If I could give less than one star I would. Very unprofessional stood in the store to make a payment two times today and the employees were too busy daydreaming to help me. I asked how long the wait would be and the girl said "we're busy" while not actually helping anyone. Terrible customer service.... No greeting, very short and rude. Do not come to this store unless you plan on waiting around for an hour plus. My recommendation for t-mobile is to fire all the lazy, miserable and rude employees at this location and start over. This review is for the store manager, Michael, he went above and beyond in assisting us and getting us quickly in and out of the store. I went right after work expecting to spend an hour or two just to get a new phone and line added to our existing plan and we were out in way less than half an hour. We knew what we wanted and it felt great to not be overwhelmed by associates trying to sell accessories or add ons. We got right what we needed and it was such a quick and easy, very straight forward, and transparent process...honestly the best experience I've had so far with any phone service company thank you so much to the lady that helped us out as well with all the paperwork and transfer information as well. We also were finally able to cancel an unused apple watch line that we've had for years thanks to Michael. Much appreciated for all the help!! read more

I have spent approximately 10 hours during the last month dealing with the incompetence of the employees at this store. I would strongly urge you not to give them your business. If you, like me, have been a T-Mobile customer for several years now and had little reason for complaint, visiting this store will give you all the reasons you need. My issue: I went in to the store on September 21 in order to purchase a new phone for my fiancee. In the course of the customer service interaction I had with the employee, assisted by her supervisor, I was told that I would be given a credit on the cost of the phone if we upgraded our plan. They calculated, in-store, the monthly cost of the new plan to be $157 dollars. I thought, "Great, this is more expensive than my current plan, but it will be offset by the credit they are offering for the monthly cost of the phone." Unfortunately, though really it was more of a product of the store employees carelessness, incompetence, or stupidity, the bill ended up being $220. I have visited this store 3 times since, called customer service 5 times, and been promised multiple callbacks with no result. Finally I was able to get a supervisor at T-Mobile to listen to me and fix this issue, but I have been repeatedly frustrated in my attempts to get this fixed and wasted hours of my life over this idiocy. All over a stupid, pointless decision made by a store employee for no reason other than they did not understand their own promotions. Having worked in customer service, I am not of the opinion that every retail employee is a moron, since I would be indicting myself in that generalization, but clearly the staff at this store need remedial training, at the very least. The blame ultimately falls on ownership and management - poor documentation, bad incentives, and lackluster staffing are all to blame here. Do not shop here. Give your business to a store that is better run, or, better yet, to an entirely different phone service provider. read more

I recently went into this T-Moble location to upgrade a couple of phones on my account. Diana was the associate that helped me and I am very pleased with the service she provided. Not only was Diana well-versed and knowledgeable of the promotions and plans, she was also extremely pleasant and professional. Often times I find that purchasing new phones and deciding plans can be very overwhelming, however, Diana made the process very smooth. She provided exceptional customer service that day. T-Moble is fortunate to have Diana on the team and I hope that they use her as an example to lead others in future customer service training. This past week my husband and I decided to join my mom and sister's cell phone plan. We went in to this location and were greeted by Karen. She helped us pick phones easily and then transfer our straight talk cell phone numbers and data over to t mobile. It wasn't an easy task but Karen made it so seamless. Her customer service was top notch and she helped simplify the entire experience. I am completely impressed with her and would recommend t Mobile and this location because of her. read more

I went to this store today about 7 pm . No waiting lines, so I went straight to Luis and told him i have two issues with my phone . He has not smiles on his face and not friendly . I do not know why . It took him less than 15 seconds to fix my phone problem. I asked him if he can show me how to fix it in General settings, so I can fix it by myself if it happens again . He became so rude to tell me do not touch the general settings. I then asked several questions , he would not answer directly instead of insulting me with such attitude. I had to tell him I do not know much about cellphone phones , so I asked you those questions , but you do not treat me like idiot. He is the worst . I had a lovely experience with one of T-Mobiles worker. Her name is Sabrina and I called a few days ago about the offers tbat T-Mobile provide. I live in Garden Grove and went to the nearest Tmobile store but the problem was they did not provide me the right price and did not do their job properly. Sabrina explained things pretty well and I love her customer service skills. When we met her in store, she was extremely patient and kind, she answered all my questions that I needed to know and I am happy I got a good experience. Worst customer service from Karen. Wasted a whole day trying to get this phone number changed. Had to come in twice. First time I came in I was very clear when I said I need to get this new line activated to a local area code, showed her on the slip the current phone number we needed to change. When it was finished she said everything is done. I trusted her only to find it wasn't done. Came in the next day to for her to call me a liar about asking her to change phone number then directing me to call customer service because it's out of her jurisdiction. Which is something that could have been done from the beginning. I get she has too much time waiting around the store to stare at her phone, but some of us don't have the time to be chasing information that could have been stated from the beginning. read more

