My husband and I went into this location today and Rosalinda, Ifra and Kingston were working. All helped us, but Rosa was the one who assisted us all the way through. Honestly, whenever we have to go in, I do not look forward to it. Every time we go in, we have a horrible experience. Every time. I typically feel like I am putting out the associate asking for information or help. Or I'm told to just call the customer service number. Which I already did prior to coming in but have more questions. Anyway, this time around I want to shout from the rooftop about how great these 3 individuals are! Rosa was extremely informative and thorough. I never understood why things cost what they did. I was always just told this is what it is without it making sense and no one wanting to explain it. Rosa did. And with a smile and friendly attitude. Ifra and Kingston provided support to Rosa when the system wasn't working. Their teamwork is something this location should share/teach all associates. When people would ask me about T Mobile I always said I never have an issue with my coverage but "good luck when it comes to customer service"! Went in looking to find lines at the best price and best deals, the associate told me that they could hold my numbers for ten dollars per line as I discussed the plan with my family. I paid for them to hold the numbers, they failed to tell me that they were opening accounts. I then get a bill for about two hundred fifty dollars. The next month when I asked to suspend the line they did not do so. Now it is february and i'm being charged a thousand dollars for lines with phones I dont have because they didnt have the phones I wanted at the time. This location is a third party seller (their operational policies are different from T-Mobile corporate owned stores) **** I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Nate at T-Mobile was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Nate demonstrated some of the worst customer service I've encountered. I asked for help with releasing my phone order something T-Mobile customer service had already confirmed can be done without a manager's approval. Despite this, Nate flat-out refused to assist or even call T-Mobile customer service to verify what I was saying. When a paying customer asks you to contact your own customer support team to clarify a policy, the least you can do is make the call. Instead, Nate was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in arguing than solving the issue. It's extremely disappointing when employees refuse to go the extra mile--especially when the solution is within their power. If you're going to represent T-Mobile, you should at least be willing to communicate with your own company before shutting a customer down. Unfortunately, Nate failed that basic standard. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS My boyfriend and I went into this store to upgrade his iPhone 13 Pro and asked the associate KINGSTON very clearly, "What promotions do you have going on?" He accessed our account and told us my boyfriend was eligible for an upgrade. We asked how much we would receive for the trade-in and he told us $830, with only an additional $26 per month added to the existing plan. We asked to see the full breakdown. KINGSTON was extremely guarded with his iPad and did not clearly explain everything. My boyfriend was excited about the upgrade and trusted what he was being told, so he signed the agreement based on the information KINGSTON gave us. He told us the phone would be shipped within a couple of days. When the phone arrived and we tried to set it up, we were notified that a new line had been added to the account. We IMMEDIATELY called T-Mobile customer service and found out that TWO ADDITIONAL LINES had been added..... At no point did KINGSTON ever mention adding any new lines. Not one. Definitely not TWO. Nowhere was this discussed, explained, or authorized. THIS IS NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING. This is deceptive sales behavior. And to make it even worse, while we were there KINGSTON was talking to his female coworker about how much commission she was making off her sales and explaining the breakdown of it right in front of customers. Looking back now, it's honestly disgusting and it makes everything make sense. the focus clearly wasn't helping us, it was adding whatever he could boost in commission. The red flags were there and we should've trusted our gut. Because of this, we now have to return the phone, deal with customer service, and we already paid a $130 deposit. This is a huge inconvenience, especially during the holidays, and never should have happened in the first place. If you go to this location, Do not trust what you are told. Do not go to this T-Mobile store. It is run by a third-party LLC, they are not there to help you, but for only profitable gains. Today I walked in because I have the unlimited screen protector plan and was trying to get my broken screen protector replaced. This is the second time that they said that they did not have a screen protector in stock and would have to ship me one. That was fine until I got the email saying that it would be shipped to me in three weeks, which is absurd. As I was ready to leave the store, the lady who I assume is the manager mentioned that I have an extra phone line/ SIM card in my account so she provided me the SIM card (which I told her I did not need and had no use for it). When I started to question her about it, she says it comes at no charge and it doesn't really affect my account and tried to send me on my merry way. This felt a little weird so I ended up going to another T-Mobile store right after to ask about this and found out that this store is trying to hit a quota so adding lines to an account helps them achieve that goal. The T-Mobile store by the Cerritos mall next to the Panera helped me cancel this extra line that was created by this manager because it was not needed. Bottom line is do NOT go to the store even if it's conveniently located seems like there was a lot of shady things going on that you don't need to be a part of, just go to one that is corporately run. read more

