I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've never experienced this before. The lady that made my salad gave me extremely small sizes of every single ingredient of the menu. She gave me the last of the sweet potatoes of the line and wasn't enough and she didn't even bother to ask me if I would like something else instead. They gave me the smallest portion of chicken that I've ever had in this restaurant. We wanted something healthy and filling before the Taylor Swift concert. I found this place via Door Dash and thought it looked good. We walked from our hotel and entered a very clean space. We had to wait in line, but it didn't take too long until we were helped. I got the Kale Caesar salad and my sister got the Harvest Bowl. We both really enjoyed our food and felt full afterwards. The Fish Taco bowl consists of roasted steelhead, shredded cabbage, cilantro, tortilla chips, warm quinoa, organic arugula, sweetgreen hot sauce, and lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long for my order since I visited during non-peak hours. I tried the apple pear cheddar salad, which is part of their seasonal fall menu. It came to about $11 with tax. Though it was a great portion, and tasty, I don't think I'll ever get over how pricey their salads are. While the staff is always friendly, they give such variable portions on different ingredients, so my order is never consistent (think tons of sweet potatoes but a paltry serving of tomatoes or carrots). Having owned a restaurant before, I first tried to send a comment confidentiality through their website. However, this location is not listed in the drop-down list of Chicago locations. Since they don't disclose an email address, and the company's Facebook doesn't allow messages - I am forced to leave a public review which I hate to do especially over something small. Why they have unlisted locations is beyond me. Firstly, I was disappointed that this location does not provide fresh brewed ice tea as advertised prominently on the menu, but only has bottled tea. Disappointed, I asked just for a cup of water. The employee told me they ran out of water cups days ago. I understand that running out of supplies can happen, although ideally good management takes steps to ensure it does not- but if you run out right before your shipment comes in, you either ask a neighboring restaurant for a sleeve of cups or you go to the nearest store and buy some. There's a 7-11 a half block away and a plethora of other stores within a 5 minute walk that sell cups. You don't just go days or weeks without cups. I had planned to eat inside, but being thirsty, I took my meal over to the Starbucks across the street- whose staff gladly let me eat my meal with my Starbucks brewed iced tea and water cup! read more

It can be hit or miss depending on who's behind the line, and sometimes it seems the staff isn't following the measurements, or pars, correctly. I've taken to go orders home only to discover they haven't put in the usual amount of greens, and the salad looks a lot smaller, or they neglected to put in an add on item. Sometimes they give you the extra dressing you order when placing an online order, and sometimes not. I've had better luck when I actually stand in line and place my order that way, as I can be directive and, ok, sometimes a little bossy. I think they have high staff turnover here, and they often get it wrong. It's frustrating. What is equally frustrating is the app. I downloaded the app in order to get perks, but it's a terrible app and ordering on it can be confusing. During lunch hour the place is loud and crowded, with people standing around to get their to go orders, so I would never dine in. read more
