Well, my friend Jenny's laptop and iPad were no longer charging and 3 places couldn't fix them…read more However, one place recommended MY TECH WORLD. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... He has never overcharged me or tried to upsell me on products or services I didn't need. He's honest and genuinely cares about his customers. That's why I continue to support his business. My phone needed to be replaced. I did my research and decided what I wanted. I walked in and got lucky with the most wonderful salesman. His photo is below. Wait for him to take care of you. He went through all the features of my new phone and put everything from the phone I was tossing into the new one. All of my photos, everything. I told him I was not good with phones and had little understanding so I wanted him to do it all, even put my wallpaper back on. He was patient and kind and explained things to me more than once and then showed me. He suggested other apps I should download and did that for me as well. He did everything I asked and more. I wanted earbuds--know nothing about them and he showed me how to use them, what would be best for me and I bought them. I also bought everything else he thought I would need and I love my new case. He was so nice and paid attention to me, not my know it all husband. He helped me. He was so great. He is the only way I will deal with again, so give the guy a raise. I wish I could recall his names, but I forgot. But he is adorable. He spent over an hour with me and never rushed me when he saw I was confused. We went to this Verizon and I am so glad we did. They had a great selection of phone and everything you need to go with a phone. We did not have to wait long and the nicest salesperson helped me. I told him he would be doing a lot because I knew little. He spent an hour with me. He got my phone working, was able to take everything off the dead phone. My photos were restored and he showed me new apps I would want and need for the moved stuff. If he helped me get the wallpaper I had back on to the new phone. When I left I had a working phone that I was able to use right away and I was able to figure out what I needed to know. I was so lucky to find this salesman.

The issue: I had dropped my Oneplus phone from 40 feet and the back glass shattered to pieces. I am extremely glad I found the Fix (located on the 2nd floor of Westfield Culver City Mall) because not only did they fix my phone, their service was priced reasonably (the other 2 to 3 stores were going to charge me $30-50 more). As of the time of this writing, only JC Penny and See's Candies remain as original tennents in their original location when this mall opened in 1975 as the Fox Hills Mall. I came here in need of a few necessary items, among them a new unlocked mobile/cell phone that was solid and affordable, as well as a 16gb flash drive that could hold a good deal of Ring Vids, and other data. To be quite honest, I didn't know where to start, and that's when I was approached by the CSA (Customer Service All Star) for this experience. Nick (pictured) went above and beyond, coming back with a solid Motorola phone (a tad above a c-note and unlocked) as well as a great option for the flash drive. According to Nick, the Moto G 2024 is a solid choice for those of us old-school Android phone users, who can't contemplate spending more than a few hundred bucks on a phone-regardless of its specs.
