    Arabian chocolate cake

Order a shot of espresso it was perfect and nice and hot. Biscoff tres leches cake. Good taste and moisture. It needed to get to room temp for a few minutes after coming out of the fridge area. It was around 6 bucks and delicious. My bestie ordered Arabian chocolate cake it was priced at 13 or 16 dollars.... Make with Nutella, chocolate, kunaffeh, etc. was dry and tasteless cold. Let this dessert adjust to a warmer temp as you can them taste the flavors and crunch. The Nutella didn't give me a hazelnut flavor at all but more chocolate. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't order this again. The ambiance was nice and welcoming. Plenty of seats and nice decor to chill for a minute. The menu options were great in my opinion because they had great coffee options including bustello, drip espresso, Turkish coffee which is extra strong, and other selections. I couldn't tell if they served matcha but to have shakes, lattes, and teas was enough. Metered Street parking. Courteous staff some more attentive to their phones than customers but hey young people gotta learn.

The ambiance is really pretty, I must have arrived once a group of kids left. It was a bit messy at some of the tables; but I was able to find seating in a cute spot by the grass walls. I was hoping to get a specific drink like a hot chai latte or a matcha latte with sugar free vanilla syrup. Unfortunately, they don't know how to make a chai latte nor did they have sugar free vanilla. So not your typical cafe. I ordered their banana pudding, it's the perfect size for a nice sweet treat.

Upon arrival, isn't it so cute!

Ok yall let's talk about ambiance today. It's been a while since I've been to a brunch with females I'd call friends, and this particular day of visit I felt an inviting pull to stop into this quaint shop near the 57th street beach. Upon arrival, I gushed at the pink paint and faux grass covered walls and immediately took some much needed selfies. TikTok had a nice little template for my swagger in this unique and pretty dessert place. I get to the menu after finally putting down my IPhone and ordered a matcha. The matcha drink is not good at all. Love, Sandra Coin of #sandracoinent from LinkedIn.

Very cute dessert spot! They have multiple flavors of tres leches cake. I had the original and it was amazing!

We came here on a work at home lunch break for gelato to eat later. We dropped some food off at the Love Fridge along Hyde Park Blvd near 52nd street.(https://www.thelovefridge.com/) We are usu only in this area to go to Sip and Savor across the street, but Sweet Drip opens at 9. We also tell ourselves we don't go here to save our waistline and wallet! Anyway, we entered the cafe around 1pm on a Thursday. No customers were around, just staff. I did not realize until I saw the staff, Turkish delights and baklava that the place is owned/run, I assume, by middle eastern or Mediterranean citizens. Please correct me if I am wrong! In addition to gelato and pastries and coffee, they have candy, soda, water, other little convenience items, which is a good idea. Our clerk was friendly and patient, we asked a lot of questions! He let us sample a couple of flavors too. There was an 'odd' named one I did not care for but I forgot what it was. I got the Lotus and Nutella small cup. (lotus is like Biscoff cookies and vanilla ice cream!) My other party got the lemon and pineapple. My cup was half melted by the time I walked home but I put it right in the freezer. These were SOO good! It's hard to mess up gelato, though. I'd go back for a crepe or cookies or some dessert I can share. One thing we did not care for: my party received a small upcharge for using a credit card, which she inserted at the register. I tapped my card and did not get an extra fee. They should at least list that or warn customers. I may just use cash next time I go.

The employees are very disconnected, they don't greet the customers. When you get to the counter there's just an awkward moment where your just stared at. I asked questions and was directed out of line to speak to someone else. Then I had to get back in line and wait longer to pay, after paying I had to ask where my items were and I was directed to speak to someone else. Who ignored me and was talking to the cashier as if I wasn't standing there. Then she proceeded to call out the order after mines. She spoke past me rudely until I asked for my paid items again. Customer service doesn't match the esthetic which makes the vibe in the restaurant off. I wanted to stream with the Strawberry Dubai cup and review it on live, since I have a big following. The whole experience made me never wanna come back. It was $32 for a strawberry cup, a kids cone, and a slice of cake.

Literally the best hidden gem ever! Cutest ambiance and SO many options for coffee, gelato, various desserts, bubble tea, and so much more! There's plenty of seating too and is such a great place to stop by at, grab a bite, and get work done. Naif was also the sweetest, very welcoming, and let us try gelato samples before ordering! I highly recommend stopping by!

