The $10 base price for a proteinless bowl is actually quite value as a lot of those fresh fruits and vegetables provide a lot of substance for a light meal and take a lot of prep work at home. Further, all their ingredients like apple and tomato and yams all have a good natural flavor, which is not always easy to achieve. Something that is surprising to me is how the warm toppings are all premium, but there are exact cold equivalents that are not (sweet potato). This joint is also bright and inviting and I can see a newfound appeal of a use case for a sweetgreen meal. I actually wasn't the biggest fan of sweetgreen before this, but this is near my work and I've been going way more than I should be. I am a big fan of cava and this might be just as good. I love their warm, sweet potatoes and they have this apple kimchi sauce that I have been craving every single day since I first went. There is a kick to it, but there's so much flavor. This was my first time and Sweetgreen and I was definitely impressed! It reminds me of a salad/health bar verison of Cava. You can either choose to build your own bowl, or order one of theirs. There were so many good options to choose from, and I ended up getting the guacamole green bowl which came with chicken, a whole lot of veggies, and a lime jalapeno vinaigrette. The bowl was actually quite large and could have been two meals. It was so good and eating it made me feel really healthy on the inside. It also looks like they recently launched a KBBQ-inspired menu so I'm excited to come back and try that! The workers here are also so friendly and super helpful in answering on questions. This location has a handful of 4-seaters inside and outside of their store. This is definitely a store you'd probably walk to as I didn't see where you could park, other than street parking. read more

I can't give them 5 stars as this issue with their auto-answering system is terrible and I know if I need something I won't be able to call them. Used Uber Ears to order food for a friend. They forgot a side. I tried to call them. They have no way to call them. They have a very bad automated answering system that does not allow you to talk to someone. There was not a single option I could find to talk to a person.After a few try's the system forwarded me to a not number that said it was no longer a valid uber number. This is one of the worst order experiences I have ever had. Uber refunded the missing item, but the fact that you can't get a hold of a person and the automated system forwards to an obsolete uber phone number is inexcusable. read more

After 100s of orders over the years, I've had bowls missing all of the chicken, the dressing , bread and various things. Definitely do a double check before you leave for home because otherwise once you get home or open the bowl you may realize it's missing ingredients. It's good, not great. I prefer Tender Greens and Fresh Corn Grill for the local fast casual options as they taste better. However, I will say Sweetgreen is probably the healthiest of the 3 as everything is a salad with multiple vegetables and lean proteins. I appreciate that the calorie counts are very clearly listed. They also haven't raised prices as much as other places. read more

When I go into the restaurant I always have a good experience but literally every time I get it delivered they forget ingredients. I was so excited for my fall harvest bowl and my favorite part is the sweet potatoes, which of course they forgot. The arugula was really bitter which I half expected - I didn't get my bowl with any dressing. But I feel like they gave me more arugula than quinoa which I wish they split it more evenly. I visited sweet greens - weho location on 4/25/25 and the staff there are all rockstars! I mean the service was stellar as I was pressed for time and had to get lunch back to the office for 15 people. ELSA, was exceptional in every way as she prepped the orders and made sure I had all that I needed and then some. The service, attention to detail and friendly vibes were top notch! Burned food, mostly leftovers in the trays, very oily and not fresh. Photos attached. Horrible customer service, I had to repeat everything twice and she looked like she hated her job and it was my fault that she was employed there. She put burned piece of salmon, I asked to change, she said she couldn't, because she already put it. She did say that some toppings were extra, but didn't say how much. So for poor customer service, disgusting salami and burned piece of salmon the check came 24 dollars. Never again, not this location for sure. It did feel like I was in Orange Is The New Black, considering the food and employees with piercings and tattoos on their faces. So bad ambience on top. read more

This will be my last time. I ordered the chicken avocado ranch bowl and replaced the rice with mixed salad. Every piece of lettuce has bug holes in it, and there is a butt of lettuce in my salad. The pieces that aren't eaten by bugs are soggy. Then the tortilla chips on the side are basically the chips at the bottom of the bag if you sat on the bag. This place sucks. read more

I came to that location at 9:58pm and the lady at the front didn't wanted to prepare food for me. I'm using that location for the past few years after working out at Equinox. They normally close at 10. I was excited to try the new Kale Ceaser Stake, but when it arrived I was extremely disappointed. The bowl is only half full. There are only 5 pieces of small steak which don't even taste and look fresh. There was a spoiled piece of lemon in my bowl. I will never order from Sweetgreen again. If you love salads, then this is the place for you! I ended up getting the miso salad, and it was pretty good. The portion size is huge - and on top of that, you can get a free piece of toast with it. The salad had quite a kick to it in terms of flavor, it was a little spicy and was overall delicious. It was definitely one of the better salads that I've had. I wasn't able to finish it since the portion was so huge! The reason why this review is 3 stars is because the one bowl of salad was over $16. It was pretty pricey for a salad. Asides from that, the restaurant is extremely clean and nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and considerate of dietary needs as well! Definitely worth a try - but I'm not sure that it's worth over $16. read more

This is one of the healthiest spots to get a quick bite in LA. The place is set up with counter service but more like a build your own salad bar (but they build it for you). There are a wide selection of items, which are different from anyplace. This can make the menu overwhelming. I would have liked a bit more guidance. A person in line recommended a couple things to me and I followed his suggestion. The warms bowls are a great place to start. You can customize the bowls as you wish. The food is fresh and very healthy. The concept is great, but I was not blown away by the taste combination. Drinks are limited and the ambience is a bit bright which takes away from it being five star place. However, I came here at dinner and I imagine I would like it more during the day. I purchased the new spicy cashew salmon plate at this location. I had a wonderful exchange with the initial person who made the salad. Unfortunately, the rice that in it was dried out because it was sitting out for a while. I nicely approached the counter and asked if it could be remade. The gentleman in the photo claimed to be the manager on duty and he proceeded to remake the salad. While making the salad, he had two separate conversations with two different people about what it gone wrong in the my food and chastised them. He stopped making the salad each time and made those conversations a priority over making my food. After the second conversation, I informed him that I needed to leave and asked him if he could make the salad so that I could go. He then stated, I'm taking to my teammate" and got an attitude. I asked him to make completing my food the priority. When he finished making the salad, he placed it on the counter and walked away. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional, especially seeing that I received an inferior product and I've been inconvenienced by the fact that they had to remake it. I frequent this location often and I have never seen anyone behave as unprofessional as he has. He need's to be trained on how to deal with customer issues in correct way. Wow, I have to give credit by updating a previously dismal review. True I have long deleted your app, but I can't bring myself to boycott you. So I have to actually go in person to place my order with a human. And you know what? It's been successful every single time! I admit that yes, in person, they SHOULD get it right since you are right in front of them, but they have done it with a smile and the service has been great. Although I miss the convenience of placing my order beforehand, it was often incorrect and I would have to wait anyway. Since I tend to go during 'off hours', I rarely have anyone in front of me, and am out very quickly. I have stopped eating chicken since so my salad is less in price (although avocado brings it right back up some). Still, I enjoy the creations and I rarely stray from my usual. Just happy to say that by going in person, things have improved so much more. My consistent visits over the few months into this year have been positive, and I look forward to my next.
