We ended up wasting half a day waiting around at Caesars because we kept being given new time estimates instead of an honest one upfront. If we had been told from the start that it would take closer to three hours, we could have planned our day accordingly instead of constantly waiting based on inaccurate updates. The issue wasn't the repair itself, it was the lack of communication. Please do better with setting realistic expectations.

He told me that everything was working but it really most likely wasn't. I told them I will not send back the dummy phone unless they give me my refund. The associate told me that he would need me to send back my phone AGAIN to test it AGAIN and take it apart AGAIN to see what's wrong with it.
