I got the spicy salmon and tuna and maki yellowtail because I didn't know how good quality the fish would be but my friend got the maki salmon and I have to say, the maki rolls are WAY better than the spicy rolls. Fish is good quality, but they also put some sort of rice puffs into the spicy salmon/tuna mix as a filler and I wasn't the biggest fan. Spicy tuna was bland, Boston roll did not have lettuce that it's supposed to, and the eel shrimp tempura would've been good if the shrimp tempura didn't have an old oil taste. They aren't stingy on the offerings either. At first I thought they wouldn't include some of the more expensive ingredients but that's not the case. It's important to point out that customizing your selections will cost you, so in my opinion, not worth it. For instance, if you're craving a salmon cucumber roll, that would cost you a surcharge of .85 but salmon tuna cucumber is included in the deal. The spicy tuna roll had a little kick. The Daniella roll was very good and the shrimp tempura roll was my personal favorite. The sweet potato roll was made with purple sweet potato which was a nice change of pace, but I didn't love it.