A bunch of scammers work here, I would not recommend coming to this location at all. I went into the store to upgrade one of mines to a new iPhone. They told me it would be only $50 extra a month. So my bill would go from $230 to $280. Keep in mind I had no discounts at all with this plan, and I had 4 lines. No problem. The gentlemen working said my plan was out to date and was gonna upgrade my account from a sprint plan to a T-Mobile plan so I said sure since he said I would be saving money. A month passes and I get my bill and it's over $300 which I figured no problem since I had to have extra fees and made changes. The next month comes and my bill is still over $300 which makes no sense. I come to find out he added two lines without my permission so I was being charged for those lines. I went back to this location and the store manager was no help. She couldn't figure out what this employee did. She said she would look into it and call me back since it was busy but in fact it's been over a week and nothing yet. This location is terrible, fake employees who don't know what they are doing. Dumb manager who doesn't know how to manager her team let alone know her job. I would not recommend coming here. Someone named Serah lied to me about the pricing plans. And she added an extra activation charge for a tablet that I was not aware of. I was charged extra $10 for a tablet sim card, and charged $10 monthly for the data. I asked her what the extra charge was, and she replied it was taxes. I looked at the receipt when I got home and saw the deceptive charge ( I put on my reading glasses) and I called T mobile who confirmed the added charges. Customer service was able to credit the unauthorized charges. Went to Yelp and saw the negative reviews, all TRUE. Avoid this center...am still debating to return to my previous carrier. read more

First of all, a big shout out to Ivan the employee helping me. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. The reason for the 1 star is the female employee that was there yesterday afternoon. I was not her customer, yet any question I asked she had to answer without letting the employee helping me get a word in. T-mobile screws up once again. To start off, Ali was a little too nice and I caught him multiple times looking down my shirt. That was absolutely gross. Not only that, I ended up walking out paying $40 (which I still don't know wtf I was paying for) and he set us up with trackers and wifi that I repeatedly told him I DID NOT WANT. This has caused so much frustration as I have been charged for the wifi and the trackers before my 15 day trial has ended! How is that even legal? The real reason I came in was to sign with T-mobile over from AT&T. I was told it would be an easy switch. Ali and Rupali continuously pressured me into a line deal and trade in offer far out of my budget, and I somehow still left with unnecessary items I did not need or want! Always a pleasure going in to this store, having worked 10+ yrs in customer service I can tell you the customer is not always right. The staff is knowledgeable and equipped to do what they have to do "sell" however in the occasions that I have been in, I've experienced rude and condescending "customers" upset because certain issues could not be resolved in store. They not only a answered my questions but were very nice about it. Henry helped me from the purchase of my iPhone to my trade in. My husband also didn't really that as part of the promotion for the phone they opened a new line. I didn't want a new number so I finally went to the Tmobile store at the mall and they showed me the huge mess that was created by the sells reps at the Towne Center Tmobile, including 2 new lines. I also bought a screen protector there with a replacement warranty. When the screen protector cracked I took it in to be replaced and Tmobile wouldn't replace it because they show no record of it in their system. I really wish they let us do 0 or negative stars. This is the first time i have felt that way. We switched to T-mobile from Verizon about a week ago and I immediately started to have problems. I went to the store again this past Sunday to have them fix my two issues: (1) I'm not able to send/ receive group texts, photos, gifs, or videos; and (2) I have only 0-1 bars in my house/ SHITTY reception. The guy tried one or two things but then basically told me there's nothing they can do since I have the Samsung 7 and they have compatibility issues when switching over older models. This made me extremely frustrated because T-Mobile actively advertises to Verizon customers to get more people to switch over. But then when we do, they can't actually handle switching over unless it's the most recent phone on the market. This is confusing because I know they've been advertising and targeting other network customers long before the Samsung 9 came out. Ultimately, the guy who supposedly "helped" me at the store wasn't able to fix anything and was only able to send an email to tech support, whom I still haven't heard back from. Basically, my options now are to either buy a new phone or switch back to Verizon. And even though buying a new phone might be cheaper in the long run, I'm so pissed off with T-Mobile and the fact that I have to buy a nearly $900 new phone just to stay with them that I would rather pay more and switch back to Verizon. Conclusion: Frustrating experience/customer service and subpar service provider (at least for people wanting to switch over with phones that aren't the absolute latest on the market). UPDATE: I'm now also having trouble connecting to my regular Bluetooth devices.This is such a mess and T-Mobile is seriously pissing me off!!!! LATEST UPDATE: T-Mobile never called me back like they said they would, so tonight I called tech support and they basically just had me do the same 2 things that were done in the store before putting me on hold for 10 minutes and then hanging up on me, while I was still on hold. I called back after realizing that my internet/ service stopped working altogether because they had me reset something on the phone. I got hung up on another two times, so I spent more than 2 hours tonight talking to their tech support and got hung up on by them 3 times! Unbelievable! After this last time they hung up on me without fixing a damn thing I gave up. Seems clear their night shift tech support doesn't know what they're doing.
