I gave this place 4 stars out of 5 because I do feel like the food is a bit pricey. However, the alcohol is reasonably priced. The food is not bad, but it's not top notch, but I would give it a 7 out of 10 rating. Some of their stuff was really good, and some was okay, I did enjoy it. My boyfriend enjoyed it a lot he thought it was good. I mean everyone has their differences when it comes to taste. I wouldn't mind going back. The staff, waitresses, and sushi chef were very welcoming. They're very attentive and make sure you're okay throughout your whole time there so that's always a plus. I wouldn't mind returning or going back to this place again. read more

Wow! Completely exceeded my expectations. I was never here for the previous owners/concepts but was totally surprised when I walked in tonight for my to-go order! The Alaskan roll and rock shrimp tempura were sooooo good!!! Also got a spicy tuna roll that had a generous amount of tuna. Sake lovers- there are really nice bottles including Wakatake Demon Slayer (personal fave of mine) and the markup for a bottle is considerably less than my fave sushi spots in Dallas. Please come here and keep them open!! I will definitely dine in next time. read more

Found a sushi place close to home and can't wait for the to die down so we can go in and have a nice sit down dinner! The owner is really nice. They offered curbside pickup. They are in mask and gloves and super friendly. Right now they are offering 20% off their entire menu during this pandemic. The spicy lover roll from their fresh menu selection is my favorite! Don't be fooled by the name, there is nothing street about their sushi. Sushi street just got a complete renovation about a month ago and the food is phenomenal. The fish is so fresh and gets flown in daily. The price is so reasonable compared to most sushi restaurants and without lacking quality. I had convinced some of my girlfriends that live an hour away to have dinner here last night, and i had asked if we could have something special put together for us. So they did the Valentine's Day special for $100 per person. It was a lot of food for the price! J is the main sushi chef he did an incredible job and Tina (host) was Accommodating and great at communicating with us. I'm so happy I don't have to drive to Dallas anymore for good quality sushi! Definitely a must try, you will not be disappointed. Best sushi hands down in the Keller/southlake/colleyville/FW area ! I'll probably be coming every week! read more

Anytime I take my youngest on a daddy daughter date, this is where she picks. She loves the attention from the staff, and the extra decorative add on's they put on her plate. They make some great fresh nigiri here, and have fresh wasabi if requested. The plate presentation is always spot on, and the fish is fresh! read more

Sushi street has been really amazing for me. I moved to Keller a couple months ago and my 11 year old nephew loves to come here for our auntie dates on Thursday nights. Being a transplant from California my taste for seafood and good sushi is insatiable and this place foots the bill. Zackery gets 2 shrimp tempura rolls that's a must and I order different verities of sashimi. Last but not least is Uni for desert! They always have it and that's a rare occurrence since I moved to the south. I thank you for making my tastebuds happy. I little note on ambiance the restaurant is pleasant to dine in and service is always great! 4 out of 5 stars in my book for the level of quality this place gives. read more

You must try this place, early today I went to another sushi place off of basswood and it was terrible most of the time I have to drive to Carrollton to get my Asian food because there really isn't that many good places on this side of the town. Wanted sushi and will never return. The waiter was snarky when we asked what is their signature dish. He said uh sushi. The sushi is better at Kroger. The bulgogi was disgusting. The edamame appetizer came after the meal and had so much salt, my sons had to rinse it at the table with a bowl of water. Not worth the $60 we paid for dinner. Absolutely love the food here.. but this is the second I've witnessed the lady owner go off on her employees in front of everyone in the restaurant it's unprofessional and sad to watch. I understand you can get frustrated but speaking to employees that way does not help. It puts a sour taste in my mouth to know they are being treated that way. They were young high school boys and just needed a little guidance without being talked down on... sushi street management please do better. read more

Since I'm still doing the keto/low carb thing, I was impressed by the options available at Sushi Street. Most sushi restaurants have a roll that's just salmon wrapped around crab mix, which (while compliant) isn't exactly the most creative. Sushi street does a much better job, with salmon, sprouts, crab and avocado all lovingly combined in one delicious option. They pack their food really well in a thick bag stapled shut. Overall, a great place to order from, I look forward to seeing the restaurant in person when things are better. read more

I ate near the bar so it'll be easier for me to grab the food there and have food talk with the sushi chefs! - Food: so I ordered quite a lot to try out my favorites, such as the salmon nigiri(Sushi 2pc), Alaskan rolls, rock shrimp tempura, Gyu don and Takoyaki. What telling you know, that the salmon nigiri is very delicious and the meat cut was very thick it's sooo good that my fiancé loves it! The Alaskan roll is also a total hit! The sauce that comes with it makes the roll so deliciously great, the shrimp tempura roll is crunchy and the sauce on it makes the roll comes together with a good crunchy delicious bite that I couldn't stop eating! Takoyaki is Takoyaki and will always be good no matter where I order it, but the best part of the food was the salmon, love love love salmon! It's very fatty and also just seems to melt in my mouth with every bite! Overall: Would I come back? Heck yeah!
