Then, once dried out he repaired my bathroom perfectly even adding some extras to ensure it looked beautiful. He is honest, fair, and trustworthy. There was a home that had about 25 years worth of junk inside of it that needed to be removed. In addition, there were items that need to be donated, there were materials that were hazardous, and there were also materials that had to be specially disposed of. I needed this place cleaned out on very short notice. I was only in town for a few days so somebody working quick was going to be extremely important for me. I called Chris on Saturday night around 9 o'clock and he picked up the phone. This was unusual compared to the other places that I had called. The very next day, Chris was able to come out and inspect the property. A few hours later, he provided me a reasonable quote based on the work and emailed me that afternoon. I asked him if we could get started as early as 6 o'clock in the morning that coming Tuesday and it was no problem. I showed up to the property a few minutes before 6 AM and he was already there with his team. We ran into some trouble securing the bin that was needed for disposal. However, this did not stop Chris from ensuring that some of the work was done. He had his team bring a lot of the stuff out of the house. Chris even took the stuff that needed to be donated to the Salvation Army in his own truck. Even though the truck did not show up on time, he stayed with the stuff that was outside to keep transients in other lookie-loos away from the property. There was also some trash that need to be picked up at the last moment and Chris was able to coordinate for its pickup which saved me thousands of dollars in fines. Chris was very nice, honest, and straightforward during the entire process and available to me on short notice. I highly recommend this company.

Reason being is the original employee he sent did a terrible job - worse than a regular house maid would clean... that being said he was a nice guy and I didn't want to make anyone feel bad or get anyone in trouble however, he did not do a thorough and good job of cleaning and I did not want him to come back the next day. I was making this request to Josh when he laughed at me and said "fine I guess I'll send someone mean to your house" Speaking to someone like that (who is clearly in crisis if you're hiring this kind of company) is completely unprofessional, non empathetic, and uncalled for. I would expect a higher level of professionalism and kindness from a company that deals with crisis clean up. If this is how the owner of the entire company treats people I can only imagine that the entire company is run this way....
