Don't waste your time at this location specifically. This location's staff has quite the, "matter of fact," additude. Our first visit, we thought the customer representative was trying to help us by letting us purchase products instead of paying an activation fee when adding a new line. Until we were 5 choices in and he finally told us to just buy a specific charger so the system will allow this exchange. He charged us for the phone and the "activation" separately without explanation even when requested. The second visit, T mobile sent me a message specifically stating where my replacement phone was meant to be picked up - this store. I was told the phone wasn't avaliable to me. I had explained to the manager I understood that usually replacement phones are shipped to residences. However, this is a special circumstance; Assurant thinks my phone battery has a warranty issue - T-mobile 611 had concerns weather my battery issues are from water damage or if it really was warranty related. For some reason, that means I have to get my phone from the store in person. The second I mentioned the discrepancy the manager said, "it can't have water damange I won't take it." He just kept repeating it I felt gas lit as it didn't have water damage & that's T-mobiles problem to investigate. Another back and forth with customer service literally on the phone with the store manager & I still found myself having to go to an entirely different store.. read more

Amanda Amaro is outstanding. Her patience, expertise, and kindness deserve 5 stars. I had gone to another T-Mobile location first, and they completely botched my order. This was my very first time transferring a phone from AT&T, and the experience there was a joke. Thankfully, Amanda was able to step in and straighten everything out. She turned what started as a frustrating, pathetic first impression of T-Mobile into a positive one. I'll be returning to her when my new phones arrive and I port over my numbers. At the T-Mobile store today my wife and I were waited on by a very helpful young lady by the name of Inna. Here and her associate Savannah were very pleasant and professional. I strongly suggest getting chairs or benches for customers to sit at. It was very tiring to stand all the time. Give the T-Mobile salespeople someplace to sit too. I bet it gets very tiring standing all day. All and all a very nice experience. read more

Steven and Savanna were very knowledgeable and instrumental in getting me the best deal for my phone. Although the process took longer than we expected due to the downloads being super slow ! The entire process was seamless. Steven is extremely knowledgeable regarding pricing and product. Savannah was excellent in getting my watch connected the next day! I read through all of the negative reviews of this store and wondered if I was in the same location. I'm visiting from out of town. Just picked up a new iPhone 16 Pro before I came out and have been having bad battery performance. I wandered in here and explained the situation, and the guy (I didn't get his name) took over, showed me the problem and explained it, then turned off the always on setting. Made perfect sense. He was so nice that I felt bad that I didn't buy anything. I wonder if the bad reviews are from competitors. Anyway, do yourself a favor and shop this store. read more

Every single time I have had this store do any thing - new phone, watch, etc etc etc they have messed up my account so bad that it takes many hours over several days with customer service to fix. I still don't have the cellular service I've been paying for on my ipad. It took months and finally a trip to apple to get the apple watches to work properly on cellular. It's almost like they try and mess up your account on purpose with how consistent they are with completely screwing everything up. read more

I had my warranty replacement phone delivered to this location hoping it would be a step up from the last T mobile site that I went to on Cactus Road. They began the process of transferring my data from I Cloud; a phone to phone transfer. I stayed there at least 2 hours. Each time the screen had a different "time left" from 25 minutes to 3 minutes to 10 minutes. It was a SH.. T. show. I decided to go home to complete the process as it was getting late in the day. I started doing it myself at home when I noticed the top left of the phone screen read "NO SIM". I contacted the location to share this new information and one of the guys said, OH YEAH. WE DIDN'T TRANSFER THE SIM CARD TO YOUR NEW PHONE. They had sent me on my way without a SIM card. Off I went back to the store to get a SIM card installed. BTW, the gas I used to make that return trip was not free. I brought the phone home to waiting for the download from the I CLOUD. Close to midnight, I decided to go to the Apple support website and initiate a Chat with a technician. He walked me through the process and my phone downloaded all my data. No thanks to this T mobile office, the guys, or T mobile customer support which was useless when I started this process. I am rethinking my 10 year relationship with T Mobile. After all, any cell phone company can mess up the way they did. What's the benefit of staying with this company? read more

