usually, when I go here, the food is always good and the staff are usually friendly but today for some reason that wasn't the case I called in ahead of time for my order that was pretty simple and I got there about 10 minutes later and my food wasn't ready which was kind of annoying so I stood upfront for five minutes, waiting on my food to be done even though I already called in ahead of time then the lady finally hand me my order. She asked me if I want silverware. I told her no, and instead of handing me my order in my hand like you're supposed to she throws it on the counter for a better word more like tosses it on the counter, but it was very disrespectful when my hand was right there waiting for her to pass it to me. We visited Suzie's Diner for the first time, after seeing quite a large number of positive reviews and recommendations. We were not disappointed. Arriving at mid-morning we were able to grab an empty booth immediately. Our server quickly introduced herself and offered drinks, in or case, coffee. The coffee was fresh and tasty, which was a constant theme throughout. I ordered their version of an Irish Benedict while my wife was intrigued by and ordered their cannoli pancakes. We were both very happy with our selections. The Benedicts were cooked perfectly with runny yolks topped with a delicious hollandaise over a nice portion of their very tasty house made corned beef hash, and all sitting on a soft fresh English muffin. The tasty hash brown side was also fresh and grilled to a perfect crisp. My wife really enjoyed her pancakes. She received two good sized fluffy buttermilk pancakes with a cannoli ricotta cheese filling layered between the two cakes, then topped with a good size dollop of that same filling, and dusted over with powdered sugar and chocolate chips. Surprisingly it was not at all overly sweet. We both cleaned our plates. Our server was terrific and we assured her we will return. read more

Good luck with parking when busy - aside from that cute classic diner. Plenty of staff if you need something but don't hover. On the more expensive side of a diner , but delicious! I mean, everything was fine, but 4.5 stars seems like a bit much. The waitress forgot my sugar free maple syrup and had to be reminded. The spicy sausage in the omelet was ok, but it reminded me of kielbasa. My biggest gripe: I wanted 1 pancake with my omelet so I asked how much. She said $2. I said I want blueberry and she said that they'll be an up charge. I said ok and she put in my order. Guess what the up charge was! $ 2.88. I paid $4.88 for one pancake! Holy moly. Great diner! Service was excellent and they were very fast. Veggie omlet with mozzarella was proportioned well and the veggies were spread out through the omlet. The homefries had the perfect combination of soft but with some crisp from the griddle and the option to add sauteed onions on top was a nice touch. They offer home made hash or canned. The home made was perfect, more shredded than ground, and they give it an extra crisp on the outside. The French toast was a good size for a table share and they offer real maple syrup. The special offered hash benedict which was amazing. If you order the side of hash browns they give the patty an extra little crunch to almost seem like a tater tot. We decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. It was our last full day in New Hampshire and we wanted to try one more diner for the road because a person can never have enough pancakes in one trip! We got seated soon after we arrived and Jennifer was our server. The restaurant is medium in size and has a vibrant interior design. The walls are half white and half teal and the floor is made of black and white tiles. All of the seats are plush black booths and in the center of the restaurant is a square-shaped teal counter with a light-colored countertop surface. Hubs ordered the vegetable omelet with beans and a side of wheat toast. Pepper, onions, tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms came along with the omelet. He also had spinach and broccoli added as well. He liked it a lot, especially beans in the morning because he was getting tired of potatoes. Obviously, it's the only place where he was getting his roughage during his trip. Daughter had the California omelet which has two dropped eggs on a grilled English muffin, avocado and sliced tomatoes and topped with hollandaise sauce. She also had home fries with onions. She thought her food was very soft, just the way she liked it. Finally, I had the banana buttermilk pancakes. It was fluffy and delicious. The bananas were infused into the pancakes and I loved it. I tried ordering real maple syrup but was told to use the facsimile at the table. Not sure if that was real or fake. LOL! Service was friendly and quick. Our second trip here! We went on New Year's Day. So as expected it was pretty crowded. Didn't have to wait too long though, was seated fairly quickly. Service was amazing as always! Fruit cup and coffee were good. Spicy Sausage Omelet (not on your list, as it was a special) with pepper jack cheese. It was very well made and the presentation was good. Excellent balance of flavors and spicy but not too spicy for those who don't really like spicy food. Food was delivered very rapidly . . . as soon as we finished our fruit cups. In spite of CV-19 restrictions, this restaurant has its act together and it was good to be able to once again support a small local business. We'll be back as I'm jonesing for the full belly clam plate!
