I Went in yesterday because I was having issues with my phone, I was expecting a quick in and out but ended up being there for over 2 hours. Trent was the lovely rep. that was assisting me. He answered all my questions, helped out as best he could, was super patient with the issues going on with my phone, and the difficulty in trying to fix the issue. Not once did he make me feel like he was annoyed with all the issues that kept popping up. He kept his patience, was extremely helpful, answered all my tedious questions, and left me extremely happy with my new phone and knowledge on the products he was selling me. THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was a sweet person and we talked about common interests while we waited for my phone to transfer data. Definitely will come back here if needed in the future. As I was leaving, 2 managers were by the exit and I told them about the awesome experience, and told em Trenton deserved a raise! He could see I was beyond angry with the situation and he spoke with the Resolution Manager at customer care and handled getting my Hotspot replaced. I came in to get a new screen protector and case for my phone and Simon assisted me. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the services T-Mobile has to offer and about the phones they sell. I came in as a Verizon customer and I switched over to T-Mobile, the offers were to good to pass up and Simon is an amazing salesman, ask for him when you visit the store. I had a wonderful experience, Simon made transitioning over my 4 lines quick and easy. I'm not techy at all and he was very patient with me and gave me some helpful tips and offered to contact him if I had any questions. I recommend asking for Simon. THANKS Simon!! read more

To Natalie & Trent, thank you for your help! I was able to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max in green! Natalie welcomed my parents and I upon entering their store. She asked me what she can help me with I told her I called the store and said there is still an iPhone 13 Pro Max in green available. She then have us seated at a booth and starting checking my info and account. I had a problem with my iPhone 12 before due to the screen and got it fixed with apple. She told me what the problem was and she immediately called apple for me to check it. She explained that the serial number on my iPhone 12 was different from what she can see on my account and after talking to the person on the other end of the phone call, she assured me that it will be settled by the next day. Another day wouldn't hurt without getting my iPhone 13 Pro Max. She made sure that there is a note on my account about our conversation and the issue with my iPhone 12 so I wouldn't have any trouble the next day when I come in to buy the iPhone 13 Pro Max. She did explain that they cannot hold or reserve a phone over a day because it wouldn't be fair to other costumers which is understandable. She explained she wouldn't be in the next day since she has school so she asked for my number and told me to text her when I'm on my way for the next day. Next day came, I texted her after work and she told me she was able to let her coworker, Trent, know that I will be coming in. Came to the store and trent was the one who welcomed us in. Told him what I came in for, he doubled checked the system. He said the iPhone 13 Pro Max in green has already been bought. I asked if he can check other locations if they have it. He checked the system and found a store that still sells it - it was in Fontana. He immediately called the store and verified if they still carry the phone in green. He asked the store to reserve it and that I will be there in 15 mins. That wasn't a problem at all since it's only a few minutes to hold and not a day or week. Drove to the store and Fontana and finally got my phone! I didn't mind the drive because there was a good sushi place that I had for dinner with my parents over there. The drive was worth it. Really appreciate workers who go out of their way to help their costumers! read more

Why is it so difficult to get help from T Mobile? My phone, which is under warranty is broken. Calls cannot be heard through the ear speaker. I took it in and they ran diagnostic and said there is nothing wrong - not true since it still is not working. I was told to go ahead and use a blue tooth to hear calls. Brilliant idea. I took it to a different store and I was told to call 611. I think it's time to switch carrier. read more

I went to this t-mobile store to pay off my phones (2) and they would not help me unless they scanned my Drivers license front and back. I had no problem showing my ID for verification however I don't think they should refuse my payment unless they scan my driver's license front and back. I was paying them money! Do not hand your ID to the sales person! They will scan your ID without your consent. This should NOT be a requirement! read more

After my visit and after being 3 years customer with Sprint using a plan of 4 lines, I left the store and went to Verizon and switched carrier. Oh my god. So life was going good until out of no where, I noticed my phone had been stolen while I went shopping. I freaked out and didn't know what the heck to do so I went to t-mobile and that's when I met the sweetest and most helpful guy in the world. Trent, buddy, I owe you one. So get there wait in line for half hour dose all the set up takes another hour doing the accout all to find out they never had the f*cking phones because their invetory on the comouter was wrong. Liars or incompetent. Bought new iPhone 13 pro for $1600. On the day I received it, went to this location to buy a screen protector and case. They claimed lifetime warranty. Anytime I crack the screen protector they replace it at any T-Mobile. Well a few months go by and I need my screen protector replaced. Go to another T-Mobile store and they said there was no receipt of my screen protector on my account. If I wanted a replacement I'd have to go to the store I purchased it at and have them link it to my account. Went back to rancho store, they replaced it and apologized. Said they would link it to my account so this doesn't happen again. Every single time I go to T-Mobile they said they have no receipt of my buying it. I explained to Marissa that I have had to do this numerous times and told her that I have had to drive from Los Angeles stores just to come back to this location to get my warranty. She acts like I'm lying and said " I thought you said you lived across the street". It's not the point that I live across the street, it's inconvenient to have to come to one specific location if my phone protector breaks when I am in another city. But I can buy another one.
