Worse "authorized retailer" of T-mobile ever! Terrible experience. I went in with no customer at the store, a rep was eating Cheetos and sent me away. He did not want to help with my old phone that I needed to return after I received my new phone (trade-in program). Told me that I have to mail it in or go to another T-mobile store. I went to another T-mobile store, of course they were helpful, took my old phone and gave me a receipt AND advised me to leave reviews for this specific 8808 S Sepulveda Blvd store for not helping a simple work for a customer. No supervision nor manager either. Lazy employees that need to be trained for a better customer services! I personally feel bad for the name of T-mobile if this is how they treat their loyal customers. read more

THIS LOCATION IS NOW UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS & A FORMAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED BY TMOBILE. I was a customer with Sprint for over 20 years before they merged with Tmobile & became Tmobile's customer by default. I had iPhone 12 Pro Max & after an update, began having issues with receiving calls. I came here for help. A woman (Amalia or Malina?) couldn't help & said I should try Apple store. She offered an upgrade & I said I was happy with my phone. She said she'd bring the monthly price down if I upgraded. I asked if there would be any surprises & she promised there wouldn't be. Regrettably, I believed her. I spent the next 2hrs getting help transfer data & chatting with employees who seemed nice. There were no issues.. Next morning I woke up to a text saying I had 4 additional lines added. I didn't know what that meant & contacted Tmobile customer service. A representative said there's no reason for those lines & thought this was sketchy. Without me asking, he filed a formal complaint against the store. I went back into the store. The woman who scammed me, told me that if I dropped those lines, Id lose the promotion. While in the store, I called tmobile customer service & put the representative on the speaker. The customer service representative said that this promotion isnt valid & that Im being scammed. Over the speaker, he said the store employees are doing this for commission. The store employees could hear this conversation & started getting defensive & rude. The agent on the phone heard this & told me to step out, that I was being scammed, that they're doing this for their own gain. The agent had to undo everything that was done & offered a discount to bring my monthly price to what it was before I was scammed. I went back inside to ask if this store was third-party owned. Tony, who said he was a manager, said that it was but wouldnt give me the owner's name or info. I asked for the name of the woman who sold me the phone but he said he wont give names of his employees. He told me to leave & said that I made employees uncomfortable the day before. When I asked how, he couldn't answer. The day before, I spent 2 hrs in the store as we chatted with no issues. The woman who scammed me told me that I can come back anytime with questions. No one was uncomfortable. Tony was simply upset that T-Mobile representative called them scammers which is exactly what they are, so he tried to shift the blame on me. The experience left me so rattled that I considered leaving Tmobile entirely. These people are not here to help, they are here to make $$ off commission & to scam customers. I cant say this enough... The male employee with a bald head and tattoos working on 03/03/2026 in the afternoon was very rude, angry, and aggressive. My experience today by the moment you walk in can tell this is a third party retailer due to the service of the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful--especially to the point where you felt the need to walk out--that's definitely not the kind of service you should expect from any store, T-Mobile or otherwise.. Walked into this location and was never greeted . The guy even look at us and never said a word . I waited and waited and wanted to see how long it would take to be acknowledged. I walked into this location, and they seemed preoccupied. However, I wasn't even greeted or acknowledge, and I stood right in the middle between two workers. The supervisor had came out from somewhere and whisper something to Unemploy. I guess about the person she was attending to. He also didn't say anything or ask was I helped after about 10 minutes of waiting someone came from their break room and act I helped I said no and she asked what did I need? I told her I needed to replace my screen protector on my phone. She asked the model I told her the model and she began typing. Something was wrong with their system. After about three minutes of waiting I decided to leave, I just don't feel I was helped properly enough to spend 15 minutes in the store in the only thing I was asked was have you been helped? I think they should pay more attention to customer service because they cost nothing to say hi I'll be with you in a second and continue helping who you're helping at least acknowledge that there are people in the store. read more

This 5 star review is for Dylan D. At this store. We just had relatives fly in from overseas and had to get their phones activated ASAP with new SIM cards and phone numbers. Mind you, we are in Texas and trying to do this all over the phone. He was willing to work with us with 611 Tmobile support and get our lines added after patiently working on a 3 way call for over an hour. If Dylan's manager reads this, please give him a Holiday bonus! We haven't seen our relatives in almost 4 years due to COVID. Horrendous service, horrible Wi-Fi and they can't even answer basic questions. The woman was nice but couldn't answer what trade in value would be, what the deductible is on protection plan, or virtually any other question. 0 stars if possible, the lady working there in the afternoon doesn't have any customer service experience, she does not have any customer courtesy. She refused to give me her name telling me that "she doesn't have to give me her name" also wasn't wearing a name tag as all T mobile employees do in every other stores. Not going back to this location until this person is fired!! I've probably been a Sprint/Tmobile customer longer then this person has worked for Tmobile because I can tell you, I have seen how Tmobile employees serve there customers and this person is no where close to that. I would appreciate if someone from the management team reaches out to me, this is unacceptable and I won't be surprised to see Tmobile loosing business because of this type of ignorant people who are given a position like this to serve customers, she should be working in a kitchen or a warehouse where she has no customer contact!! It's been over 2 months I still haven't heard from anybody regarding my issue wow that's incredible really bad customer service

About two months ago my wife and I decided to change from our Verizon service and phones to T-Mobile. Our daughter had encouraged us to do so because she was with T-Mobile and liked their service and the cost was less than we had been paying Verizon with limited data for unlimited data. We made 2 or 3 trips to the T-Mobile store near the intersection of La Tijera and Sepulveda in Westchester, Los Angeles, CA to inquire and were told that it would cost us $30/person, I would have to trade in my phone and my wife would be able to keep hers (I chose a 5G and my wife did not). The entire, very frustrating, and upsetting scenario that unfolded over many repeat visits is too long to relate completely here but first the price quoted by manager "Sirio" went from $60 for the both of us, to $80, to $85, then to $100 - which could be reduced by auto payment to $90. We decided to purchase anyway. One of the female reps (to be nameless here) had an unpleasant demeanor with other customers and struggled with various technical issues. I mentioned to my daughter that she was "inept." I tried saying it quietly but maybe she heard me and that resulted in the following very bad experience. She struggled with my phone for 1-2 hours and even did personal texting while trying to facilitate my device. After 2 or 3 repeat visits she told me that I needed a Google password to complete the functioning of the phone - which I did not have. I left in frustration. When I returned, hoping to get someone else to fix the problem, I was out of luck and the same girl again took an extremely long time trying to make the phone usable. Instead of asking me to leave it and come back, I just stood there again, for over 2 hours. Eventually she said that she could not complete it because of some issue. That is when I lost it and I turned away from her, and in extreme upset I uttered a profanity not at her but trying to keep it under my breath. It wasn't. I left and when I came back to apologize and try and fix the phone she said that she wouldn't work with me any more. The manager, Sirio stood beside her and did not offer to remedy the problem. I left with an unusable phone. Eventually, another non-T-Mobile person was able to resolve the issue and complete the proper set up so that the device was usable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a retail purchase. I have never experienced anything like it. I am a 77 year old man, with well raised children and grandchildren. We have a peaceful home. If you go to this store, maybe the girl is no longer there or has acquired knowledge and a better customer relation attitude, but I suggest that you deal with Sirio who is knowledgeable, although deceptive in pricing with us and unwilling to resolve a bad problem. read more
