I took my car on Wednesday night for a suspension fix , Saturday I called at 3pm for a status , now bare in mind I was Scheduled to pick up the car at 1pm , they told me the programmer had not arrived . Come Monday morning , the guy does not have the machine " how did it change from the guy is on his way to the guy does not have the machine . Sean's excuse was alway to the fact that my Range Rover was a 2006 . The point is " can you do the job or not ", everything else is irrelevant . Had you communicated with me , I would have taken it elsewhere . Monday comes and he tells me the car needs to be taken to Landrover for an indefinite amount of time . I have never dealt with dealership that has taken more than 5 days to resolve the issue and complete the service . I have been to this location two times prior to this incident that I faced on today. I felt discriminated because the color of my families skin. My family and I went into get a oil change. We sat in the back area while waiting on our car to get serviced. My husband's phone service was terrible inside of the building. He was trying to get something important done. I told him he should try to go outside the building to see if he could get better service. I myself was trying to also go on my internet, but had a hard time as well. He was outside for a while. When he came back in he said they said to him that he can't stand outside because he's making them "nervous". Definition of nervous "easily agitated or alarmed; tending to be anxious; highly strung." I was offended because if someone says this to you that means they feel some type of threat from you. I asked to speak to the owner Sean said that he doesn't work there. Sean the general manager spoke to me and brought me in his office. I proceeded to tell him what was said to my husband and that I felt offended and it was disrespectful. He proceeded to tell me that he told one of his workers that he told him to tell him this and not to stand outside where he was because it was close to the opening where they worked on cars. I told Sean OK that is fine with you saying that he cannot be right there, but it was the choice of words that was used saying that you felt nervous. There were other words that could've been used like it's not safe or you shouldn't stand there because the cars are coming out of the garage, but saying you're nervous is saying that someone is a threat to you. He first told me that he apologize if I felt any way from the way the employee explained it. He calls the employee over to where we were standing that he told to tell my husband. Then proceeded to say if you want us to let stand their and watch then we could charge a different price. I proceeded to say this is where you are you are ticking at my skin. By this I meant he was still agitating me by the words he was saying and taking shots as if I was not going to realize what he was saying. He then admitted that he was the one who told the employee to say those words. He turns to the employee and says what the employee says was OK to say and he says that well your husband is a grown man he has a problem with what I said and I proceeded to say actually I'm the one who's thinks it's offensive because the choice of words. I went back inside and said I do not want to hear anything else he had to say because it was disrespectful what he said and I was done with hearing anything else he had to say. Sean the manager then calls my husband in the back to show him what ever he was trying to explain to me, but my whole problem with this situation was not that he should not be standing there , but the choice of words that was chosen to be said as if my husband was threat to his job. Quite frankly he was not even standing that close to the door way of the service area. This is my third visit here, but I would not be returning. The only thing I can say is that they move pretty fast on doing their job, but I will not return because I felt RACISM played a part in the choice of words that was said. read more

I have been going there for at least 5 years, maybe longer. I am very comfortable bringing my car to them, everyone is kind. I've had all number of (old) car problems repaired or fixed, including new tires. In all experiences I was pleased and always felt their charges were par, sometimes under what others would charge. If you think it's time for an oil change, etc, they'll check, but they won't do it if you don't need it. I went to another auto service provider because I was concerned that Suwanee Service Center lied about needing to replace a brand new tire. Management and a technician told me that a nail punctured the tire similar to a staple making the repair impossible. They subsequently recommended that I purchase a new tire. With that, I sought a second and third opinion. Conversely, both indicated that the tire could either be patched or plugged, but did not need to be replaced. In short, I was lied to by Suwanee "No" Service Center for them to make money. My cost went from over $300 at Suwanee "No" Service Center to $29 at a reputable and honest competitor. It is one thing for there to be differences in labor cost and parts, as I understand that businesses need to make money to survive. However, blatant and deliberate falsehoods and misdiagnosis of issues demonstrate a systemic lack of integrity, calling into question Suwanee "No" Service Center's business practices and ethical standards. read more

