Wow! Is all I can say. 67 years old. I do not read reviews and have never written a review until now when I walked in and had the pleasure of dealing with Oronde. Bought a Galaxy watch and needed to connect it to my Galaxy phone and earbuds all previously purchased from a different T-Mobile store.No luck at all. Noone was able to pair the phone, watch and earbuds together to make calls etc. After going to two Samsung factory repair centers and three different T-Mobile stores and having a Samsung factory technician all tell me that they could not set it up. I was about to give up after investing at least a week on this nonsense.I walked into 210 Andover Street and had the pleasure of dealing with Oronde.He is extremely knowledgeable,polite,efficient and has an unbelievable manner of explaining complicated technology. The level of service Oronde provides is from a day gone by. Far exceeding any expectations I have for any company or person. I now know why traffic in Malls and retail stores are down. ZERO customer service, ZERO personality, ZERO interest in informing the customer of what's going on. I walked in to Buy a phone, I needed really no help, I knew what I wanted and was paying in full. I walk in to the store and find two young ladies sitting chatting on the desk blaring rap music from a speaker. No greeting, no "May i help you, they just looked annoyed at my presence interrupting their conversation. I greet them with a smile and a good morning, no response, just blank stares. I ask them for the phone I would like to purchase. No acknowledgment, one just got up pulled out her phone and started texting and meandered into the back room to get the phone I asked for, I assumed. She comes back with an Apple phone, I asked for a Samsung, back she went, never once stopping her swiping and testing on her phone. She comes back with the phone and asked for my number to input into the computer. I gave it to her and stood there for the next 25 minutes in total silence while they tic tacked the keys on the computer and scanned the phone about a dozen times. Never once telling me what was happening or how long it would take. They call another store for help, finally, and then ten minutes later they ask me how I would like to pay. I say cash, I was given the price and I handed them almost exact change, they owed me 77 cents back. They then took about five minutes to try and get the cash drawer open and when they did they found they did not have the change to give me. One of them disappeared into the back, I assume to try and find change in the cushions of the office chairs or couch. I just look at the other one and tell them to keep it. Not one other customer was there or walked in while I was there. Thank God! I have no idea how they can manage more than two customers at a time. I knew why this store was empty. Shopping Amazon from now on, its worth waiting the day for delivery. these children they have running these retail stores are going to drive these businesses out of business. I kept my composer and never let on how ridiculous I thought these two were. I left and they hopped back on the counter turned their music up and continued chatting.
