Awful. Just absolutely awful. If I could give negative stars, I would. I walked in around 5pm and I was the only customer in the store (which makes sense, considering my experience!). I have an upgrade coming and I went in to ask about the different features of the phones I was interested in. The guy who was there was *incredibly* unhelpful and speaking to him was like pulling teeth. I'm hard of hearing and told him this several times, but still he mumbled, covered his mouth, didn't repeat himself, etc etc. It was extremely frustrating. He wasn't forthcoming with information, he wasn't friendly, and honestly, I felt like I was interrupting his day. Not to mention, the dude kept telling me how boring iPhones were and how mediocre the processing system was. My friend, YOU SELL IPHONES. He legitimately talked a PAYING customer out of spending money in the store. I was fully unimpressed and ended up going to a different Verizon and upgrading there. I felt much better about going to the different Verizon that had people working who knew how to interact with customers. I will not be back to this location and recommend you don't even give it a chance. read more

Shawn and Dane are terrific. Not only are they patient and attentive, they're sincere and kind. It's a busy location but they address everyone that walks through the doors and make them feel welcome. I watched them work with elderly customers and young adults with the same attention to meeting their individual needs. Upgrading or transferring service takes time so go in the store with the right attitude and you'll be pleased as punch. read more

Had the worst experience ever at this location. My husband and I have been with Verizon for at least 20 years and we have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard. I purchased a phone and tried to return it the next day!! They told me it was damaged and they refused me. The phone was not damaged. After my husband returned with me, Visti told us the manager would have to make a decision. It took three visits and were eventually able to return the phone, but all of the data from my old phone is GONE!!! Not good. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

This location absolutely sucks!! Terrible service LONG waits, and they have 1 person working here. They sold me a jet pack with no SIM card, after waiting an hour plus to get it I got home to realize it was the oldest model and no SIM card was given with it. I had to go back and wait another hour plus to get the SIM card...decided to return it instead. Don't use this retailer...save your time and money! read more

I got a phone from here as an upgrade to my current phone. The person who helped was Jabar Dorsey. He took information on the old iPhone and then gave us the new iPhone. He told us that in a couple of days the shipping box will come directly to our home so that we can send out the trade in. A week later, no box. 2 weeks later I called the store to let them know that I have not received the box and I did not want to miss the $300 trade in. The employee could not help so she got her manager. The manager got on the phone, did not ask for my name, account information or invoice number to even look up what I was requesting. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. I asked again towards the call and he finally, hesitantly gave me his name which was Jabar, the exact same person who told us at the store 2 weeks prior that everything was taken care of and the shipping box would come to our home. Now he is saying, without even asking me, his customer, any details, that he couldn't help at all. This is the worst customer services I have ever had. This person should not be a manager. read more

I visited the store at approximately 2pm, and a front desk associate immediately ran into the back room. After waiting on the sales floor for 5 minutes the same associate walked behind the counter and intentionally waited until I caught his attention. I simply wanted help turning on a phone that I had just purchased at Verizon, and was told it would cost me $20! This place has definitely gone downhill, and the signage is a great indicator - they had removed "authorized retailer" to intentionally fool the public that this is a Verizon location when it is really a 3rd party retailer. read more

I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I just wanted an upgrade and the manager JABBAR repeatedly tried to up sell me which was super obnoxious. I finally agreed to the tempered glass and was on my way. I looked at the receipt and realize he charged me for Ready Go, which means he set up my whole phone for me and transferred everything. UM NO. I literally had to do all of that myself so I'm pissed a MANAGER would do that to me. Super unprofessional and irresponsible and I would avoid this store at all costs. I went to another store to have everything returned and cancelled and then did it all over with a new employee so Jabbar wouldn't get commission on such a shady deal. The very next day when I went to return everything, the tempered glass had a chip on it (piece of shit for a $50 price tag) and no one could exchange or help me with a return. Super disappointing. I even looked on amazon and saw the EXACT same brand tempered glass for 1/10 of the cost. Worst Verizon experience ever. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received! The staff was dishonest and straight face lied on the spot when caught in trying to scam my mother into buying more product she didn't need or ask for. I asked them if they purposely off credits to force people into buying more product from them and the young naive staff member responded "well yeah!" then his manager tried to deny him saying that to protect him. Scam artist!! Do not go here they will try to rip you off. The cost of her new phone was $63 and thats all she wanted and they tried ringing her up for $250 because I quote " she didnt say no" Buyers beware. read more

I went in there yesterday because my phone screen was having a glitch. I was the only person in the store and was barely greeted. I was then told because my phone is cracked that is why it's not working ( it has been working fine for the last two months). I was from out of town so had no way to call the claim number and was told that since this was just an authorized retailer there isn't anything they can do. He proceeded to not offer any help and then that was it. This is a poor representation of a company such as Verizon considering it's one of the most expensive phone companies. After driving around I found another Verizon store and explained what my phone was doing. The guy reset my phone and it works perfectly fine now. If this store would've took a few minutes to assist me he probably would've figured it out as well. I will never go back here and honestly it made me want to get rid of Verizon. read more

I've been to this location previously and received poor service. The ONLY reason I gave them another chance was because Levi had been transferred up there. I'd received good service from him before so I followed him to this location. Levi was working with another customer and I was willing to wait for him, because service is super important to me. He asked me to start working with the manager while he finished up. The manager was on the phone trying to get an answer for me, which was great. When he wasn't able to get the answer, he told me to come back tomorrow and someone else would help me. I told him I didn't want to come back, I didn't have time to come back, I'd rather take care of it today. I was planning to upgrade my phone regardless of the answer he was trying to get. Up to this point everything was fine. Then another customer came in and wanted to borrow a charger to charge his phone. Mind you, I was there to BUY a phone, this guy was there to CHARGE a phone. The manager walked away from me, didn't excuse himself, just walked away and started chatting with the guy charging his phone leaving me sitting there. So after a few minutes, I got up to leave because we were apparently finished. Levi called out to me as I was at the door, using the wrong name. My response, "apparently we are done since you both walked away from me before completing my transaction." I'm appalled that the store manager abandoned my transaction for someone charging a phone. Sorry, Levi, but this is consistent with the poor service I've received in the past. I realize you were busy, but I waited an hour to work with you and you passed me off to the manager who was more interested in charging a phone than selling a phone. I'll go back to the location that has given me good service in the past. read more

I wanted to take the time and recognize Latrell over at TCC. I went to the store because my phone had completely locked out and was not working for several hours. Latrell stayed 40 minutes past closing time to help me solve my problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new phone or fix a problem like I had. read more
