This is the difference in going to a ghetto store and a nice one. The nice ones will understand concerns when privacy of information is a matter. This one didn't and the guy was acting like I was bothering him by making sure he respects my privacy. He even told me, "Look, I know I work here and everything but we aren't supposed to do tech stuff." Yes, kid, that's why I'm making sure you are doing it right while you are adjusting preferences on MY PHONE to what YOU like. Furthermore, they really don't want to do anything more to make it a good experience and this kid was chatting openly with his co-worker on the next register about the prices for the customer the other employee was helping. What's even worse is he was doing all of this right in front of the manager. That tells me that behavior is allowed. I needed a new cell phone and went to the mall to the T-Mobile kiosk I had passed by awhile back. I went there specifically looking for a Salesman that I had seen months ago. I liked him because his approach was calm and courteous and he wasn't shouting at me as I walked by. He wasn't upset when I said that I wasn't looking for a phone and he simply said, "Please come back and see us if your needs change". I didn't see him and they told me that he was at this store. So I left the mall and drove to this location to meet Greg. He is a very nice man. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt bad because I knew I was taking up a lot of his time but it didn't seem to bother him. He just sat patiently answering all of my questions. But it was a big decision and I had to make sure I was making the right choice. I was so comfortable with him that I ended up purchasing more than I had planned, two phones and some accessories! I may come back and get a watch, he was wearing one, showed me how it worked and answered more questions about that as well! Great Customer Service is not the norm and Exceptional Service is rare! I'm in the market for a new car and I wish I could work with this guy! If he is also a Car Salesman, please let me know! I'm dreading that process. read more

The absolutely worst first/last impression ever. My husband and I stepped in to buy the Tech21 case since they are the only carriers that offer the brand. We thought it would take literally 5 minutes to select the case and the screen protector, check out, and be on our merry way. Fast forward 15 minutes later as we watched more customers stepping into the location while there were 4 team members BSing behind the register. FINALLY, a team member that was assisting another customer approached us to help us check out. The mobile checkout he was using was not working so he was frantically trying to find another one before he gave up and tried to get on a register. This is the point where I left, but my husband told me that the guy helping us out turned around real quick to speak to the customer that he was helping previous to us when another team member swooped in on the register. Luckily, I had already stepped out because I sure as hell would've chewed her out to next Friday. So not the experience I was anticipating. Never again. read more

After my terrible experience at the T Mobile in the mall I came to this T Mobile and Raul was the best. He showed me how to find the play store in an old phone and after 5 minutes he started the process for my phone transfer. This store was extremely busy and all reps were working very hard including Raul who still in-between customers checked to see how my transfer process was going. I think they have good customer service. When i came in the first time jeff was not pushy at all he answered all my questions even though i decided not to get a phone. The second time he made the process smooth answered all my questions switched my phone and even offered my boyfriend and I water. He is cool. Ask for jeff. I normally do NOT recommend tmobile to friends and family. I just use it because it's cheap. The employees have told me wrong information countless times, i've had so many issues, but FINALLY for the first time ever, I got an employee who knew what she was doing. had me in and out. i did a phone upgrade, and set up/purchased 2 new apple watches for my daughter and i. she had our stuff ready when we showed up (i recommend making an appointment in advance). her name was Liz. really nice girl! read more

I have been lied to many times from the sales and customer service department. I've been hung up on from the customer service department more than 15 times. Different prices were told to me regarding plans. I have and still have conflicting information regarding t mobile paying my sprint bill or my phones off. I don't know what's going on and I have to end with Sprint like now. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau twice now. And have not heard back from T mobile. They may be cheap, but every other part of the company is horrible! STAY AWAY! I am serious. Save your sanity and go with ANYONE else but them. read more

I hate going into the stores to deal with phone issues from the bad experiences I've had a sprint. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast & friendly customer service given at this location in particular by sales person Mari. She helped me get in and out quickly and was very knowledgeable about the products I asked about. As far as the store I appreciated how they kept the lines moving and only let a certain amount of people in at a time. Just left this location and I have to say I wasn't impressed at all. When I walked in ( I had my kids with me in the stroller) No one greeted me at all, or even help to open the door for me. There was employees standing around, just looking at me. Finally "David" helped me out, told him I wanted to upgrade. He didn't seem to want to be at work, he wasn't friendly at all, he didn't try to interact with me. Didn't offer me any accessories, or any promotions that they have ( I have done my research and know about the promotions). He was quick at checking me out, since no words were exchanged between us other than how much it was and to see my ID. Once I was done he just gave me my bag and that was it. Didn't even shake my hand,I started to walk to the door and employees were again just standing around. Had to walk around them, and again no one offered to hold the door for me, when though they saw me struggle with it. Now it's good manners to help someone with a stroller to open the door, especially an employee. I'm very disappointed at this location. I will not be returning to this place. Even though this location is out of my way I drive to this store for the exceptional customer service. I've been there several times and I'm lucky Jessica Sánchez has always helped me. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy or overbearing which is a HUGE+ for me. In December i upgraded 2 phones and told her i would be back to purchase my phone with her and i would've been back sooner but with this situation it's been hard. The Sales Rep. named Cesar Gonzalez added random features to my account without my consent after I went in the store to add a line and when I called the store to remove the features they said they couldn't remove the features without me going back to the store so I had to call Customer Service to have them removed and I'll probably have to call back when i get the bill with prorations.
