I bought a brand new Ford Expedition and within the first 6 months I had my mind on something else and opened my door at the gas station and right into a cement pole. Lucky, I guess, that I only suffered a small ding. Seeing how upset I was with myself, my husband took my car to the dealer to see about getting the ding out. The dealer gave him a card for Swift Appearance. He just returned from Swift Appearance and you would never know it had a ding. It only took 35 minutes and my truck looks new again. I was badly door dinged in my work parking lot. My brand new car, had a pretty large fold in the driver door. I had a big rear dent in my Camry. I stopped at a collision place and they said the bumper would have to be replaced and it would all cost $600. I went to Swift Appearance and Jeff said I didn't need a new bumper. He pushed it out and it looks great. Only charged $85. Jeff is honest and charges reasonable prices. read more

I thought it would be some combination of heating and cooling (or cooling and heating), or major potion, but they seem to just "whisper" dents out of existence. I have a 4 month old 2015 Chevy 2500HD with a large dent in the right front panel. I took it to Jeff hoping he would be able to perform a miracle and remove the dent. After looking at it, he described the level of difficult it was displaying because the dents were crossing over several mold designs. He said it would be an all day job. When I went to pick up my truck I could not believe my eyes. The fender looked brand new and to anyone who had not seen the dent prior, they would never be able to tell there was even a dent. I have known Jeff Swift both personally and professionally for over 10 years and when someone hit me while on vacation in CO I was hoping but doubtful that the dent could be repaired by him. I should have known! It was not an easy job and took him over 7 hours to complete but by some miracle he was able to pull it off. Words cannot explain how amazed I am that he was able repair this dent. Jeff is a true artist in his craft. This place is great! Took out 4 dents and the car looks bran new.

I was referred to Swift by Quality Autobody to remove a small parking lot dent in the r/r quarter panel of my 2013 KIA SXL in February 2015. I stopped by unannounced and Jeff the owner was able to have the dent removed within an hour. I was very impressed and happy to say the repair held up over time. My car still looks new today. In May of 2016, I wanted to surprise my my wife by having all of the dents removed form her 2007 Honda Accord and re-clear coat the vehicle. I went back to Swift Appearance and observed that they had relocated to a new, bigger facility in the same complex. It is a beautiful high end shop which was neat and spotless. Excellent evidence that their meticulousness would extend over into to their work. I met with the owner Jeff and scheduled an appointment to have six dents removed on the following Saturday. The dents were in the doors, quarter panel, and one along the roof line above the r/r door. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. The roof line dent, because of its structural strength, was the most difficult repair task and required the drilling of a small hole. The hole was inside the door jam and closed with a plug to prevent any water leakage. Jeff's son, who has several years of experience completed the job under the watchful eye of Jeff. The final job was outstanding. My wife was pleasantly surprised with her like new vehicle. It amazes me how they can do this level of repair without having to sand, bond, and paint. It is much quicker and a whole lot less expensive than having a body shop do the customary type of repair work. Jeff Swift knows how to run a very successful business, care for his customers, and is just a heck of a nice guy. I highly recommend Swift Appearance to anyone who wants to repair unsightly parking lot dents at a very economical price. Happy to have them in the High Desert. I live in Mammoth Lakes. Which is about 3-4 hours away from Victorville. So it was 4th of july and I was parked outside of a restaurant and my fiance and I were inside having dinner when we came out somebody had door dinged my truck. I saw the ding and my heart just dropped. I felt sick just looking at it. I was recommended by a friend of mine who had a door ding on his brand new RS. He recommended me this fine establishment down in Victorville. That same night I looked at their website and it had an option to send an email for a quick estimate. Since it 4th of July of course I figured they weren't going to email me back until after the festivities were over. But noo, Austin (the owners son) emailed me back SWIFTly early morning the 5th of July i proceeded to take pictures of the ding and texted them to the phone number that was was forwarded to me. I then reacieved a call from Jeff himself (the owner). We talked for a bit set an appointment for yesterday the 11th drove down and and they got the job done and in a professionally timely manner keeping in mind I had to drive back up to Mammoth same day. Mr. Swift is a very knowledgeable and professional person who has compassion for his customers. we had an extensive damage to our family car due to an impact by a shopping cart. When I showed up they were quick to stop working on the vehicles they were working on to look at my truck, quoted me a super good price for fixing the dent on my aluminum hood of my brand new truck. I'm not usually one to take the time and write a review but this has to be written and shared. Jeff at Swift Appearance is AWESOME! My husband and I have never spent the money to repair a scratch and dent, until our brand new truck was damaged backing out of a tight space. No less than 12 scratches with 2 dents that honestly caused a moment of cardiac arrest. But it was NO SWEAT for Jeff and Swift Appearance. We took the truck in without an appointment and it was obvious that Jeff saw the pain in my eyes (guilt) and he wasn't going to let this innocent accident ruin our holiday. Within minutes he was working on the truck and 2 hrs later the truck looked brand new again. If I were a betting woman I would have bet that there was no way he would be able to correct the scratches and dents, and I would have lost that bet. Thank you Jeff. I called noon on Friday, and was told they sometimes have trouble getting reimbursed from MY Insurance company. I had a claim number, phone, prior approval, was told by insurance company that repair shop just needed to call to verify. Jeff said he would call them and call me back. Unfortunately, I never brought my car here, because my insurance company kept putting him on hold, and they were swamped with cars here. I have heard this place does really good work. Had door replaced from large dent a week ago, but didn't know about this place at the time. I'd REALLY like to see how the paintless dent removal comes out. Awesome company went above my expectations. First time getting a dent pulled out was a little unsure at first but after talking to Jeff I felt calm and sure he was knowledgeable in what he did. I came in for my apt and Jeff and his boys got me right in. I had a dent on my 2015 Challenger on the rear fender body line and their skills are mind blowing they really are a master at their craft you can not even tell where the dent was and they are very reasonable priced.