This is a cute coffee/tea shop conveniently located in Hyde Park. I was so excited to know what would now be on this block and anxiously awaited the day they opened. As you can see , walking in, the ambience is so nice. It's colorful and there is plenty of reading. This is also a nice place to come and do homework it work if you need to. There are great views of the park which is across the street and it's in walking site nice of the lake. I tried one if their famous teas and it didn't disappoint. My daughter and her friends got desserts that were very tasty! The staff were very sweet and explanatory and suggested different things to us on the menu. I'm so glad to have this new shop close to my neighborhood. Give gotta check them out!

There was a line but fortunately the wait wasn't long and I saw a table open up just after I ordered. Food arrived quickly. I got the mango snowcloud and it was huge! It's definitely around a 2 or 3 people's serving size. Lushious cubes of ripe mangos sprinkled with mango popping boba surrounded the mountain of soft, pillowy, creamy, mango milk ice, which was topped with mango ice cream, further drizzled with mango sauce. It was decadent and refreshing, so tasty yet not overwhelmingly sweet. The flavors were so good!!! Highly recommend this and would be back to try other items on their menu.

We walked into a casual and modern space that works well for stopping by after a meal or meeting up with friends for something sweet. The interior is bright and clean, with a relaxed energy that makes it easy to settle in for a dessert without feeling rushed. The menu has a wide range of options, from shaved ice and mango sago to cakes and other fruit desserts, making it easy to find something depending on your mood. The mango mille crepe cake is one of the highlights and a great representation of what the shop does well. We ordered a slice and found the cake made with thin layers of crepe stacked together with cream and fresh mango, creating a texture that feels light while still being satisfying. The layers are soft and delicate, and the mango adds a bright fruitiness that keeps the dessert from feeling overly heavy or too sweet. The balance between the creamy layers and the fresh mango flavor made it feel more refreshing than a traditional cake, especially with the mango being ripe and fragrant. It was also one of the better choices for sharing, as the slice was generous enough to pass around the table. Beyond the mille crepe cake, the menu has plenty of variety with options like mango shaved ice, mango sticky rice, and fruit-based drinks. We appreciated that the desserts are presented carefully, making the experience feel more like a sit-down dessert stop rather than just grabbing something quick. The shaved ice was light and fluffy, with a good amount of mango and toppings that added texture without overwhelming the base. The fruit-based drinks were also refreshing and served as a nice palate cleanser between the richer desserts. The shop can get busy, especially after dinner hours, but the line usually moves along at a steady pace. The staff handled the flow efficiently, and the turnover was fast enough that even with a small wait, we were seated quickly. The seating area is comfortable, and the energy of the room stays lively without becoming too loud. Mango Mango Dessert is a solid Chinatown dessert destination if you are looking for fruit-forward sweets with a lighter, refreshing style. The mango mille crepe cake is a must-try for first visits and one of the items that best captures the appeal of the menu, offering a dessert that feels both visually appealing and satisfying to eat.

I wish I was able to travel with one of their cheesecakes but they require refrigeration. Anyhow the cheesecake itself was delicious super light, fluffy, and honestly felt like biting into a cloud. I had the salted egg but they had several flavor options that I would've loved to try if slices were available. The texture is what really stands out, and the flavor was unique and interesting in a good way. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it taste like, but it was sweet, but not too sweet They only sale but I consider a personal size but it's definitely enough to share with two people, maybe even three depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have. My only downside like others is the price. Paying around $19-$20 for a small cheesecake felt a bit steep, especially since they don't offer slices. I really wish they had smaller portions available so you could try different flavors without committing to a full cake prize. They package it very well and they also serve you a cute little fork set and a knife for cutting which I think is contributes to the price. The shop itself is very cute with chic décor and a lot of Asian-inspired artwork, which adds to the overall vibe. Customer service was friendly. When I visit Chicago again I'd definitely go back the texture and taste alone make it worth it but I do hope they consider offering smaller portions in the future.

Are you guys ready for this review??…read more So my partner decided we are going to china town for lunch with his mom and sister. Family day in the city, DURING A SNOWSTORM!! We arrive, place is closed, will open in 10 mins. Perfect, we go to a near by shop and I spot some demon hunter Stanley cups!! I get them of course! We head to lunch, everything is great! As we are heading out, my partners sister spots Te'amo! I ask if she's ever had mochi donuts. She hasn't, so of course we must stop in because everyone needs to try them at least once!!! We order at the kiask and patiently wait for our order. We get our order and leave....leaving the bag with the Stanley's behind!!! We don't realize this until we are home (45 mins away)! I immediately call, no answer, call again, no answer. I decide to DM their instagram page and guess what??? THEY HAD THE CUPS!!! Here I was thinking $150 in cups were gone. But they had them!!! A miracle!! 10/10 stars!! Anyway! I highly recommend the brûlée ube milk tea and the ube mochi donuts!!
