Always tasty with their poke topping options, and pretty fast service. We sat outside and the tables were fairly clean and we were able to help ourselves to water and utensils. I use the inkind app which allows me to get 20-30% off, which is a better value for the meal. The large is a must because their small bowls are pretty small.

Unfortunately, my orders have been incorrect here more often than they have been correct. It's a shame because this is the location closest to my house, now I avoid going there. It is never ready on time and always missing ingredients. Very small lake location with no seating and metered parking all around.

Customizable poke bowls, with fun ingredient options like forbidden rice, bamboo rice, kelp noodle salad, citrus kale, eggplants, chili oil, and mushrooms! I love how the ingredients here are unique from other poke places, while still feeling super healthy and fresh and cohesive. Got a small custom bowl with tofu and salmon and both were fantastic. The miso sauce was on the lighter side and complimented all the toppings well. The crunchy onions (they don't skimp!) added a ton of crunch but not much flavor, so I'd get the crunchy garlic next time instead. The bowl was super filling and satisfying; it's also such a good price (~$12) for a sizable bowl. Large bowls are ~$15 which is a great deal too for cali. Packaging is so cute too and feels very LA. Would definitely come back whenever I'm craving poke bowls. There's not a lot of seating inside btw, but service was quick and efficient, and the bowls came out super fast as well.

Very decent food. The flavors are nice and the options are good. Gluten free! The ambiance is a little cramped but good for food on the go. I will say that this is only a 4/5 for the rather stoic service, but maybe I just caught them on an off day.

I love Sweetfin- I have been a huge fan for several years. I used to order the large (4.5 ounce protein), rather than the small (2.5 ounce protein) and add extra protein (3 ounces), for a total of 7.5 ounces. But I never used to finish the rice. So, I switched to ordering the small and adding protein (total 5.5 ounce), but I would find I still needed something to eat after that. Today, I ordered the large without adding extra protein and I feel very satisfied. It was a perfect amount for me. My order: Large BYOB bowl ($15.90) Base (up to 3 options) : forbidden rice, coconut rice, and kelp noodle slaw) Protein (up to 2 options): yellowfin tuna (4.5 ounces) Sauces (up to 3): yuzu koshu, add extra, on the side Free toppings (up to 6): cilantro, chili orange, cucumber, pickled ginger, pineapple, seaweed salad Options: No sesame seeds Cons: There was some black marks on the inside of my bowl- probably from where they handled the bowl. I took my order to go, but after leaving, I realized they forgot the pickled ginger and they added sesame seeds. Similar things have occurred in the past, and for that reason, I deducted a star. However. I feel that I am partially to blame for not noticing before I left. Pros: They completed my order on time (I placed it through the app). The staff working there was helpful and had good customer service. The food is delicious!

I had a gift card to use here and tried to order online for pickup but couldn't figure out how to checkout with a gift card on their app. I went in store to order and the two guys working told me their system in store hasn't been able to take giftcards for over a year so just fyi if you plan on using a Sweetfin gift card here. You have to select credit card and then it gives you the option to add gift card...took us awhile to figure out. Anyway, I got the yuzu salmon bowl and the guava lemonade. Honestly everything was very bland and not very flavorful. There are probably better poke spots out there. The best part about this place are the employees. The two guys working the front were so nice and patient and willing to go above and beyond to help. I wish I got their names so I could give them a shout out. There were some tables outside to dine outside. One thing that I found weird was that they don't make the bowl in front of you they make it in the back. I've never been to a poke place that didn't have everything in displays out front where you choose exactly what you want. Parking is street parking.

4/5 for the food, service, and location. Quick grab-n-go area if you're in a rush and want a healthier option. My friend and I visited the Hammer Museum and wanted to eat after. Cool choice - happy we got to check this place out. Food: I ordered the BYOB, Tuna + Shrimp, Classic, and Bamboo Rice. I got all their toppings except the spicy options. My friend and I split Taro Chips as well. Overall, the portion was enough for me. I felt satisfied after, not too full. The salmon and tuna tasted fresh. A typical poke bowl. The mango was fresh and in season, which was a plus. Service: You order at the counter and seat yourself. There's self-serve water cups to the side. There's about 6 seats inside and about 3 tables outside. It wasn't busy when we ate there, so we decided to eat outside since it was nice and sunny. Since there was no one there when we got there, we got our food quickly. Location: I don't believe there's a public restroom here. There's street parking everywhere, but it does share parking with all of the other retail shops. If you visit the Hammer Museum, you can park in the parking lot, but I'm unsure if you have to pay. We came on a Saturday afternoon, so it was kind of busy. Sweetfin is walking distance to a lot of things, so it's nice to have that option after you eat. Overall, a nice place to visit. Would come back here again if i'm ever in the area.

