All the human workers were scrambling around which told me they were "behind". I asked a worker about my phone order and she told me five minutes and took my payment. 35 minutes later I'm still waiting among the crowd who are also waiting to be seated. Workers are scrambling around like they just got trained that day. Confused looks and panic ruled the evening. Workers continued to jog past me to handing out drinks and trays of items and never checking back in with the small crowd. Confusion over clarity remained the theme as large parties asked why they haven't been seated yet. Small parties asked when they would be seated and I waited for (1) roll. A purely bad experience from start to finish from a place I've enjoyed in the past. The moral of the story is to expect the unexpected. Even though I've had pleasant experiences in the past here, I have to report the details of this visit based on its own merits and not prior visits.
