I found this out because they would come in with amazing nails week after week and I was very jealous. After scrolling yelp I see that Vi is so talented and I absolutely NEEDED to come in! The salon itself has plenty of parking, quiet ambiance, many pedicure chairs (their pedicures are amazing from what I hear. I'm getting one next time.) Worst customer service I've ever had! After so many times I got my nails done there with no problem but just bad attitude, this time They took it way too far and talked to me like I'm a criminal because I asked for a design that I saw in some picture.. they kept saying that "they know me" in a way that puts me in a position of a bad person who's doing something wrong all the time and in front of all the customers. 3 of them started to yell at me just because they said that it's not gonna look like the picture and I just tried to understand the meaning of that and what I need to expect for. So disappointed and even hurt from Vi and Tina especially. Also I wanted to know the name of the 3rd lady that yelled at me the most and disrespected me but she answered me that her name is "no name". Thoroughly impressed! Today was my first time here. This salon is very close to where I live, which was perfect timing since my usual salon just underwent new (and poopy) ownership. The outside of the salon doesn't scream at you to come in, but the inside is beautifully decorated. The decor is consistent, peaceful, professional, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. No cheap stick-on decals or patchy paint jobs here! The nail techs my friends and I were incredibly accommodating and kind, especially since it's Easter Sunday! We got 3 pedicures and 2 gel manis, and we were all SO HAPPY with our nails! Like truly, not one part of the service was unpleasant. I know I have this one toe that loves to become ingrown, and the tech let me know, and removed it so quickly and painlessly that I didn't even realize​ she finished removing it! I really appreciate that--lots of salons I go to just start yanking at the ingrown nail as if it's not attached to the rest of my nail. Anyways, all of our pedicures turned out beautifully. The shaping and polish applications were meticulously yet efficiently done. Between the three of us, we were only there for 45 minutes! My friends' gel manicures were perfection. Saw nail tech In today at 6pm for a gel mani and she did an amazing job! She paid great attention to detail, like the shape of my nails and the color coats are literally perfect. I chose the color Oak Buff with an accent nail on each hand with gold foil. S/o to In for being patient as I went back and forth with colors and design! They have a wide range of colors and dip powders! Kinda weird, but I really like that their nail displays are color arranged and carefully done so I can actually see the full ~potential~ of the color. This place is incredibly nice! This place has a new owner and recent grand opening. The shop is clean, well maintained and has a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Vi, Tina, and Teresa are al great technicians. There's another gal too but I forgot her name. Right now every service until mid November is 20% off and so worth it. I got a new set Almond shape and a pedicure. I was pleased with both services. I followed my nail tech Vi to this place and I have no regrets. The vibe is chill and relaxing compared to other shops that have too many customers and over crowded waiting areas. The salon is really clean and I was seated right away. My nail technician was Kay, and she was awesome! I got the dip powder nails for the first time and she did a wonderful job of making sure my nails came out nice. When shaping them she showed me them to make sure I liked the shape, and she did the same with the color, which I appreciate because sometimes nail technicians will keep going till the end without asking if we like how it's coming out, so this was much appreciated! Be careful- now it's clear to me as to why this salon is always a ghost town. First visit Vi did a fill, everything fine. Second visit fill & pedicure, nail lady doing toes quiet and not friendly maybe not English speaking? But Vi, very cold and unfriendly. When telling her what I wanted, the wings when my thumbs are together it shows the full butterfly but this seem to bother her because she was very irritated and responded very snippy I brushed it off, maybe she's having a bad day but then disappointed that she quoted $55 then the other lady told me $ 70. When I advised Vi quoted $55 Vi claimed that she used more little butterfly stickers. Wtf- okay then she should have advised it was going to be $15 more for some wet the decal and slide it onto my ga'dam nail art decal. I just paid the higher price, eventhough there was no "art work" just a basic decal that cost $1 for 30 decals on a sheet that I have at home and will use my'ga'dam'self next time. $10 for two decal nails turned into $25 wft! Wish I didn't return for third visit because she made a comment that I wasn't happy because I decided to cut back 4 nails instead of 2. She got so pissed I guess because she had put the clippers back then I decided to have her cut 2 more nails. She made an aggressive remark, "you complain not happy!" When I asked nicely what made her think that, just because I'm telling her what I wanted, noting that if I wasn't happy returned for a third visit or tipped her. She snapped back, " tip me because good work" and I replied, "yes exactly and why I returned." Clearly I could sense her agitation and wanted her to not feel that way eventhough I felt put off, so I asked again to please share why she thought that but she blatantly ignored me. It really upset me. Just the harsh tone and the passive aggressive way she spoke and treated me. I wasn't prepared and was literally shaking as I hadn't had breakfast yet. I had to stop and leave only a few minutes into getting a fill. I was so upset I just left. I couldn't bring myself back in there. So unprofessional. read more

I have been coming to Vi consistently for 5 years now and I have no reason to ever go to another place again! Every time I walk in I ALWAYS walk out with exactly what I wanted. They use top quality products (I love the dip powder) for nail care. On average it takes me close to 4 weeks before I feel like I need to make a new appointment. Which to me, shows it's both product quality AND the company quality. Vi is hands down the best nail technician I have ever had in 15 years of getting my nails done. In terms of her technical expertise she is extremely detail oriented, careful, attentive to what I want, impressively fast, and of course fun to spend time with! I honestly couldn't count how many compliments I get on my nails, and ask where I go to get them done. I only do Yelp reviews when it's noteworthy. I give Sweet Nail Salon 5 stars for their exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and great quality for what I pay for! read more

I went to that place to get my nails done (definitely one of my favorites so far). Today, I was looking forward to getting mine again today. What happened to me was rather miserable. First of all, I'm a Deaf man(shocking). I called them if they let a walk in and they said yes. I showed up and I showed them the same nails I had from there- the manager told me to come back for the next six hours. I'm willing to wait because their works are remarkable! I returned after six hours and I showed them a picture one more time. When she saw my picture of my nails and she gave me a dirty face and told me they can't do that I asked (of course I did write it down on my smartphone to communicate) why can't I get mine done? That lady used a "go out and look for a different salon" gesture at me without answering me. Yes, I left dumbfounded and speechless. read more

I've been here twice. During my first visit, I had a gel pedicure done by In. She was extremely nice. She was very thorough with my nails. She made sure every single toe nail was clean and perfect. Amazingly, I enjoyed their massaging chairs. In my opinion, they have the best chairs that I've come by that are perfect for my height. I'm short about 5'0" and usually whenever I get a pedicure done, the massaging chairs never reach my spot or my knots. Second time around, I got a gel manicure done by someone else (her jacket covered her name tag). I think she did okay. She filed my nails and went straight into the gel base coat without rinsing my nails or hands. Luckily no residue or flakes got caught in the gel. As she rang me up, she took the liberty to push all the buttons on their clover device and in the end she put "no tip" and walked away. I was left standing there debating what to do. I wanted to leave a tip, but I didn't have cash on me and she hurriedly walked to the back. So I just left. :/ I'm not sure if this place lets you tip when you pay read more
