About a couple of months ago I got my fridge fixed. By Payless Appliance. The gentleman was a very…read moreprofessional technician and the repair took less than 30 mins. What I like the most was honesty and professional way this company does busines. cleaned up the work area , behind and under the fridge. Very happy with these people.

Joe is a true professional and I couldn't be happier with his service call. He responded fast and…read morehe diagnosed my washing machine's problem right away while we were texting back and forth and setting up my appointment...which saved me the service call fee. He came out the next day and he texted me 30 mins prior to arrival...which ended up being exactly on time. I could tell right away that he was a down-to-earth kinda dude and that he likely had a lot of experience. After my dog ("Cooper" the Pit-Lab) came out to greet him, we ended up talking about dogs for probably 20 mins. He is a bigtime dog lover and will probably tell you all about his ol' boy Duke that passed away years ago (the beautiful German Shepard in his Yelp photos). Anyways, he got right to work and after doing some diagnosing, he determined what the problem was. We originally thought that our problem had to do with a blown water pump, but he explained in detail all the various reasons why that wasn't the case and he knew exactly what the real problem was...the "Electronic Spin Unit". He replaced our broken one with a replacement part that he had stocked in his work van and within a matter of minutes, this old machine that had sat in my garage for nearly a decade, had now come back to life. I was practically in shock...because this old machine is SO MUCH better than the "High Efficiency" POS that I've been using for the past decade. His prices were fair and he was professional and easy to deal with. He has been working in this industry for a long time and he seems to know these washing machines (and probably all other appliances) like the back of his hand. There are probably some other good repairmen out there too but there's a whole lot of "sheisters" in Vegas as well, so finding an honest repairman is a valuable score. If you're on the fence, I would say just go with Joe. Shoot him a text and then he'll probably end up trying to diagnose your problems over the phone and then he'll give you a quote on what it costs to fix. His rates were very reasonable and I walked away paying $175 to have my oldschool Whirlpool NO-NONSENSE washer come back to life, instead of being forced to go out and buy some "High Efficiency" modern CRAP! I was about to fork out $1,500 for a Speed Queen TC5, but thanks to Joe, I can now use that money for other things and maybe I'll get another 10 years outta this thing. I'll definitely be giving Joe a call when the next thing breaks. Thanks again Joe, Cooper says HI!

Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and gave me recommendation on what I should do. I didn't feel he tried to oversell me and I thought he was really reasonable and honest in his advice. Although I didn't need them to return, I would use this company again in the future for appliance repair.

I am beyond frustrated with the service--or lack thereof--provided by this company. My dishwasher…read morehas been out of commission for 2.5 weeks, and after multiple visits and hundreds of dollars, it is still not working. The entire experience was a disaster from the start. The technician failed to show up on time for the initial appointment. When he finally arrived and performed the "repair," he actually managed to break the drain line. This required a follow-up visit, which only added to the downtime and my growing frustration. To make matters worse, after paying $275 for what I thought was a completed fix, I realized the unit still wasn't functioning. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this, the administration was incredibly unprofessional. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there. It is not the customer's job to perform quality control on a professional repair. Now, I am back at square one, out $275, and having to figure out a new issue caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise staying away from this company. Save your money and your sanity; go with someone who is punctual, skilled, and actually values their customers. **Will not recommend.** Update. Now 4/19 the dishwasher is completely stuck in heavy cycle and not starting at all. You can say all you want about your "professional repair", but at this point it's easier to get a new dishwasher than keep paying for every part to be replaced at extra cost. The technician had to comeback several times over 2.5 weeks and it's still broken. I reached out to your technician initially to request additional repair but asked for another person since the first guy who fixed my fridge awhile back did a great job. I started receiving messages from another person who never introduced himself and was extremely unprofessional, texting me rude messages and at this point I don't feel safe using you at all.
