Worst t mobile to do business with. District Manager Noe is a real piece of work. Super rude loud and obnoxious for no reason. When visiting this store I could hear him in the back room yelling and throwing things around. Employees always on their phones or standing around. When greeting customers it's very blah and monotoned. Very much thinking of switching to Verizon after visiting this store and I've had t mobile for over 10 years. I did not want my internet due to it not being available in my area and Noe still let them sell it to me it does not work in my home and now refuses to return it or give me credit for the months I had it and couldn't use it. Horrible service and experience all around good luck if you are coming here and looking for kind and honest people and business. Overpriced 3rd party Screen came out badly defective and glitchy. It has a mind of its own. It was replaced for an iPhone 12pro max that was needed for trade in, and ended up being stored away for non OP. A year later when phone was ready to be used again, it was unbearable to use. Duarte location did not want to help at all due to their 1 year warranty. Will make sure to never come here again and will spread the word. Thanks Need longer warranty. read more

My husband and I came in this store to upgrade our phones & the guy (didn't catch his name but it was today around 2pm) gave us 3 options. And we chose to keep our plan and pay off what we needed to pay off right there and then, but the employee was being aggressive almost like attacking us as to why we didn't go with "the better option" which was add a line and get the phone for free pretty much. He even asked my husband "So you would rather pay for this much than get this phone for free? Why is that?" WHY THE F NOT. If he's not paying for our shit, why ask that kind of question. Normally, I do all of my T-Mobile business online, but my wife and I apparently made too many humans for the online service to handle, so when my daughter turned 15 and finally needed a phone, I had to go into a store, and the Duarte store is near my home. My plan was to get an iPhone SE on a new line. The SE isn't the best phone, but it's enough. At the store, Jennifer "JLo" helped us. Jennifer looked into the SE promotion I was interested in, but it turned out to be an "online only" option. Sad, right? Wrong. Jennifer told me about another promotion where I could buy two new phones, get one phone free as well as an additional line as no extra cost! My one son (we have lots of kids, remember) was still using my old iPhone 6, and I had planned to upgrade his phone at some point. This gave me the perfect opportunity. I walked out of the store that day with two iPhone 14s, and an additional line for about what I had planned to pay for just the one phone. Through the entire process, Jennifer was polite and professional, and I left the store feeling like a valued customer. I switch my internet service around 2-3 weeks ago and the guy who attended to me was pleasant and told me to come back this week so he could help me sign up for the promotional rebate they had. I went to their store this afternoon and when I entered, literally no one was in front of the store and this guy literally just emerged from behind the store. When I explained to him the purpose of my visit, he told me that I can apply for the rebate online. I told him I understood that but his co worker told me to come back so he could help me navigate through the application online. The guy literally said "we don't do that, and redirected me to do it online. Like seriously, he didn't even give me the web page to do it. Like he was too preoccupied in the empty store to take a few minutes to guide me. I literally had to call customer service to assisted me through the process. read more

I'd give them 0 stars after our experience there. First of all everyone needs to know that this is NOT a T-Mobile store. It's a 3rd party store as I found out through corporate. My fiancé and I went in to get her a new phone for which she was going to buy out in cash. The sales representative insisted that she could trade in her old phone and would be upgraded to a new one for free. According to him all we had to do was just pay the taxes on the new phone. There was no paperwork Filled or any signatures provided to them. My fiancé got the new iphone14 and all her data was transferred over. She only paid about $100 in taxes and we went home. Next week her phone bill came in and it had tripled in price. We called the store all day and no one answered. At that point I reached out to corporate for help. Apparently this store is not official and the sales guy had changed her plan and financed the phone out to her. Why?....So he could make commission on it and get sales points to meet quota. We had to escalate the issue to upper T-Mobile management who helped us changing back her plan and gave us some of the money charged on her bill in credit form. It was corporate upper level management that gave us all the right information and mentioned that these 3rd party stores are doing this. In the last year T-Mobile has closed more than 1000 stores due to this issue. My Fiancé and I were very thankful to have them help us. However, we still had to go back to the store and pay the phone out in full price to prevent the financing charges. When we went in they made us wait over an hour even though 2 reps were busy doing absolutely nothing, including the manager. I asked to talk to the store manager and told him what had taken place at HIS store. I mentioned how we had been mislead and how his employee had changed account plan without her consent. And To NO surprise this guy was non responsive to my grievance and didn't seem to care. I wasn't being mean, loud or rude and yet, the guy didn't even blink. He didn't even apologize and just asked how we were going to pay out the remaining balance on the phone. This store and their employees DONT CARE about the customers at ALL. I'll never go back to this or any 3rd party T-Mobile store. Such a bad experience and management seemed to know that this happens often enough not to give a damn. I'd avoid this place like it's a non treatable plague. Hope it gets shut down for taking advantage and misleading people into bad financial situations. read more

Came into the store this morning to get a cheap flip phone for my mother in law who can't use smart phones. The phone was $95 and when we were rung up, realized there was a $35 upgrade support charge. So I asked the rep if that can we waived and he said no. So I asked if I bought the phone online, would that fee be waived? He said no - there is that upgrade fee regardless. We bought the phone and walked out. I felt like he wasn't telling me the truth so I called T-Mobile right after and was told that if I ordered myself online, I could not incur that $35 fee. The rep on the phone did give us a $35 credit towards our bill due to being lied to by the store. If the manager is reading this; please either train your employees or make sure they're not lying to clients. read more

If I could leave a 0 I would. I went in with my husband to transfer a line into T-Mobile. There was 3 ladies up front with 0 guest none of them greeted us. Finally one of them said I can help you. Once we let her know what we needed she said one moment and walked into the back room for 20 minutes and never came back. The other 2 ladies started to help another guy and I asked her where the other girl went. She went and came back just to say "sorry she's not having a good day and we can't help you with that here. I had to get a new phone in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic in order to keep my "Essential Business" running. The staff at the store was extremely helpful. I am thoroughly impressed. In order to keep themselves and others safe, they are strictly adhering to social distancing, they have sanitizer available at the entrance for guests and they are limiting the number of guest to 2 in the store at a time. That's the long way around to getting to my point. A phone/data swap can take a long time an hour or two depending on how much you have on your phone. In order to keep things moving and care for as many guests as possible, the manager made several trips out to me in my car to take care of my needs in light of the fact that there were already two guests the store.
