Line was long - the same as it has been since day one but moved insanely quick. Order was taken efficiently. Great customer service with zero issues. Got a large Waikiki and a medium vanilla Coke. Soda was just as fresh as it possibly could be for soda. It wasn't flat at all. Paid a whopping seven bucks for two drinks which seems about as inexpensive as anywhere else. Not quite sure what it is the other customers did or didn't do to swear this place earns a 1 star rating. I mean, it's soda for crying out loud. LOL. Anywho, glad we tried it once. I come to this location often and it's definitely below the standard of others I have visited. This past Saturday for example I pulled up behind a car that based off where they had pulled up ahead of the menu, I assumed they had ordered and the young lady spend almost 4-5 mins at the car in the other lane without looking at her surroundings not once. Okay fine I can understand customer services. But then she refused to be aware of her lines and after going to the car in front of me went back to the car that had pulled up less than 20 seconds before she walked over to them. I asked her name and to speak to a manager on duty and boy was that a mistake. Some guy who couldn't have been barely 18 basically laughed in my face for feeling like she had poor customer service skills and as I explained to him I'm frustrated but this is a teachable moment. He chose to instead argue with me about how I was wrong and rolled his eyes when he said "I guess I'll talk with her or whatever". This location has definitely lost my business. And I will gladly not recommend this location to anyone else as well. read more

I'm not sold on the constant stream of cars this place has. Every time I drive past the line is LONG. The employees were friendly and the line moved quick. Maybe I'm not the best person to judge by since I don't drink soda but the family does and did like the drinks. We got a Texas tab which is a dirty Dr Pepper drink. I tried it and it was just too much sugar. I like they have Fresca as well which I do drink occasionally so I'll come back and try. We also got the chocolate chip cookies and they were literally frozen which we didn't find out until we drove away. Are they take and bake? Lol I still don't know if that's how they're supposed to be served?! I'll stop in the future and give them a try again. Came for their grand opening. The line was wrapped around the building but it went quick. I love the hula girl but wanted to try something new and got the tropic. Tastes like lemonade with a hint of cream. My sister got the unlucky ducky it was good but felt like it needed some cream. They were giving out drinks before we even hit the window so it was quick. read more

So I am actually pretty pleased with this place! The coconut cookie and my husband's "Cherry Bomb" drink were perfect 5/5! The only reason I had to give a 4/5 was because my "Texas Tab" tasted kind of like sunscreen. I think the coconut cream was a bit much for me. The service was good and the long line went quick. I was all set to try this place, being from out of town... Soda is OK, but it was the lack of customer service that "stood out". Ladies in the drive through, I do not need to know what your sister said to some dude etc etc... The line was fairly long when we arrived mid day, but with two lanes and an employee taking orders outside it went pretty quick. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered two 32 oz drinks and I about fell over dead at the price. After tax it came to nearly $12. I could've bought a full meal somewhere. If you download their app you do earn a little change back towards free drinks etc but to me it was just ok. Drinks were decent, but I'd rather buy from another shop for half the price. Been to almost all the Swig locations in AZ and this one did not disappoint. In fact, it was probably one of the better locations as far as speed and service. Recommendations given made sense for the preferences my husband had (no cream) and he discovered his new favorite flavor combo here with help from the employee and me throwing out ideas. We made it through quickly. Drinks were fabulous and as expected. This is a big pricier than a gas station but you're paying for convenience and the additional bonus of all the syrup flavor options and creams and sodas. Most stores won't have those available so it's worth it if you like something a little different than your average soda options. If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited outside this place for about an hour and a half for the mini drop. Last minute an employee decides to come out and place cones in the middle of the road blocking the entry to establishment. Not only did they block the entry but then expected me to go to a second entry way which now had a line all the way back behind the grocery store. The way this situation was handled was poor. Staff watched as a few cars waited for over an hour just to block the entry way last minute. The excuse was that their lanes don't go that direction, when I have been there plenty of times and cones have never been blocking the entry way. They only addressed certain cars, asking them to wait in a line that had now become ridiculously long and watched as other cars went in through that same entry they had cut off. read more

I want to love stopping by Swig. Especially this location since convenient to the area where I run a lot of my errands. The truth is however, it's a frustrating experience EVERY single time. I never see consistency of the employees working the two-lane drive through. They just help whichever car they feel like. One visit I was the only car in one lane and the one worker helped FIVE OTHER CARS in the opposite lane from me before helping me. Today I'm in line behind one other car waiting to confirm I've arrived for a pick up of my mobile order and another car pulls up in the other lane minutes after me, and they get helped before I do. Not to mention, the first time coming here I had another customer come up to my car to ask for something at the drive through window since there's no walk-up window. THOUGH, there is a perfectly good empty wall that could be turned into one. I'm a daily Dutch bros customer because of their businesses consistency and how they run their operation and I suggest to take notes from them if seeing an increase in your business is even a goal here at Swig. read more

Two stars is about right. The drinks were pretty good, the cookies were pretty good. However, if you are a drink place selling primarily drinks and you serve them in cups that are beyond terrible, I am talking atrocious. I think I am wearing more of my beverage than I got to drink because of how poorly these cups are made I don't know if the tops don't fit right on purpose so you spill and have to come back and buy another or if it was just really bad design. If you sell drinks, I would have the best cup on the market! Think like the Boba places they've got it down to a science those things don't spill at all and you put a giant hole in it with your straw. I don't know if I'll be back. read more

Horrible service and quality. We've gone twice now and every time gets worse. The first time they gave us other peoples orders 4 times!! The second time, it took 50 mins for us to get our drinks plus they were giving random cars their orders without going in order. Lastly, they gave me the worst drink ever. Don't ever expect to get the drink or order you want. The last 4-5 times I've been there they've been out of lemonade, multiple flavors and cookies. Doesn't matter if you're the first, 50th or last customer of the day they're out of something. It has been a super disappointing experience since this location opened.