Today, I went to my T-MOBILE store on Shea Boulevard. I originally had questions about my McAfee. I also added that I was considering buying a new phone as well. Christian, the store manager, recommended a Samsung S23 plus, had no demos on hand to show me. I did not want him to open a new box just to show me and have to send it back. This would be because it was opened. He suggested that I walk down the sidewalk and visit AT&T in order to view their demos. Ok... I did. Not only did I see the Samsung S23 plus, I saw the top of the line ultra. This was not recommended to me at all. I went back to T-MOBILE down the sidewalk once again. I entered and told Christian that I saw the Ultra and liked it. I asked if he had a demo for this one. Argh... to be sent to another cell phone company.... Really??? Very disappointed. I need to find a new TMOBILE location or switch to AT&T. read more

GREAT customer service experience - thanks to Inna! We showed up at 7 PM, had quite a few items to check off the list and I had no idea how to get them all completed. Inna handled all of these with ease. She was kind, very patient and extremely knowledgeable which took my confusion level from a 10 to a 1 in no time. We were switching 1 phone from a different carrier to T Mobile but already had 3 existing T Mobile lines, and again - I had no idea what I was doing. Inna not only broke down my options in a manner which I could understand, but also found a 5G Plan and SAVED me quite a bit of money. (My opinion may be a bit biased due to Inna complimenting me on my age after I had been up since 5 AM and had 2 treatments from my surgeon - so I was looking my worst and my pain level was at an all-time high!) I am not one who can sit still for too long and was in pain, so a bench or a chair (Looking at you, T Mobile) may have helped me but Inna was very understanding if i needed to step out a time or two to my car. I have been with T Mobile since 2006 and while the service was not optimal back in the day, the customer service has always kept me satisfied with them as my carrier. I can honestly say that Inna made the experience enjoyable and yes, it did take hours to get everything handled. Thank you, Inna! T Mobile is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee who shows great care for their customers. read more

Don't bother Coming to this store. These people will do the minimal possible to help you and try to find ways out of helping you. They don't seem to know what they're doing and have a very unwelcoming vibe. I needed to get my apple watch line paired back with my main phone line under my family plan but because I'm not an authorized user on the account, they weren't willing to do anything. They were very dismissive about it and just seemed very confused when I tried explaining any of the details of my obstacle to them. Last time I was in here 6 months ago when I first wanted to set up the watch's line to be paired to my main phone line, the guys working at this store went above and beyond to make the changes for me. They called customer care line and cooperated with them to get the needed change on the line. They went through 40 minutes of trying to figure out the problem I'm having once again. These people working here today are way too incompetent to try anything with, they don't care and will do anything they can to try to find a way out of it and refer you to call the customer line yourself. Just go to a different store. read more

The customer service at this location makes me think that I should discontinue my subscription with T-Mobile all together. I tried to upgrade my I phone. They were interested enough to help me find one and ship it. Said I could do it from home. I guess they just want to be left alone than makes sales. I am not saying all locations are this idiotic. But if someone walks into the store, there is a reason. Telling them to go home and do it online is easier for thee not for me (us). We went to apple instead. Apple now is partners with T-Mobile / sprint so there is bo reason to keep these T-Mobile employees. Maybe it will reduce our overall T-Mobile charges read more

Absolutely horrible store! I walked in there and wanted to change my phone to a new iPhone. I regret choosing this store so much! People please stay away from this store and choose a different location! 1. I wanted to finance my phone and put it on my business account. They said no problem! I told them if it's impossible to separate my finances phone monthly charges from my main account then I would go to Apple store. Little did I know after spending hours on the phone with T-Mobile that it was a lie!!! Just so I will buy my phone at their location! You might say oh maybe not good sales person or miss communication , NOPE!! I asked the sales person who helped me and he called a store manager over to make sure he is right! 2. My favorite! The sales person told me that after I receive my phone I can't use it until I go to the store and get another SIM card because 5G cards are smaller and different. He told me after the transaction!!!! The reason I didn't buy it online and came to this store was me making sure I can finance my phone and put it on another credit card and not COMING back!!!!!! Guess what! I received my phone and didn't have time to go to the store for 3-4 days! I have a toddler and whole a lot of work! Finally I made it to a different store and game them my new phone still in the box asking for a new SIM card so my phone will become usable! They rolled their eyes and told me that I could use my phone from day 1 no problem!!!!! Like WTF!!!! Stay away from this store! Absolute liars work there and unethical people! read more