I paid for their"large" bowl and it was just a small amount of food in a half-empty large bowl.

(IG: @eat.sar) Taro chips, Build-Your-Own Bowl (coffee not included)

Cute little poke shop in Westwood with adorable outdoor seating and next to Alfred's coffee shop, about a 20 minute walk from UCLA. I almost always go for the Build Your Own Bowl option and the fish is usually fresh and yummy. The taro chips ($4.25) are also delicious with a kick of wasabi powder and garlic. The only drawback for me is that it's rather expensive for its portion size, around $15 for a small bowl where you'd get significantly more for that price at other poke stores in the area.

    Large Spicy Yuzu Salmon Bowl
    Amy C.

The amount of fish and toppings that you get for a large bowl for close to $20 is not worth the price. See photo for reference. They used to fill up the bowl and now the bowl leaves much to be desired. The quality of the fish is also not fresh, as albacore should be red, but the albacore they gave me was light pink, almost brown. I ordered the truffled yuzu albacore bowl and barely tasted any truffle or yuzu flavor, very disappointing and I was still hungry after a large bowl. I've ordered large bowls before and they were definitely filled to the brim. I will not be ordering from here again.

Not living in LA means YELP is our go to especially since we must find a place that offers gluten free options for the little. I came across this place on the yelp search and it claimed 100 percent gluten free and for that I was intrigued and extremely thankful. This location was in Beverly Hills, parking was easy(we found street, metered parking) not a lot of traffic for it being a Saturday morning but we were new to that area so I cant say what the norm is. When we walked in the bakery was busy with happy customers, amd we were immediately greeted by a couple of the most genuinely nice people of whom I assume are the owners (sorry I forgot to ask). Usually when walking into a bakery that has gluten free options my daughter always looks to me.to see what she can have and from that she willl make a couple or selections, all of which is extremely limited. This time I was able to tell her she could choose anything. Thw way her eyes lit up when she saw the glazed donut, it makes a mom heart want to cry when she gets to experience something so normal as a glazed donut but in this case a glazed donut on a whole other culinary level( so amazingly delicious). She told the gluten free genius helping her that she had never had a glazed donut and he packaged it up on the house. Hannah then proceeded to order as many things from the case as I would allow for the moment. She just wanted to try all the things she had never been able to before. I did have to promise we would be back to buy more the next time we come to LA. She settled on most of the sweets although this bakery has bagels and sourdough bread. Shes not much of a bread eater in general unless its smothered with Nutella so next time we will try the breads. So back to the experience, we sat down and she tried a bite or 2 of everything and LOVED IT ALL!! The glazed donut met all of her expectations and blew her mind. Coming in to second place was the Oreo babka and the croissant. Before leaving Hannah went to thank them and tell them she loved it, she was then given a second item to try(the chocolate croissant). We took it to go and she tried it in the car on the way to the Getty, she was in pure food bliss. Thank you for creating a bakery for the adults and the littles that is safe and delicious. But most importantly thank you for treating my daughter with the utmost respect and genuine kindness you dont find just anywhere. We WILL be back soon. We ordered water but also an orange juice, they had house made sodas but we thought hydrating with water on a hot day is better. We got an appetizer to share, white bean dip, with oregano flatbread. It was delicious, it reminded me of a thick bean soup and it had beets, orange slices, and walnuts. I ordered the chicken piccata, the others ordered lamb pita and a burger. If you want to replace a different protein for a dish like salad or pasta, there's a fee which they said follows the add options not replacement options. The chicken piccata came with risotto, I usually don't order risotto on its own so happy to have it as a side, it was a bit hard and a few bites were chalky, but the rest were good. He did recommend the quiche and I decided to go with a new salad. The salad is not your typical salad. Tuna feels like an elevated canned to neck experience. The dressing was good. The olives were smashed into the dressing. Got the trouble fries, which was a surprise. The truffle was really in the dressing which came as a side, rather than the fries themselves. The fries tasted good, but I would just not label it. Truffle fries. Also ordered the violet lemonade since it seemed interesting. It was way too sweet for my taste.
