I consider sushi a major food group, and this is, by far, the best sushi I've had in a very long time. The sushi chef is BEYOND talented. Even a basic California roll had a little something special. We couldn't even return our EMPTY dishes because we needed to sop up every last drop of his amazing sauces. I ordered through uber eats and never will i do so again , i've been craving sushi for the longest and to say the least this was a waste of money. the only thing that was good was the miso soup ....the sashimi had a strong fishy smell which is immediately a red flag for sushi and the tuna rolls were terrible , fishy , not fresh at all , the tuna was falling apart and almost stringy and the white fish sashimi literally had brown spots in it ( like it was rotting???) this shit literally made me sick and i wouldn't doubt it's food poisoning. i'm not sure how you'd want to run a successful business and can't even ensure the food you're sending out is fresh and won't make your customers sick ! don't waste your money or time here, if i could leave 0 stars that's what it'd be. management needs to do better smh , waiting for my refund. read more

I went to this location for the first time today with my girlfriend and as I'm sitting there eating my sushimi I notice little bugs all over the table (I have multiple videos). completely lost my appetite. Makes you wonder what sanitary procedures they're taking. This is now the second location to disappoint me (Pembroke Pines was first). The chef here is magician. We were fortunate to meet him at another location of his and then he mentioned this location that is closer to our house. Sushisong is one of the rare places where you just let the skilled chef make a dinner night for you. Tell him your likes and dislikes and let his mastermind deliver a gorgeous and incredible dining experience.