There is a 20 something tall Burnett I dealt with primarily who was so Rude and so lazy that if this was my business or was under my management I would fire her! I came in with Network issues and before even touching my phone to see what was wrong she said "I' don't know of I can help you, if it's not the SIM card then you will prob need to go to Apple and get a new phone. I just want to set proper expectations. " ummm I don't pay Apple for my network service, I pay t-mobile. What she was trying to say is I'm trying to set the expectation that I'm not going to do my job. This store is the WORST. Went in to switch service from spectrum to T-Mobile since they were having such incredible trade deals going on. An associate named Connor helped me, they did not have the iPhone that I was hoping to buy in store but said he could order it online and it would be delivered in a few days, I go through the whole process of setting up an account with him in order to get the phone that I wanted, after he charges me to open the account he then tells me it looks like that particular phone won't be able to be delivered until 3-4 weeks out (which is fine, I don't mind waiting). So I asked if it would be okay if I wait to start my service with them until the phone arrives since I pay $45 a month for service with spectrum and it's going to be $85 with T-mobile. He says it's too late to do that and I have to start service now... I start to get a little frustrated, because I would have just waited until the phone was in stock to start service in the first place and he initially said it would deliver in a few days. The manager comes over and says that's not a problem, they can freeze my service until the phone arrives so I'm not charged. Now zoom forward a few weeks. I get an email saying the phone has been shipped and will arrive in 2-3 days. Yay! Awesome. I call the store after 4 days, they said the phone is still not there. Another few days go by and I get an email saying I've been refunded. I called the store today and good ole Conner picked up, I told him about the emails and the refund and he goes "Yeah um probably what happened was the phone you wanted was sold out or we may have received it but someone else may have bought it." ..... WHAT? I specifically ordered this phone, I paid for it, and rather than call me to notify it has arrived they sold it someone else??? Then he goes "If you want you can call customer service to see what really happened with your order" Thanks for your help CONNER. Very useful. I called their customer service line and the woman was very helpful, she told me that that phone I wanted is actually in stock in T-mobile stores around my zip code and to go in and I can get the phone that day.. Now I go online to see where it's in stock.... It's only in stock in the one that this idiot works at!!! I don't even want to go in and deal with him because he doesn't seem to know what he's doing or anything at all about customer service, he could have told me over the phone today that they actually have it in stock. We had 3 phones addressed and got 2 new phone screen protectors purchased and installed (crisp clean installation), and were done in 30 minutes. Props to Ivan, best customer service ever. The absolute worst! The general manager is extremely rude and incompetent. I had already had an existing claim that I paid my deductible for to get a replacement phone overnighted. A week went by and it never came. I went into this store to check the status and I was told I can upgrade my phone. They wanted me to REPAY my deductible that I had already paid for. I asked if they can just apply my previous deductible payment since it's the same price. The general manager said we can't do that in our system. I got customer service on the line to talk to the manager of the store which confirmed that he in fact can and should apply my payment. He didn't do it and I walked out with a broken phone still. I brought in my damaged phone for a replacement. The representative did not inform me that I had already been paying three years of insurance on my plan. He suggested that I buy a brand new phone at full retail price. After paying nearly $800 and signing on the line, he added that he had charged an upgrade fee of $50 and that there was a restocking fee for buyer's remorse. I immediately said that he should have disclosed those fees prior to swiping my credit card. He replied that I couldn't get him fired if I wanted to. The two other store employees heard him and didn't react or assist in any way. I called 611 (T-Mobile customer care), and the agent reaffirmed that the store rep did not act according to T-Mobile sales protocol and conduct. The helpful service agent provided me the info to file a claim on my damaged device, reminded me of my insurance, and helped me pay for the $175 deductible. My replacement phone arrived in two days. The dishonesty of the representative is absolutely absurd. Being shady and making the sales commission his priority does not help him with his job security. I did not have to try to get him fired. He can do so all on his own. read more

Not all T-Mobile stores are created equal. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I understand that T-Mobile is still working it's way through the Sprint transition, and that each store has to use a specific terminal to access customer accounts that were on Sprint; but if that terminal is off-line or inoperable, don't act like you don't care and just tell the customer to go to another store. Associate totally blew me off, like he didn't have time to deal with me and my issue...which was a simple phone upgrade. read more

In the last 3 months, the employees have been rude. We had a payment plan in place and they were trying to get more money from us. My phone broke and instead of testing my phone to see what was wrong. They tried to sell me a new one. They have no cell phone experience for repairs or needed equipment. I was told that it could be 4 days before I got a new phone. I went somewhere else to buy one. As soon as possible , the rest of my family will leave tmobile because they continue not to help long term customers unless it is to upgrade to a new phone. I'm glad I went somewhere else for a new phone. read more
