    4 for $10 succulents

Sweet little spot near the farmers market downtown. This place always has a good selection of produce with samples out to taste and if they don't and you want to try something they're more than willing to let you. The prices are a little less expensive than buying at the Dallas Farmers Market. This definitely holds true for their plants. I picked up 4 succulents for $10! They are also very happy to answer any questions you may have. On top of fruits, veggies and plants they also have homemade salsa and a small cart that sells a few food items up front. There is limited parking across the street but tends to fill up pretty fast, especially on the weekends. Can't wait to come back next month when peaches are in season!

    Go sample fresh fruit!!

The fruit is sooo good! I love how they have samples of a lot of their fruit (mango, watermelon, pineapple, oranges, etc.) so you can try before you buy!! We have had a lot of bad luck with mangos from the grocery stores this season. This place gives us confidence that the fruit we buy is going to be good! They also sell plants, home-made salsa, and agua fresca. We come here every time we go to the Dallas Farmers Market.

Dallas Farmers market didn't have produce, a few lenders have moved to this shed across the street

I was extremely disappointed after going to the farmers market across the street, it was all vendors and no produce which makes me sad.Thankfully I was lucky enough to notice Sweet Harvest from across the street along with a ton of cars. After speaking with one of the owners we learned that most of the farmers have moved to this location to sell their produce. It's just a shame to see what dallas has done to the "farmers market" where are the farmers :( but this place was great beside the fact that I'm still searching for my cayenne peppers

$8 for this much AMAZING tomatoes.

Hands down one of Dallas's best kept secrets. This place is a ware house the next street over from the farmers market. I saw a few people walking in the immediate area and was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of produce at the farmers market, so I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. This place is not only open EVERY day but also has some of the best tasting produce I've ever had, along with decent prices and kind, inviting people. I spoke with an owner and he told me how the farmers market chased everyone off so a group of them came together to purchase this building. So awesome!

This is the best place to buy your fruits in dallas. Fresh, organic, and always big juicy ripe fruit.

I have been to most of the places in the Dallas Farmers Market and every one has different prices they all have different quality.

***Update to reply to management: Consumers should be able…read moreto make informed decisions about what they're purchasing especially with the recent Cyclospora outbreak affecting produce. My issue is not that the berries are repackaged nor is it about whether berries are in season locally. My concern is the lack of transparency. To me, the presentation and lack of labeling/pricing feel misleading as a customer. For example, if commercially grown berries (such as pesticide heavy Driscolls) are repackaged into open fruit baskets and sold in a store called a farmers market with no labels, pricing, signage, or disclosure of their source unless someone specifically asks, a customer could assume they're locally grown. (I'm using Driscoll's only as an example as again, I have no idea what brand you actually sell.) There's also a food safety concern. Repackaging produce into unlabeled containers removes Traceability customers rely on. If a specific lot was recalled because of an outbreak, how would customers know whether the berries they purchased were affected? I don't work for the Texas Department of Agriculture, so I'm not claiming any of these is a violation but the lack of transparency could raise consumer protection concerns. At the end of the day I simply believe customers deserve clear information about what they're buying. I hope this helps. * Original review: Super disappointed to find out the berries on the table by checkout are not local farms but instead Repackaged Driscoll or local Walmart strawberries / blueberries / raspberries ): what the heck! They're in open plastic bags in cute little baskets

The chicken soup is probably the best I've had anywhere, and I go out of my way to get it when I'm sick. They also have a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices and fresh fruit bowls. They offer a pretty big range of menu options from healthy to greasy, and I can't imagine that anyone could ever leave dissatisfied. It's hard to believe La Fiesta Fruits isn't more popular around lunchtime. It's conveniently located in the West End. It's hard to see, but it's in the same building as Chipotle. If you go through the entrance, Chipotle is on the right, and La Fiesta Fruits is on the left. For some reason, the Chipotle is always packed, but there's never a line at La Fiesta, so I guess that's a bonus. This was one of my lunch staples when I worked downtown. It's definitely worth a try if you work in the area, and you'll kick yourself for not trying it sooner.

He made my meal in front of me, and this home cooked style was a good change of pace from Chipotle. I've his quesadillas and tortas, both lightly cooked, but with plenty of favor. I would definitely add this one to the lunch rotation.