This is my third time at this place. The previous 2 times I came for an oil change and they tried to sell me the synthetic oil after I denied it several times. They finally understood that I was not willing to pay $80 for an oil change and allowed me to go with the conventional oil. I was fine with that, they just want money I understand. However, today I went in for an oil change and they notified me of tire damage/replacement for my 2 front tires. Keith, (the man helping me) showed me the wear and tear and I believed him, it was not the first time I heard this. He then proceeded to tell me that the tires were replaced in 2011 and I told him that they were not, that they were in fact replaced after 2012. And he shows me the year on the tire and says "look there is a 2011 stamp here, tires don't lie" I then told him I Don't lie, I moved here in 2012 and it's impossible I got them in 2011. He ignored that fact and when he checked me out he asked me to sign and initial some paper work with statements saying that he notified me of his recommendations that were "reasonably priced" and ultimately for my safety. Whatever. He did not care, Keith was rude and unprofessional, he also needs some extra training because when I went to get my tires replaced elsewhere, the technician said that was the year it was made not the year it was installed. I came in for a simple oil change because the place looks decent and the two reviews that they received on Yelp looked good. I drive a 2002 car and so it needs regular maintenance that I only trust my brother in law to do as needed. As with most oil changes, they presented me with a list of things that needed attention. I immediately said that I just want to know what I need to fix and that I could not fix anything on this day. This was what I considered a tactful way of saying, "thanks, but no thanks" to them working on my car. The guy working the counter immediately told me that I was "not going to leave without (them) fixing my brakes today." He went as far to tell me that he "did not know if they were going to be able to release my car to me without having it towed off of the lot." He went back to the garage to ask someone if it was okay. I informed him that my brakes had not been making noise and I had been stopping just fine every day that I drive to work and I was ready to pay and leave IN MY CAR. I also informed him that I live right across the street and I can assure him that my car is at least in okay driving condition to make it home. He came back and said that I was able to drive it off of the lot, but then wrote several notes on my paperwork that included, "absolutely no pads left the car is unsafe!," "offered to tow customers vehicle to her home for her so it did not danger anyone, she declined." The guy was super condescending to me. I immediately drove home (very upset with the whole ordeal) and my brother-in-law came over and fixed my brakes. While it was time for my brakes to be fixed, not one single brake pad was down to the metal. Just make sure that if you absolutely have to go here, you don't get pushed into an immediate sale. Upon arrival and talking to Keith, he immediately gave ($$$)! It was $100 more! When asked for an explanation, he tried to 'breakdown' his initial quote. Finally he agreed to his initial quote. There are coupons that are sold in store that allow for a discount on 'Factory Service'... When the coupon was presented, he balked and said that it couldn't be used. The reason why??? I'd give 0 stars if I could!! So my husband took our 16 year olds first car, a 1995 bmw 325i convertible up to these guys. They gave him a quote that we couldn't afford. Gave him a slightly less expensive quote that he said he'd have to talk to me about and see where our finances were. He told them he was coming to pick the car up after he got off work. When he got there the car sounded like it was on its last leg. Since we had just drove to zoo atlanta and back the day before we took it in to them we new something was up right away. We gave them every chance to fix it and they stuck to they had done nothing wrong. After having it towed to bmw we have now been told that there are loose parts and broken clips. Some things aren't put together right and some parts are just missing. I was told by bmw there was no way the car could have been driven in this condition. My first visit was pleasant until I realized they have no idea what they're doing, misdiagnosed my car and could not give me a straightforward answer when I pressed them for answers. I have been dealing with Suwanee Service Station since it opened and have always been pleased with the service. Have had some major repairs done on one of my vehicles but generally regular service. They have provided shuttle service as well as prompt and reasonable pricing. I did however have one bad experience with the installation of CV Joints. They replaced them 2 times but the car did not drive correctly. Ended up taking it to Ford to have checked and was told that they were aftermarket. Went back to Suwanee Service Station and they confirmed that they were aftermarket. They agreed to install OEM at no additional charge. That was Great! Job was done on time and as promised. I recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs in the Suwanee area. I have since moved to the Winder area and definetely miss using them. read more

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I regret ever going to this place and I don't recommend angling here . Went in to get my tire patched on my drivers rear side , I specifically told the man at the front desk which tire it was that needed fixing. I asked the man at the front desk how long does a patch last and he said forever so within the next 2 days my drivers rear tire went flat . So the next day I go up there with the blown tire and told them I needed my refund for the tire and they refused because comes to find out they did my passengers rear tire and I'm like wtf, why did you do that side when I told you specifically which side the tire needed fixing . So they said it was in the computer that they fixed the passenger rear tire so I checked my receipt and it did but me thinking that they would do the correct tire I wouldn't need to look at that . They wouldn't give me a refund but they would credit me the $34 that I spent on a PATCH (which was crazy high for a patch from my understanding ) towards a new tire that would cost $119 !!! Overall they claim I would've needed 2 tires anyways but idk if that was true or not because they chose to patch the wrong tire and also refused to roll the cameras back