Unfortunately I had the worst experience. As soon as I walked in both employees were acting distracted and didn't even bother to look up at me when I greeted them. I came in to exchange my BlancPain x Swatch for the exact same as mine wasn't working after 1 day. The employee Amir I believe was talking down to me instead of trying to help me. His coworker just stared and made it more awkward. I ultimately decided to just get a refund as it was frustrating and belittling to deal with them. Super friendly staff I came in asking about the Andy Anderson and Moonswatch watch. Diana and Joanna told me all about the launch time and event. I was so well attended I needed to leave a good review. The two young ladies were so helpful and understanding of all my questions. Upon leaving a review I saw a nasty comment about Diana which was left a couple days ago. I speak to my experience Diana and Joanna were more than respectful, honest and patient. They explained some polices to me and I must say. That other review is completely and entirely disappointing. I think it's quite disgusting for a grown man to take pictures of these teens while they are at work. Don't let that predatory man differ you from visiting this Swatch location ! This is an example of how a lack of customer service made all the difference in the wrong way. A bunch of us were on a road trip and the subject of MoonSwatch came up, we literally pumped ourselves up full of excitement, looked up a Swatch location and said if they had it in stock we would all grab one as a souvenir of our trip, we found the Topanga Park mall to be on our way. We arrived at the store on Saturday afternoon to an unstaffed store and it took a few minutes for a lady to walk out from the back but this person didn't smile, looked tired and and really didn't want to be there at all. When we asked to see a few she just said she can only show us two at a time and when she brought out the white Snoopy she said we can't try it on "in America" because it's white and it could get dirty. In America? That seems weird to point out. It was clear she had no interest, training, nor excitement about anything she does and we decided to not give her our business. That's 4 watches she could have sold but it's obvious she didn't care. Her attitude just killed the hype for us, we saved $1200 that day so I guess it perhaps that's the silver lining. Folks, it's time to hire people that care and know what customer service is especially when the mall seems dead on a Saturday afternoon so it wasn't even busy. read more

Despite all the advancements in technology in the modern world, many of these devices still require the lowly battery. If it wasn't for power coming from batteries, there would be no portable gadgets, cars, smartphones, or anything else not plugged in to an electrical outlet. Watches are no exception either. But I digress. As an unapologetic fan, I know that Swatch makes high-quality watches and sells them at a reasonable price. Aside from a few watch models, most of their products do require batteries. A few of my watches lost their battery power, so I took them into this shop. Thankfully, the store wasn't too busy at the time; the employees were able to change the batteries and adjust the straps in all of them like clockwork. While I waited for the employees to finish, I strolled around the store. It is in a small, modern space, but the location had a pretty good selection of watches and carried the latest styles (which change and vary with the seasons). Total cost of changing all the watch batteries during my visit: $0.00. How did this happen? I was lucky enough to come in at a time when the "Dr. Swatch" promotion was in effect (where one's watch can have a battery change, strap adjustments, and a "buff" for free). Considering how many watches I brought in for battery changes, the savings was quite significant (especially for Swiss-made batteries). What made the experience extra special was that the employees remained courteous and professional while doing all the battery changes and buffs. Thus, if you're interesting in buying a Swiss-made timepiece or need some maintenance on your Swatch watch, head to this store (or any other Swatch location nearest to you). Keep in mind though that the "Dr. Swatch" promotion only comes once in a while; the rest of the year all those services come with a small fee or two. Since this one is inside a mall, the fastest way to get there is to enter the food court section and go straight; the shop is on your left. read more

It was like the 80's all over again when I walked into the store....all those memories of hanging out at the mall came rushing back. A simple green Swatch watch is what I wanted and I got it alongside a trip down memory lane. Nothing really changes...there were cool kids working at the store and the selection was vast. All I needed was an Orange Julius and a Hot Dog on a Stick and I was a back in Valley in 19-Eighty-Something. For a brief moment I was sixteen again hanging out at the raddest store in the mall. PS- If you are a under 30 and you're reading this...go buy a Swatch Watch...trust me...it's cooler than any cellphone you have. read more

Hedieh Khorrami, the store manager is beyond amazing in her customer service skills. I was told by someone that they had a special deal going on yesterday for black friday. Personally, I was not able to shop for any black friday deals. Well, I called this morning to check if the deal was still there. Hedieh was so pleasant, she told me that she had some watches from the deal remaining and that she would text me the pics and get this......this is a kicker.....even ship it for FREE. When was the last time a store manager/personnel went extra mile for you? She texted me the pics, I picked the deal that I wanted, she took my info and yoohoo..... The Topanga Swatch personnel is amazing, and their company policy of standing behind their product has quickly made me a loyal customer. Went today with a very old swatch watch probably from the late 1980's that my teen daughter was eager to wear that belonged to her great grandmothers. Wasn't sure the watch was going to tell time. A quick cleaning, polishing and new battery from Zamier along with an education on the watch were all part of their free service. Thank you Zamier and Swatch! read more

I went into the Topanga store hoping to find a gold-colored Swatch to add to my collection. I described the style I liked and the staff were very helpful, pulling out all that were close to my description. Found one I absolutely loved, but it had a non-adjustable mesh band and I wanted it a teensy bit looser. Seeing my obvious disappointment, the manager (Heidi? lost her business card) searched diligently in the back until she found a gold-colored adjustable band ($40 value). She gave me the band for free, as well as the non-adjustable mesh band that originally came with the watch! While I waited, the new band was put on and perfectly adjusted to be the size I needed. Excellent service, all done with a smile. I highly recommend this store. I'm one happy customer. read more

I just keep returning to this store for two reasons: (1) I love the product (2) I love working with sales staff who have great product knowledge and can therefore really help you get what you want. In purchasing my 3 newest Swatch watches, I have had the good fortune of working with Heidi. She always - for free - immediately polishes my Swatch to remove any scratches (I actually bring all of them with me) and she resets any of them where the date is not set property (even if it is leap year! ha ha) Seriously though, she is 300% pleasant and knows the product inside out. For example, she will suggest buying an additional band that is a different color so that one Swatch feels like two Swatches - one band is casual and one looks good with a business suit. Anyway, if you like working with friendly and helpful people who know their product, I recommend Swatch on/at Topanga Plaza - ask for Heidi if she is there! read more
