They had really great reviews to begin with for dealing with wedding dresses so I decided to give them a try. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. That alone already told me something was different about this place. When I brought the suit in, they didn't panic or brush me off, and they didn't make unrealistic promises. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is. This was a high-risk job that multiple other cleaners would not even attempt, and they handled it flawlessly. The customer service was just as impressive. They stayed open past closing just for me.
