They even tried having the manager explain it, but I stood my ground and forced their hand to make the change to my account. So if you are going into this store location, be aware they must be working on commission and will try to upcharge you at all costs. It was nothing more then a piece of plywood on legs. It was very obvious that he was not interested in doing his job or even displaying common courtesy. We were the only customers in the store so he could have given us his full attention. Apparently you are taking a gamble by placing an online order for the deli department . They may or…read moremay not have received the order and if they didn't you are out of luck. Not a great experience when you go to pick up a 3 foot sub for a party and they don't have it made. I was told I should of called in the order. If you have issues with the online ordering on the app and website than disable the feature.
