Actual Review* I ordered my phone for pick up. Arriver with proper documentationa and got my phone in less than 10 mins. Staff was ready attentive. I didn't get the name of my T-Mobile representative but all representatives applied to be attentive. Also I got my phone (iPhone) in great condition for a new purchase with details about my phones usage for people wondering about refurbished suspicion. All but great from here and I love my plan. OMG!!! I had this rep Stephanie that was fantastic. She answered all questions and made sure we had what we needed. She spent over 2 hours making sure that we got all the right equipment and at the right price. I was a Verizon customer and never planned on changing but she made me feel like family. In fact not just here but Jonathan too. (Hope I spelled it right lol.) Stephanie gave us her personal number to contact her with issues and guess what she responds!!! My wife and l left Metro PC and upgraded at this branch around Christmas time last year. My wife has a business website and 4 lines of phone services, the sales person Daniel lied in many directions to get us sign up and nothing was working as we were promised. I got a new phone device Samsung z3 $1900 and when got damaged l found out the hard way that the sales person didn't and insurance . Went to this store to find out why no insurance was installed to my device and no apology or whatever but they try to sell me the new Samsung z4 for over 2k believe it or not. This is the worst customer service we ever had also Daniel got promoted to higher positions for screwing people over .l haven't been able to fix my expensive phone yet because no insurance and got stuck with a 2k broken phone . tmobile is a bait and swiitch company. beware and do not deal with them. tmobile will promise you everything but in there contract there's in fine print that they can change the agreement. do not deal with them because its only going to cost you more than the agreed amount. highly unethical. if you think you will escalate the matter they are trained to run you around to nowhere. avoid them at all cost. if you ever dealt with cox, they are the same. two horrible companies where the employees must be trained to lie. read more

DISHONEST SNAKE EMPLOYEES!!!! BEWARE! READ YOUR CONTRACTS LINE FOR LINE. And if they "need to change your sim" they are definitely doing something fishy to change your plan and make a higher commission so BEWARE. Lost a phone so I came here to get a new one. My previous plan was a 50$ a month prepaid plan. The snake ass salesman said my bill would go up since I was financing a new phone. He said I would need a new SIM card which is weird because why would I need a new sim card if im not switching providers or changing plans. Well it was a two year financing plan so my bill went from 50$ a month to 135$ a month. I just called T-Mobile today because I was still being billed even though I had been paying the phone off for two years and they said I have been paying 90$ a month just for a phone plan ALONE, and 29 was going towards the phone, and the rest for insurance which I don't get why insurance through them is 18 dollars when theft and damage through Apple care+ is 13.49. The sales man said my bill would stay the same, and I just needed a new sim, when in reality, he changed my phone plan without my consent and lied about the cost of insurance and how much of my bill would be applied to my phone. It was mostly 90$ going to a one line plan. I was paying 90 instead of 50 for the exact same service. FOR ONE LINE. The math here is that I paid over $880 in the course of a year and ten months and never thought anything of it because I was told my plan was the same and that's how much it was costing because I was paying the financing. I was lied to I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and they said they are going to escalate my case and find out the exact sales person who is responsible for Lying about not changing my plan snd changing it without my consent and finding out after almost two years of over paying. Count your days because you'll be out of a job soon and I'm not letting this go, you can't just lie to people and act like your helping them just to make an extra 70$ in commission.Fake ass employees acting like they are helping you out when they're just being snakes to make themselves more money read more

I have NEVER been so displease with T-Mobile before. See i had my own line a few years ago on my own plan and was getting charged many different unexplained fees so i paid my phone off and switched over. Well times got tough and i just added a phone to my moms line from this location. Everything went smooth. Customer service was nice. We left no problems. Well here we are a year and almost 3 months later and my phone cracks. No problem. Let's get it fixed. Wait you mean to tell me there's no insurance on my phone ? Been a customer for over 7 years I've never purchased a phone without insurance let alone an iPhone. Anyways there of course no one being helpful saying either i pay $250, pay the phone off ($300) or upgrade ( paying for both phones at the same time ) none of these options would work due to the fact T-MOBILE made the mistake and not add my insurance from day 1. I am so upset because if i had known a mistake was made i would have corrected it. So anyways after days of going back and forth with T-Mobile and my options me and my mom just go down to a corporate location. We ended up getting another phone despite the issues with mine and then they tell me WE'VE BEEN PAYING FOR TWO APPLE WATCHES!!! Well WTF!!! There's only ONE!!! You mean to tell me you forget to add my insurance now i have a broken phone and cannot do anything because of a mistake THIS PLACE made! And on top of that I've been paying over $15 a month for a device i never FUCKING had. I am LIVID right now and i feel horrible to use foul language on a business review but i really need you all to understand the F ups and train your damn people. So what can be done for me now. After this phone is paid off you have lost a valued customer forever after cumulatively 11 years. And when i called in to the store and spoke to s rep and then a manager. I was promised a call back. I called the one at the Boulevard Mall to see if they sell the rollerball for the Blackberry curve 8320, but they didn't sell them, and the rep suggested I go online. So I called here to see if the rollerball was sold here since it is a store, not a kiosk. I spoke with Alma, who told me that it was free as long as I am a T-Mobile customer. I went here after work. She assisted me (told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone). There were two other reps there and one other customer besides myself. She had a hard time getting the new one in there, but David helped her, by using a paper clip, and presto! a new rollerball installed- THANK YOU guys. I gave her my number so she could record it. I appreciated their help. After not being able to use my cell phone for many hours today, I had 25 e-mails to tend to afterward, at home. I dropped it this morning, and this was the first time either. I need to be more careful from now on. read more

I am so shocked at the lack of service I just received from T-Mobile I'm a military customer so I'm on a different plan than most when I had called you add a phone upgrade a line they representative have offered me to add another line and they would cancel one of my lines and the phone would be free the representative got supervisor on the line today and she would not honor that offer even though a supervisor after the fact honored it ordered the phone for me I have the phone and told me within one to two Bill cycles I wouldn't would receive the credit no credit I'm being charged $500 for a phone I was told would be free stay away from them shady business I did not expect this from T-Mobile I am totally shocked and crushed I've been with him for over 3 years what a shame read more

Been a T-mobile customer for over 10 years and we've never had an issue until we came to this location on Black Friday 2016. Whoever attended us messed up whatever paperwork and it has become an issue that to this date, more than a year later, it hasn't been solved... many back and forth calls to customer service.. hours wasted being on hold for an issue that should have never happened. We've been advised to be careful next time we buy a phone through a store. That we have to make sure that they do their job of sending the promo code or else we would never get the deal and end up paying full price. Anyway. One line has been dealt with and will have to do more calls to fix the other line. Will not recommend coming to this store. read more

I came in trying to ask if one of the phones on my account can get the 5G, after being told the phone cannot, I still wanted to change my chip & the guy that received us got caught up on the 5G question he wouldn't listen that I just wanted to change the chip. There was also another employee that I heard yelling to a customer and got frustrated with her. It took him a while to help her with what she wanted.
