Always great food. I like the changing menu. I like all the omelet selections I get over time. Always nice and clean. Staff is friendly, the new staff is even more friendly. There is a cubano being offered this month. Going to have to come back for that one. Now that the weather has cooled outdoor dining is great on the patio. Love this place and still a hidden gem in Ahwatukee. Great in the morning.

Inside is so very cute.. wanted to love this place

I sooooo wanted to love this cute place.. found it on Yelp. The inside is adorable but the food is terrible. You know it's bad when they are out of several items and they already have a small menu. The fries my daughter and husband ordered were cold and they didn't make my burger like I asked and my sweet potato fries were burnt. Service was sub par. It was busy with the families coming in from next doors assisted living facility. 1 worker at the front and she was overwhelmed. On the upside they look like they have a nice variety of coffee selections. Good Luck

We hiked on South Mountain with our grand dog, Vicky, so we looked for a place that allowed dogs. We decided to try Tuk on a whim. I'm glad we did because, unlike other places on a Saturday Tuk was empty. We were the only customers when we got there. Other places can be an hour wait on a weekend. They have a limited menu but great choices. The steak salad was really good. I would eat that every day. I think I would have it with a balsamic vinegar and oil type dressing over the blue cheese dressing. Our son described the Summer omelet as light, and the fresh vegetables were tasty. My husband dug into his quesadilla so fast the picture is missing a slice. He said it was good too. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to eat with good food, I highly recommend this place.

Super cute secluded breakfast and lunch joint! Don't let the location and lack of curbside appeal change your mind, this is a hidden gem. Free WiFi, friendly staff and great "but limited" food options.

This place is very well decorated and great for groups!! There are lots of seating downstairs and upstairs! Very causal environment and not too loud. They were serving breakfast and lunch. I went with the breakfast option and it was really yummy, but I saw some lunch items that were brought out to other tables and it looked delicious!! Denver Omelet: The omelet was perfectly cooked! They had lots of protein in the omelet. The has brown was not as crispy though. I love the environment here and the decorations. I will definitely come back and try out the other menu items. I would try the outside seating area next time. The customer service was great!! They were very good with recommendations and what they think we will like to try out. Come with friends and family!

This little gem is just a perfect hideaway for Brunch! So it's a little confusing as you will need to pull into what looks like your going visit the Seniors Apartments, well it's connected, so you will need to use their visitor parking lot. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo of my food, once it was served at our table, I immediately dove in! But I ordered the Denver Omelette, YUM!

The reviews were terrific and I'd never heard of this place before. You order and pay at the counter before hand. The presentation of the eggs Benedict was very nice. the potatoes were somewhat undercooked so the texture wasn't good, but the taste was ok. I ate one of the egg, ham and English muffin towers and although the egg was pretty runny, it wasn't until I accidentally over turned the second egg that I saw it was waaaaayyyyy undercooked. No way I was going to heighten my risk food poisoning from consuming a second undercooked egg. Since I had already paid, I just left.

I've stopped by several times now. Coffee is just okay. I think the main draw of this place is the atmosphere. Definitely PLENTY of seating if you plan on getting some serious work done here. My favorite thing about this place is that there is a lot of natural light and great air flow. I haven't tried most things on their menu (only their coffee), but it'll be fun to try the different food options

Decent food, great value, but the service needs attention! Recommended, but with caveats (read on...) I discovered TŪK Urban Cafe when one of my Yelp friends bookmarked it. It's located in far southeastern Ahwatukee, hence the neat name: TŪK's! Since it's nearby, five of us decided to try it for Sunday brunch. TŪK's has been open about a month, so we figured they'd have their act together - but we were wrong! Food: I'm happy to say, the food was decent. But we were disappointed that TŪK's was't serving their normal "full" menu on Sunday. Instead, they had several items listed on a chalk board: TŪK Omelet, Oro Burger, BlueBerry Granola Pancakes, Roast Beef Melt, and Spinach Harvest Salad. I opted for the TŪK Omelet, which was on the small side, but not bad for the price. The flavors were fine, but the omelet didn't have much sausage, so I added some hot sauce to make it more interesting. Like everything we ordered, it was served on a plastic dish with plastic utensils. I also had plain black coffee which was excellent. My friends ordered the omelet and the Oro Burger. They all agreed, the food was good, and would like to return during the week to try other menu items. They also have a selection of coffee drinks and a little bar serving alcohol. Cost: I paid $7.88 including tax for my omelet and coffee, which I thought was very reasonable. Service: At TŪK, you order at the counter and they bring your food when it's ready. This is where the wheels fell off! Five of us ordered at the same time, with four separate checks. Two of us received our drinks fairly quickly, and my omelet wasn't too far behind. But it took a long time for them to bring the other orders - as in probably 15-20 minutes after I received mine! Not only that, they totally lost one person's burger order, and another person's coffee order. We certainly didn't expect this, since they appeared to have plenty of staff. They never came around to the table to check on us, so we finally went to the register to ask for the missing orders. Eventually, one worker (probably the manager) came to check on us, and apologized for the mix-up. Atmosphere: TŪK's is a very open space, with an upstairs "loft", a spacious downstairs area, and if the weather's good (it was when we were there), large garage doors that open to the outside patios. I really enjoyed the overall feel of the place, with lots of tile and brick. It has a casual feel, and would be a nice place to come and just hang-out. Overall: TŪK's Urban Cafe has a neat vibe, decent food, and is a good value. They really need to focus on better training for the staff to bring the service to an "acceptable" level. The atmosphere and food will bring me back again after a few weeks, and I'll add a star if they improve their service.

Undercooked pancake!!!! The dough is raw!!! Ugh

Total waste of money!! We got a 6 pack and an omelet. Got the food cold. Pancake was under cooked!!! It is hard to mess up a pancake right??! Total disappointment!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
