Whoever does the hiring at Apple VG, is clearly favoring Mexican and White people. I have wrote and complained about their discriminatory hiring practices to Apple CEO Tim Cook and Apple Retail Exec Deirdre O'Brien, and received no response at all. Apple is such a huge brand and company that they can afford to hire lazy shitty people at their stores and still sell products. And yes, most of those Apple employees on the sales floor just ignore customers and they just stand around and talk among themselves and consider themselves to be high performers. And some of the managers there are so lazy and they just stand around holding their iPads. These people are a complete joke. This is NOT Diversity. Do better!

We came in needing a small replacement part that was missing from a sound bar we purchased as part of a $1,500 order. They didn't have it in stock, so we had to order it, annoying, but not the end of the world. What was frustrating was the attitude from the salesperson helping us. First, he pushed the more expensive option available, then seemed personally offended when we noticed there was a cheaper one on sale. Considering we were replacing a missing part from a brand-new purchase, you'd think there'd be at least a little understanding. The sarcasm kept going every time my husband asked a question, to the point where I had to walk away before I matched the energy. Honestly, if helping customers order a small part ruins your whole day, maybe it's time for a break and a Snickers bar. Customer service probably isn't the best fit if doing your job feels like such an inconvenience. So if you need a TV or any type of major electronics, I would say skip the Rancho Cucamonga store. There too many other Best Buy locations to have to deal with lousy Customer Service.

This T-Mobile store needs customer service training to including the manager Pedro. We spoke with…read moreon June 6th to start Internet service. We asked Pedro how much would the charge be for the full service Pedro stated $50 however customer service stated the charges are $65, this is not what we were told by Pedro. Pedro give miss information to ensure a sell, he did not provide us with the equipment that was required and after speaking with customer service on the phone and returning to the store for the 3rd time and speaking with Pedro regarding the miss communication and the information that he didn't provide me he became very dismissive and did not except accountability for his actions. Clarity was never at the store and poor management and customer service.
