They have a variety of sandwiches, and you won't leave hungry. Generous portions and quality mesh together. Parking is occasionally a challenge. Definitely try one of their salads or bowls. Compared to other national chains, I actually think Sweetleaf's salad bowls are better. They are mixed with a nice combination of ingredients. For example, I like the flavor of Citrus Sesame Chicken Bowl that combines chicken and orange slices to provide some sweetness to the salad. While Sweet Greens and Chop't boast more toppings, the turmeric rice at Sweetleaf is bursting with flavor! The fresh pesto dressing is divine. The Falafel Tzatziki always hits the spot with pickled onions, fresh crispy pita chips, house-made falafel, cucumber, cabbage, kale, and topped with Tzatziki dressing. The Caprese sandwich is a disappointment - too salty with an overload of black pepper. When I ordered UberEats and paid extra to add avocado and roasted red peppers, those toppings were omitted. The smoothies are skimpy on the fruit and only use 2% milk. After a few sips, my hubby threw out the smoothie. The cookies & brownies look appetizing, but are sometimes stale. Save your appetite for the salad! I've become increasingly disappointed with the lukewarm inattentive service and declining quality of food. Both times I've been there I've been treated terribly by staff. The first time, they let somebody cut me in line because they knew them and then ignored me while I waited with my food to check out. In general they seemed very annoyed by my presence and had a mean expression. The second time, I thought I would place a pickup order and that would help. It did not. I arrived 15 minutes after placing it and they hadn't even looked at the ticket. There was nobody ahead of me. I waited for 20 minutes and they never made it! Said they were "cleaning" the machine which is not a valid excuse whatsoever. They made me very late to a medical appointment because of this. The cashier was rude to me when I tried to confront her about the wait and insisted it wasn't her fault and i was talking to the wrong person... so i asked to speak with the manager and she at first refused to come out and talk to me until my mom had to shout to her to come out from the back. She was extremely unprofessional and nasty and ROLLED HER EYES at us. i literally only ordered a smoothie and i ended up having to get a refund because they essentially said they wouldn't make it. This was early in the morning so there is no reason for their blender to be dirty or for them to wait to clean it or for it to take 20 minutes... sounds like a lot of bs because they didn't feel like prioritizing my pickup order. i'm not sure what i did to deserve that treatment twice in a row but it was extremely hurtful and humiliating and i ended up hungry without food. never eating there again. read more

I used to come here all the time in high school, but lots of things have changed since then~ When I came back to the area after school I had mixed feelings about the new menu~ some of my old favorites were no longer there and I know they changed the type of wrap they use~~~ In addition the prices have slightly increased (I noticed because I used to get a smoothie almost weekly back in the day!) This last time I went however there was a hair in my salad which was disappointing, so maybe the use of hair nets would be something the employees might consider. Came here for lunch with a friend who lives in the area. She had been here various times and recommended it for a good, healthy lunch option. It is kid friendly and casual which was necessary for us. They had high chairs readily available. Per my friend's recommendation, I got the San Remo salad which had grilled chicken, avocado, cheese, and tomato. I really enjoyed it and the portion was definitely big enough for leftovers. My friend went with the Santa Fe Salad with chicken which looked tasty as well. Freshest sandwich I have ever tasted in my life!!! A friend of mine introduced me to Sweet Leaf. As you can see, they have the most freshest ingredients you can possibly find in any sandwich shop. Even the employees were wearing "Straight Outta Farm, " and they were darn right about that. Their price is very reasonable and the portion is pretty decent. Are here for lunch on Saturday at around 1pm. Surprisingly, there wasn't a line so we got seated and ordered 3 different salads. My favorite item on the menu is the Cobb salad and sometimes I get it with grilled chicken if I am hungry. I think for the most part, it's a pretty solid salad bar to go to if you are in the area. I love the idea of the place more than the food. I mean where else can you get salads, sandwiches, foyo, and baked goods in one place?! For lunch we ordered the create your own salads. For the base price you get 4 toppings and dressing. If you want protein it's an additional $2. Making a salad with only 4 add ins is hard but do-able. Each additional topping is 50¢ The salad ingredients were fresh and there was quite a bit of selection. They portions were generous and I had plenty leftover for dinner. Only complaint is the salad wasn't anything special. It also wasn't mixed properly so some parts of the salad had way too much dressing. The salad was the same as something I could make at home. The ordering bar is also disorganized. You can't see all the ingredients at once while you are going down the line. Everything I've eaten tastes fresh at this coffee house cafe. Their breakfast sandwiches cost $4.50 and today I devoured one with two slices of fresh bread, melted cheddar cheese, tomatoes and egg. They make your food to order. It's a business that undertands customers need to be happy to keep returning. Parking might require a curbside spot instead of in their front lot, but I don't mind.
