I spoke to the owner through Yelp for a quote on getting a chip fixed on my windshield. I was given a quote and went in to have it fixed. When I got there the owner came out to inspect the chip on my windshield. Instead of saying, ok, let's fix it, he informed me that there had already been a repair to the chip. If he tried to add more epoxy it would probably damage the windshield. He told me the repair that was done was fine and it should last. No need to fix anything. I 100% percent recommend this shop if for nothing more than their honesty. He could have burned me and I would have never known. They for sure run an honest shop which is rare these days. I do have a couple dings in my door and he gave me a fair price for future work on my vehicle. I highly recommend this business and will be doing business with them in the future. read more

I had a Dodge Ram with a hideously large dent in the front fender from what appeared to be a shopping cart handle. After living with this eye sore for several years, I decided I would get it fixed just hours before a prospective buyer came to inspect the vehicle. I called the owner of the business and explained I had a buyer coming to look at the vehicle in just a few hours, and that this might be the only opportunity I had to get the dent fixed before the sale. He said to bring the vehicle right in and that he would hold off on some other vehicles and would get started working on my truck immediately. About $120 and an hour and a half later, the dent that had been nearly the size of a deck of cards had completely disappeared. The buyer who had already seen the dent in photos could not find the repaired area for the life of him, all previous indicators of the dent were now gone. I was very impressed with the repair. I ended up getting a full price offer on the vehicle, which I am sure I would have never got if the dent was still there. I have no reservations in recommending their services to all my friends. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my limited time frame. I will be bringing back more vehicles in the future. read more

Amazing customer service! Asked a question about services and got a quick response. Called the next day to come in to get an estimate. Jeff told me to come by when I had time. He gave me his honest opinion on what I should get done and didn't try to get me to spend a bunch of money. He got the dents out and was able to polish out some of the scratches I had. He recommended I go to the dealership to get the exact touch up paint to match my car and he would paint the small scratches for me for no charge. I ended up walking out spending a reasonable price ( a lot less than I thought I was going to spend and I know a lot less than any other place would have charged) and very satisfied with the results. This place is amazing. Jeff the owner is honest and really wants his customers to be happy. I took my Explorer to him. He removed thw dent and went above and beyond by touching up other area,and buffed out some scratches. I also had alot of sap on my hood from parking under a tree. I asked him cause i didn't want ty o scratch the paint to remove it. He did an excellent job. I was so happy with the work that i broughr my car to him the next day to remove a dent. I had a great overall experience with Swift. Their shop is top notch, very clean and well organized. I called and was able to take my car in that day to get an on site estimate. Luckily I called on a day they were in the shop as they do a lot of off site work as well. I met with one of of their techs, Jeff, and he was very professional and eager to help. He gave me an affordable quote to fix two dents in my door. They were small dings, but to me I couldn't stand seeing them every day as I got into my car. Day of the appointment, I got a call to verify my appointment time, and was excited to get the work completed. When I arrived a nice, clean cut, man greeted me and walked me though the process and I happily handed over my keys. The process took only an hour and a half or so, and I had no issue waiting patiently while the tech did his magic on my car door. When they were finished, they asked me to come over and take a look of their work. I was blown away at how the little dents in my door that were driving me crazy for so long, magically disappeared. You couldn't even tell they were ever there, just like they waved a magic wand and my door was brand new again. It was a great feeling seeing how well they did. I was so impressed with the seamless process and the professionalism of their staff, especially their cleanliness. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received by Swift Appearance! I came in a few days ago to get a dent fixed on my hood and they did such an amazing job!! You can't even tell there was ever a dent there! The owner was such a nice guy with great customer service!! He explained everything that he was going to be doing and even taught me a few things! I really appreciated that he kept me updated time I was waiting. Which brings me to the next thing! I know it may not seem like a big thing, but the chairs in their office/waiting area were so comfortable!! Not only were the chairs comfortable, but the waiting area was very clean and smelled very pleasant! This made waiting very comfortable. I am so happy I found this place to fix my car! This is a family run business. Jeff and his son Austin are both so nice; very professional and so pleasant to deal with. I would recommend anyone to go to this shop for dent repair. Here's what happened: Last week I parked my brand new pearl white Toyota in a strip mall, and when I came out of the store someone had left a nasty dent on it. This was a pretty good sized dent, with a crease and a couple of scratches. I think a car may have hit mine as they backed out of the parking spot next to me. I went to several body shops and was told that they would have to remove the door panel, try to straighten the dent some, apply Bondo, and spray paint practically the whole side of my car in an attempt to blend the paint, because pearl white is difficult to match and blend. So all this would cost quite a bit, plus I would have to rent a car for a week. I found "Swift Appearance" online, hoping to find a shop that could repair my car in a less drastic way. I drove over to Swift for an estimate, and immediately felt comfortable with Jeff, the owner. He told me he could fix the dent and they did, without taking off the door panel, using Bondo or spraying all over the factory paint. I saved hundreds of dollars on body work and probably at least another hundred for a rental car because Swift fixed my car in one day. Austin is an artist. He worked really hard using his skills and magic to remove the dent in my car! The dent is gone. It can't be seen in any light. A little touch up paint on the scratches and my car looks really nice again, thanks to Swift. Can't thank them enough for their expertise in fixing my car, saving me money, time, possible mis-matched paint nightmare, ridiculous Carfax reports (for the extensive body work the other shops wanted to do) and all the insurance headaches, etc. Thanks again! read more
