We had breakfast on a Sunday morning.....May I just say " sit up and take notice Buttermilk" Syrup is in town! Let's start with the million dollar bacon ( thick cut Ream's bacon, baked with brown sugar and spices , OMG 4 pieces to be shared or guarded jealously. The egg white scrambler with tons of veggies and just the right amount of cheese was served in a warmed bowl to keep it all nicely warm. The selection of drinks and mimosas is imaginative and fun to look at on the marble topped counter waiting pickup. There is of course 5 different syrups to choose from as well, and not the regular stuff, one was Chipotle maple ( very good not overly spicy. Oh! The wild berry mimosa is blended so beautifully that you get the blend in every relaxing sip. Hove you seen a flight of waffles on a menu? They have it. You can sample each of their 4 flavors of waffles in mini form. I'm actually taking 2 of my 4 thick sliced bacon home so I can experience the unbelievable spicer sweet savory flavor again tonight as a snack! Our waiter Tom was friendly, efficient and accommodating when I wanted my fruit cup to be all berries ( NP). He even brought a sample of their sweet cream syrup to our table to try with the blueberry pancakes. Wonderful, only need a little. Big and clean, bright and very noisy. Service was good, atmosphere is nice enough. Coffee is pretty good. The food? Nah. The potatoes are cut WAY too big and under cooked. I had the Irishman, corned beef with onions and green peppers and the over sized undercooked potatoes with two eggs on top. I ask for over easy and the eggs that arrived were possibly pigeon eggs, they were tiny. They were way over cooked and the cooked hard yolks were about the size of a quarter. My wife had a pair of over easy eggs that were way undercooked. Lots of gross, uncooked clear white goo. Also very tiny eggs. The corned beef with the Irishman is generous. It's also too big, dry pieces. Without the over easy yolk the dish is quite dry. My wife had the biscuits and gravy that were fine she said, and they did look good, but seriously you can get decent Biscuits and gravy at Casey's. They were decently busy and the food came quickly, but if I'm a server I'm asking why a full grown man is not eating over half of his meal and doesn't want a box to take it home. I quit making complaints at restaurants because it is either treated like I'm trying to get something for free or like I'm an a-hole. A business should be paying attention to their customers. The rest of their menu is full of very unhealthy looking pancake dishes that looked like fancy, expensive IHOP. Might give another try since it's right across the road from Costco. read more

Excellent! I took my son and his friends there during spring break for brunch and the food was delicious and fast! The waiter was great and very polite! Everything we've had from here is done very well and the quality has always been consistent. I normally get the Home Sweet Home breakfast w/ chicken sausage minus the red pepper flakes (you can get them on the side if you're not sure). This is my go to healthy breakfast and I've eaten it many times for lunch or dinner. It keeps perfectly in the fridge for a couple of days if you order it to go. This time I got the Mediterranean Avocado Toast w/ poached eggs. I thought it was a pretty presentation and tasted great. I don't normally eat a lot of cheese so the next time I will ask them to skip the Buffalo Mozzarella as I didn't think it added much flavor to it, just calories (and I'd rather save those for the next dish) ...The Mini Waffle Flight was a new choice for us and it was so fun and beautifully presented. This is a great dish to share and everyone can try a bite of 4 different versions of Syrup's full size waffles. This is also great if you cannot decide between all their delicious waffle options. Two of the waffles were chocolate / Nutella and two were more fruit focused. We preferred the fruit versions overall but all of them were great. I do wish for the summer months they would offer cold green tea not just black. The staff is always friendly and it's always very clean. They do have a few outdoor tables too. read more

Freaking awesome place! Entire family loved it! I actually want to tell you it sucks so you don't go ans make it busy the next time I am here. I have eaten at all the local spots and this one is by far the best. Only issue is it all read great and it is hard to decide where to start. I did the mini waffle flight and all were great. First time trying this restaurant. Was a fantastic experience with booth food and service. Our server was Petra, she was fantastic to where I suggested she work for a high-end steak house where she would pull in huge tips. My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to get on Yelps wait list app. While not a huge fan of Yelp and the way they will basically blackmail businesses, the wait list is something I like. read more

Other than a brighter look, it's still a Colonial restaurant. The new tables are very slick so while trying to cut your food, the plate slides away constantly. There was a screaming child who echoed through out the whole restaurant because they need some sound barrier. Draping some long carpet runners through the beams would be cheap and very helpful in quieting the constant din. Food was OK and my server was great but the noise was beyond acceptable. read more

I have been eating out all my life and this was honestly the best breakfast I have ever had hands-down. Restaurant was clean and bright, service was excellent, and food was the best breakfast meal I have enjoyed. My eggs were perfectly cooked, and the raspberry mascarpone pancakes were amazing. My 6 year old daughter called her S'moreo pancakes a "miracle" she loved them so much. I HIGHLY recommend Syrup. read more

I've been to this restaurant twice now. Very busy, lively, great atmosphere and food coming out from kitchen looks amazing ! Since I'm a low carb keto person, I do have to look very hard fir items in the menu I can eat. First time I had scrambled eggs and sausage links. That was great, sausage was really really good, eggs scrambled perfectly. My second visit though is where I was disappointed . I ordered a hamburger with Swiss cheese, no bun. Our server asked how I would like my 1/2 pound ( pretty sure that was description) .. so my preference was medium rare . What I got was a flat almost well done dry burger with a very small side frisée lettuce and a few grape tomatoes on the side. I was hoping for a juicy thick burger. I did mention to server that it was overcooked, but not until he was clearing plates. ( I just didn't want to send it back and wait 20 more minutes, so my fault) .. but then almost $20 for food a gratuity... I only had water also. Too much $$ for a disappointing meal. If I could eat the other things on menu ( the chicken and waffles looked scrumptious ) I would be happy to try those, however since a growing number of people are low carb, I wished there were more options.
