    In reading the reviews for this particular location, I can see that things, including the attitude of management, have not changed in the last 4 years at least. Granted, nearly all businesses in every category have been severely lacking in proper customer service since the pandemic and we've all been woefully treated over the past few years but the issues with this particular retail location appear to be from even before 2020. I wish I'd read these reviews before stopping by this past Monday to upgrade my phone. My family and I found the sales rep who I had the misfortune to be stuck with, Ajmal, to be condescending and arrogant. All of our questions were met with contempt and condescension nor did he let us know of any of the current deals they were offering. It's apparent he thought us clueless and stupid, and he was clearly more keen on getting his commission for the sale of my phone and tried to sell me a case and screen protector instead of actually treating me and my family with any kind of courtesy or respect. I also got the impression we were being treated this way because I'm a woman and my family was all elderly. Or perhaps because we're Indian. There was definitely something - or somethings - off. Looking back, I wish I'd just walked out and gotten my new phone from any of the other many retail locations in the area. Which I will certainly do in the future. It should also be obvious that I declined to purchase a case and screen protector from this location - for a start, I wasn't inclined to give him any more of my money with his attitude and second, everybody knows you can get these items for a lot less on Amazon. (Insert eye-roll.) Yesterday, I received a text asking me to survey my experience there - which I was happy to do, thinking perhaps that management may care. Again, my mistake. I received the standard, political, and insufficient e-mail response from the retail location manager which illustrates how little they care and will likely do absolutely nothing to fix their employees' customer service skills. So here I am, writing this review to warn others against visiting this location. Unless you like being treated like a lesser-than-human being, of course.

    Store is clean and they are knowledgeable.

She took advantage of my elderly father, lied about the phones we were going to get and the cost of those phones all to make a sale. We were switching over from Verizon (7 lines total). They made a bunch of claims to my father. She got the iPhone users switched over only to find out that I would need to put a deposit of $1,300 to switch my three lines over (all 7 lines were coming from the same Verizon account). There was NO mention of this when the account holder (my father) was present, no mention of a $5k credit limit for phone financing, just a bunch of hot air. When I called about getting my lines activated, she claimed she thought I wanted two Samsung S26 and one S26+. She was shown on multiple occasions the requested phones for my three lines (two Samsung S26 Ultras and one Samsung S26+). Not to mention she had in hand the Verizon bill. So, she was well aware of what devices I currently have. Jasmine is complete lowlife scum. Not a good look for T-Mobile. To anyone considering doing business here, keep in mind that these dishonest people have access to your social security number, driver's license/ identification card information, home/work address, credit and/or debit card information, etc. You're putting a whole lot of trust into people who cannot correctly identify the type of phone you want. Do you really want to trust them with full access to all that personal information? With all the lies and omissions I experienced, I certainly wouldn't be surprised if they're using that information for nefarious purposes. Good luck to those who risk it!

I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.
