Stopped by for a quick bite today and stumbled upon a little salad shop with delicious wraps! I got the Blackened grilled chicken wrap and it was amazing!!! Totally crushed my hunger with just half the wrap, but I couldn't stop eating! I also did not realize the wrap had beans (I'm a black bean hater), but I did not mind them at all. Just in my neighborhood (alone) we have The Lux Bar, Sweetgreen, Doc B's, Restoration Hardware, Ralph Lauren and many, many more. So, my wife and I are out running errands and we felt like having lunch. I named several places and she declared she wanted to try something new. I was driving and she was "scrolling trying to find a place for us to eat. Lo and behold, the Salad House popped up and off we went. So when we arrive at this small luncheonette positioned mid-block on North Broadway in East Lakeview, I was unimpressed. That is, until we walked in and I saw their menu and a kabillion sacks of to-go food. At that point, I felt very comfortable being there. My wife had a hale and hearty Cobb Salad which she really enjoyed and I has a Cobb Salad wrap that I absolutely loved.
