This T-Mobile doesn't have a huge parking lot but was really happy with the customer service! Our name got lost in the queue the first time but as soon as we mentioned it, they put us at the top of the queue to get helped! I pretty much knew the phone I wanted so the process was pretty easy, but I did run into a little hiccup and they said come back and I'll help you right away, which he did!! Unfortunately they didn't have the phone with the storage I wanted in store, but they ordered it for me to be shipped to my house. I made multiple trips over the course of a few weeks to different carriers. It came down to Verizon and T Mobile. I've had both in the past, wayyyy back in the day. The quality of reception, customer service and deals have only gotten better with time. Anthony made us feel comfortable because despite my 53 clarifying questions he was "cool as a cucumber", NOT annoyed even once and extremely patient. Antho quickly understood our needs as a family and my personal need for thorough answers, he builds rapport, quickly, he's honest and gave straight forward information. This is the best way to be a sales rep You- believe- me, I was Director of Sales Development for over 6 years, the BEST WAY to be a sales rep is to communicate clear and straight forwardly as this quality makes one trustworthy. Naturally when he suggested ways for the family to save money I was easily receptive, because he's not the type of rep to have you caught up in the clause due to his negligence, rather no fluff, no frills no super sales pitch! Checking on my phone in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California... A few friends have been urging me to get a new phone. For some reason, they think that my One Plus (android) is acting up. Since I had some time, I went to inquire at the nearest location. It had a free shared parking lot. Yay! I entered the nicely air conditioned shop and asked, "What kind of free phone can I get?" Apparently, there's no free phones. The young man pointed out the least expensive phone: T-Mobile REVVL for $199.99 Hmmm... I asked if there were any employees who were Yelpers... None. Some had Yelp accounts, but they didn't know too much about the Yelp app. I showed them how I can't view check-in comments. No one could help. They asked if I had updated my phone - yes, I did. I like this location because it's right by my house. I went here to change the name on my account the woman who helped me out was super nice but I guess on her end she wasn't able to cha he the name. That's cool, she did tell me she would put a note stating I brought all the necessary paper work , etc. then she instructed me to call customer service they will see the note and make the change. WRONG!!! I called customer service and they told me they don't have the ability to do it... it was so annoying and a higher inconvenience. Customer service rep called this store location and basically the manager said "oh tell her to come back we can fix it" So annoying having to drive back n forth! When I came back I spoke with the manager and with the original woman who helped me.. she showed him evidence that she wasn't able to make the change. The manager went to his office and he was able to correct it. (It probably was something that needed to be done by a manager anyway) I am giving the store 4 stars. I was mad and frustrated but NOT with the store or the team members who were assisting at this location...I was mad at T-MOBILE as a business.. The team at this location deserve the 4 stars. 0 stars. Multiple times I have driven here to inquire about my phone and the associated plan (which is too expensive and part of the problem, but that's another issue). Twice I have been turned away because my current driver's license does not match the name associated on the account. Once though I happened to remember to bring the one document that I was able to find with the outdated last name and, while they were able to look into my account, all they did was attempt an upsell. They still did not change my name in store, always referring me to phone-based customer service. Well, as it turns out, after speaking with T-mobile customer service via phone, the only way to change my name is to do this IN STORE! Words can't even express the frustration felt to go to a location multiple times and receive inaccurate information with no attempt from the representatives to even try to help with my situation. Even if it's inconvenient, y'all, drive elsewhere. The customer service at this location has left me more frustrated than I ever get for anything besides traffic. read more

In a nutshell, my experience was bittersweet when it came to in-person customer service during the process of addressing a phone issue. The lack of consistency and clear communication at the local was apparent once we were directed to a helping line. One hour still at the store with over the phone customer service seemed to direct and set everything up, only to be told by the store employee and manager that phone deliveries to their local store were not allowed due to liability. But, given that everything had been set up already, were advised to keep track of delivery and call the store if needed. Very thankful then, but still a bit perplexed as to the true policy followed in general by tmobil and this store at the local level. I called two days after to see if my phone has been delivered to the store and a lady said no. I asked if indeed it would be safe to assume my phone would be accepted by the store once delivered and she reassured yes, that phones are delivered by FedEx and they sign off on them. Again, confused by what true policy is followed but happy to hear I could count on the store accepting my phone. I finally got in to pick up my phone at this store, and was helped by a professional young man who from the beginning, was patient and willing to clarify the situation. The issue arose again when the same days ago female employee there, with little regards with me being there kept asking the young man to check something about this phone I had been awaiting for days, using terminology and lingo they were exchanging, led to her with an almost demanding tone, that he "could not" give me the phone. Again no effort to assist or explain in a prefessional manner directly to me this situation which at this point, added to the confusion even more. Like any frustrated costumer would be at this point, I said I would not leave until I had my phone, only to have this female employee elevate her voice towards me and say that "first of all they had done me a favor" to accept my phone delivered at their store. What favor I thought? The store did ME a favor, a costumer who from the beginning was confused about this whole matter and still perplexed about the policy of what seemed something rather simple. In the end, it turned out my phone was switched by a replacement so according to the gentleman who helped diffuse the situation and actually took time to address by case, my phone COULD be delivered to the store so the exchange could happen. I wish we would've been treated like true costumers from the beginning. Customers who arrived hoping to be guided the right way with consistent information or at least made felt like they were attempting to understand and inform our situation. But to be told as a customer with such tone "they were doing me favor" was uncalled for and unprofessional at all levels. In the end, they were NOT doing me favor, it is their job. Shame on that female employee. But still kuddos to the young gentleman who stood by what it means to offer patient and helpful customer service! read more

Horrible Experience, let's start from the beginning. They were having technical issues with their system. Note I had to type my SSN 4-6 X because their computer glitch. Secondly, I came in to apply for a Best Buy card and they failed to tell me how much I was gonna get approved for. After getting approved, I realized that the card really doesn't have a use.
