    So far the best service I have seen for cars around Edison . They are quick and price reasonable, best part is you don't need any appointment to go in. As the other review the owner is Indian but it dose not stop him to do his job the best way possible.

Immediately after noticing the damage, I contacted Valvoline customer care. I was placed on a three-way call with the store manager, who--before even reviewing a single photo--dismissed the incident by saying it "sounded like a rock" caused the damage. After I submitted photos and went in person to speak with Matt, I physically demonstrated to him how the bar lined up exactly with the scratch. He acknowledged this at the time and told me he would follow up with quality control by the end of the day. Later, I received another three-way call with Matt and customer service, only to be told my claim was denied because video footage supposedly showed no damage. When I requested to see the video, I was refused. To make matters worse, Matt contradicted what we had just reviewed in person, suddenly claiming the bar did not match, despite my clear demonstration. This behavior came across as evasive and dishonest. My car is brand new, and I know every detail of it. The damage aligns exactly with the hood bar, and I also have supporting video evidence of my own showing this. Instead of being treated fairly, I have been dismissed, gaslit, and denied transparency in the review process. Not only have you lost a LOYAL customer but youve tainted my entire experience of trusting a company with my money.

He can make the Bad seem simple. Especially liked seeing you talk to older women. Making them feel comfortable. The lobby is spread out for social distancing. There's a sanitizer when you walk in. The place is clean So came in for a slow leak in tire and they took good care of me and at reasonable time for nit having a appointment in a covid world The price for 4 tires weren't too bad. At store he sold me for $264 after they being installed. I wish he gave me temp invoice. At phone, he told me rebate of $170. At store, he reduced this to $70 . Now when I tried to submit, it's said that promotion is for the purchase of a full set of tires, quantity 4. Per the information received, 3 tires would not qualify for this offer. unfortunately, I think their store rep deceived me and gave me wrong information. Also, as I was sitting and waiting, I felt person doing sales are little hard on customer and gave information in bits and pieces so to confuse customer and so do sales to help store and not customer.