I needed to switch mobile plans on my phone as I was retiring and needed to transfer off my company's plan. I had done my homework and T Mobile had the best deal. I went into this store as it was located near my house. I was their only customer as it was a Sunday in the early afternoon. We began the process of the change over. My only issue was the interruptions by the person working with me to check the NFL game he was streaming on his phone at the register. We would do a few paperwork things and then get this "Oh wow, did you see that" or "Check this out" This happened 3-4 times. I do not have to go back to that store and will not, based upon this poor example of client services. read more

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have had over the course of my life. I've never seen anything like this. It was so bad, I filed an incident report with tmobile corporate. Where to begin...I recently ordered a bunch of phones for my family. In order to take advantage of a special trade deal, the manager said I should set up a new line of service and cancel an old line. That number wasn't important so I agreed. Within days I noticed I had 2 new lines added to what should have always been 4 lines. No problem, I figured I would clear this up later once I got the new phones. Once I got the new phones, I realized that I was being over charged for about a year. This was actually an old issue but since my bills are buried in auto-pay I didn't really notice it. I spent the majority of my day in a corp tmobile store and on the phone with customer service trying to fix my account issues. They basically told me they had no record of the "deal" that I was signed up for at this store. I have an invoice, a business card stapled to it, and the name of the person who helped me from this store. So I decided to call the store and see if they kept any paper records or anything outside of what tmobile website would have. I explained to the guy that I spent most of my Saturday working on this issue and he told me that I would have to come into the store. As calmly as I could I asked him if the store had any records of these older transactions. To which he replied I would just have to come into the store. I reiterated that I had already spent most of my day at a corp store and on the phone and wasn't really interested in coming in only to have him tell me exactly what they told me on the phone. At this point he started talking over me, was very short and rude. I then asked for his manager. At which point he hung up on me. I called back, he answered, I told him to not to hang up on me and get his manager. The manager (Alan) answered and I calmly asked him the same question. In the middle of my question, he put me on hold for about 10 minutes. At which point he picked up the phone, I could hear laughter in the background, and he hung up. I filed a formal complaint with tmobile and asked for the franchise owner so I could contact them directly. There were a number of other little interactions that weren't stellar either but flat out hanging up on someone trying to run down a problem that was created in this store was the straw that broke the camel's back. I feel like I was scammed at this store. Dealing with the people in this store has probably cost me an extra $1000 cash over the last 2 years and many thousands more in time lost for my business. I would avoid this store like the plague. read more

This is the BEST TMOBILE STORE ANYWHERE!! This store manager Art and his assistant Kelly are the best TMOBILE people in ARIZONA PERIOD. I went in and ordered an iphone and ipad and it was being shipped to the store per my request. Art called me right away the same day to let me know the ipad was in, and I could come pick it up. My 2015 Jeep axle went out on Hwy 101 and I called Art to tell him I could not get the ipad and i wish i could be there to get it. Art told me not to worry he would drive to bring me the ipad and even give me a ride home so I did not have to bother AAA (nobody does that, nobody, but he did). I got my Jeep back a few days later and when I came in the Tmobile store he offered me FREE Rosati's pizza (wow, this was incredible). I watched Art and Kelly help a customer who tried to return her phone to Apple and was denied. Art has friends and Apple and him and Kelly made a call and she had a new iphone even though her warranty had just expired, and she no longer had Apple Care and had not even bought the phone at that Tmobile. Name another store that will help like this!! read more