to read my lips. While being at work I was on the phone with SEAN trying to deal with the situation and he has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . He told me that they'll park my car outside and it'll be sitting there for me when I get off of work , WOW!!! Dishonest, Attacking and bait n switch! I purchased a Groupon for five regular oil changes, tire rotations, and maintenance inspections. The Groupon expires on 1/31/15. they sold me the group on on 9/15/14 and I redeemed the Groupon on 9/30/14. I was also charged for "handling fees" upon redemption and immediately kept saying "Read the Fine Print". Well the fine print says "any fees not to exceed Groupon price).Extra fee for over-sized vehicles. Upon redemption, services have no expiration. Upon redemption, services have no expiration." After an argument as to the validity of my coupon, the Owner said that he would honor the contract today only and would not honor the remaining 2 oil changes. He then agreed to give me a partial refund. After waiting an hour for my car to be completed, I inquired as to the status. He, the owner, stated that he changed his mind on our agreement and did not want to change the oil in my car at all. He then handed me $45 and told me never to come back as I had questioned his ethics and honesty. I took the money, explained how unprofessional he is and that I am not surprised that he gets so many complaints about his business. Came in, was having car checked, told me the ball joints and control arms are horrible shape and need to be replaced immediately, extremely dangerous. Then had it looked at by another shop (friends to save money from the $900 repair i was quoted) and they looked at it and didn't charge me a thing because of how great of shape they were still in. Said that there is nothing wrong with the car at all. Said just needed a new tire because it has a bubble. That caused the shaking. Said the shop was easily trying to rip me off and make money because it is extremely obvious, showed me even, that there is nothing wrong with the control arms or ball joints... new tire now, car drives like new again. I can say enough about Sean and the guys here at Suwanee Service Station. It was 7am doing 70mph And my water pump fails on RT 85S. When it does my serpintine belt flies off and so my power steering goes, alternator stops working also just drifting on battery power! I manage to make it here to Suwanee Service Station by the grace of God! I got here just before 7am and Sean gets to work promptly at 7am and gets right on it getting parts ordered and his head mechanic is in at 8am and verifies the issue. By 830am they have it tore down ready to fix.... You can imagine how smooth the rest went! Sean gave me a great price and absolutely incredible customer service!! But the best thing that Suwanee Service gave me was PIECE OF MIND! NOTHING CAN TAKE THE PLACE OF THAT! AND THEY ARE THE ONLY SERVICE CENTER WITH A 3YR 36K MILE WARRANTY ON ALL WORK DONE. Run don't walk away from this place. Horrible service and they tear your vehicle up and refuse to fix it. Stay away and here are the reasons why and you decide. 1) They took my car apart for a repair and damaged other things in the process. The owner refused any liability. Several mechanics looked at it and all confirmed it was put back together properly and several screws were missing. 2) High employee turnover rate. We took our car on Saturday talked to the manager by Tuesday there was a new manager who is clueless about the repairs needed and the cost agreed to. The estimated time to repair our car went from 1 to 6 days. 3) The owner is rude and has no mechanic knowledge. He is strictly the owner and solely relies on his employees. When the mechanics fail to fix the problem or breaks something else he says there is no way his people did it. He has no clue and cares less about customer satisfaction. 4) On yesterday while driving home, my air stopped working . I took it straight to them. The owner starts denying they did anything at all to my air although they previously removed the entire dashboard and my air was working just fine. The owner declares they would not leave all those wires hanging. In walks the now "new" manager who has no idea of the history of the car but jumps right in and tells the owner "I got your back". Now I am confused and started to wonder if I was at a professional place of business or in the streets. What kind of hustle are they running? Needless to say, I left with the problem not resolved but he got paid. I have to pay out more money to fix what they tore up. I'm not sure if they have changed management since I've taken my car here, but my experiences here have been nothing but fast & reliable. As a young college student with little car knowledge, I was taught to stick with the same mechanic. I've came here twice with emergencies and they fixed them before closing and had me on my way in no time. I'm not very car savvy, and started hearing a squealing noise coming from my front tires only to find out that I had ran my brake pads down to the rotors. :( After I left class my brakes literally stopped working in downtown Atlanta mid day traffic! I called Swuanne service station because they were recommended to me from a friend, and asked how much it would be to change the rotors and to get new brake pads. They gave me the best estimate out of 5 different places in the city, which made me even more inclined to try them out. I'm not sure if they had a slow day, but my truck was being worked on as soon as I got there. A young man named Jonah assisted me at the front desk with check out and made sure I was charged the estimate that I was given over the phone. I was in and out within an hour and a half and my brakes stopped better than they had when I got the car. I started going to them for all of my oil changes, and car emergencies! Jonah was very nice, and his customer service made feel very comfortable going to them with my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. read more
