Natalia has no sense how to talk with customers. She made faces all the time with the bad attitude. She has to be nice with everyone. Instead of nice she is over confidence. Even though she was not attending me but she was trying to interfer in my conversation with the other girl. I changed my mind to buy Samsung instead of iphone I was confuse and she was trying to make fun at me. It's my choice what to buy or what not to buy. I spend the money not she. They gave me open box of iphone 8 plus why i dont know. This phone had problem when someone call me i hear disturbance, yesterday was the 14 th day n i went there for two times to exchange the phone but believe me there service was so bad, second time when I went there a girl who was attending me , told me that I need to update the software n she said she will do that n she did but phone had still the same problem , she said I need to go to apple store bcoz she can't do anything. She waste my more then half an hour. When I go to apple store they said they can't exchange it bcoz I bought it from T mobile, so yesterday I decided to return the phone and I did and buy a new phone from apple store. Some girl named Areli helped me, from the beginning she seemed very distracted.... I wanted to add 2 Lines to my brothers contract with the buy one get one free iPhone promotion where you get a 700$ rebate. She kept telling me it would be one price then when I asked again she would give me a different price... then as I'm going over pricing for the phone same thing it kept getting higher and higher and kept saying " oh I forgot to mention".... I was so annoyed by the end I just wanted the transaction to be over with. She kept talking to her co workers was singing just super distracted. When she transferred everything to my new iPhone she told me she couldn't finish that I should go home and do it myself.... umm ok I've been with other companies and they have always made sure I left with everything on my phone. Then I asked her specifically before I left to mail the rebate to my house instead of my brothers and she said to not worry she took care of it. When I tried to check the status of my rebate she never even submitted it at all and I almost missed out on my 700$ rebate !!!!! Oh and then I saw that she only marked my old iPhone as a 32gb trade in when I had the 256gb phone which she didn't care to even ask! Over all worst experience in customer service when it comes to cell service. The manager said they gave me the difference in my bill for the next month but let's even see if that goes through. I hate coming to this store. I always have bad experiences with this store. They don't even try to help what's so ever and they have such HORRIBLE customer service. I don't get the answers of what I was asking for. They always come up with something different. Just to be short. Don't even waist your time coming there. Just go to the one in the village. Went in to look at a plan for 2 people. When asked if I was upgrading phones (from a phone I had purchased about 4 months prior), I politely said, "no." The salesperson Sebastian - if you can call him that- ignorantly responded, "that's weird." I don't set off easily, but after that super unprofessional statement, I was really rattled. My girlfriend asked to look at the new iPhone. He claimed the 8+ only comes in rose gold. It does not. Very rude. VERY smug. If you're reading this Sebastian, please consider a course in professionalism, and knowledge of your product. read more

I went to this T-Mobile store and had this Very helpful and informative young man named Christian help me he was really knowledgable about t-mobile and thier services. He helped me in a new plan to save me money and a new phone too ! he transfered all my contacts for me before i left the store.(something i would not know how to do, so i was thankful) . he's a great sales person ! the only reason i gave 4 stars was because I was on my lunch hour and I was their a little longer than expected but not his fault I didnt tell him i was on lunch..lol it was worth being late. This t Mobile is horrible , everyone in this store has horrible customer service , and doesn't know how to treat a customer , I tired to do an upgrade and Diego couldn't help me in anyway and total disappointment as a so called " manager ". Staff never smiles and always has a bad mood , they will mad dog you and take about 3-5 hours to just get an answer on almost anything . Horrible service and I don't recommend coming here unless you want them to take your money and you having to wait 7-10 business days to get it back . read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! I came in on Monday 05/09/16 at 7:30pm. Each worker was with a customer and I was waiting patiently for my turn. Then more people came and finally one of the workers said "there's a sign up sheet" When I went to sign up he said "let me get this guy first" and I said "but I've been waiting here way before he came" and he said "are you sure" Excuse me!!! She spent time with us and built our confidence on the usage of smart phones - we are switching from flip-phones to I Phones. Truthfully, everyone in this store is super nice. If I could rate this store 0 stars, I would. I came to this T-mobile store to get some assistance in fixing a problem that my IPhone 5s has been having for the past week. At first, one of the T-mobile employees was nice and seemed glad to help me. She took my IPhone and tried to see what the problem was. However, after 25 minutes of waiting, she was still unable to fix the problem. She then called the T-mobile company and literally gave me the phone and made me talk to one of the representatives and told me to follow the instructions that the representative would tell me while she went to assist other customers in the store. After about an hour of standing and being on the phone with the representative, nothing that she was telling me to do fixed the problem on my IPhone. She then told me that the last option was to reset my phone completely which meant that everything on my iPhone will be completely erased. Up to that point, I was already beginning to feel very frustrated. She then told me to go on my ICloud account and 'back up' all of my photos, videos, contacts, etc. so they can be saved before I reset my iPhone. I then proceeded to do so, and the estimated time for all my data to be transferred to my iCloud account was 2 hours! I then told the representative that the estimated time the iCloud transfer would take was going to be roughly 2 hours. She then said that she would call me back in 20 minutes to see how the transfer was going and after standing and waiting another half hour, she never called back and during that time the T-mobile employee that was 'helping' me earlier was no longer assisting any customers and was just having a conversation with other T-mobile employees. She clearly saw that I was standing there for a very long time and did not bother to assist me again. After a total of more than 2 hours of standing and waiting in the store, I began to feel like I was irrelevant to them and so I left the store. I strongly believe that T-mobile should better prepare their employees to be proficient in a variety of situations regarding problems that T-mobile customers may have with their phones. And some (such as the employee that assisted me) try to avoid helping customer's that need assistance with a problem on their phone simply because they are indolent to get involved with all that technical stuff. My iPhone is still not working and don't think I will be returning to any T-mobile store to get some help after my bad experience with them. And will most likely end my relationship with T-mobile and obtain a new phone with a different phone company as well. read more
