The salesman who sold me a Google Pixel phone was helpful and professional. He would get a five. However, after three months, the speaker went out for no reason. I went in. T-Mobile would only handle the repair if I agreed that I might be on the hook for an additional $700 over the original $400 price. That was absurd, so I tried to take it to Google. After hours on the phone troubleshooting, the technician agreed the speaker was defective. But when I tried to send the phone in for repair, they wanted my credit card with hundreds of dollars risked. Why would I want to risk so much just to repair a clearly defective phone? I decided to handle it myself rather than allow a skrewy company drain me for more. Avoid Google phones and clarify warranty policy with T-Mobile before buying! read more

Slow service, and they have some shady employees that can't SELL accessories so they have to lie and say that they'll give you $80 worth of free accessories, just to simply add the total amount to your EIP (monthly payments). This t-mobile store is a corporate store. When you walk in and deal with them you can tell. Nai The Asst. Store manager was great to work with. Although the problem was not resolved it was still nice to be helped properly. I went to a couple of tmobile stores today and they were horrible in the customer service dept. Worst ever. They wanted to charge $20 for a SIM card exchange (I have a T-Mobile account and got a new phone which required the micro SIM) when you can buy one online for $10 or sometimes get for free (which I did online later). **I created a Yelp account to comment on this store** Came here to get a SIM. Been loyal T-Mobile customer for 10+ years and the store supervisor and manager told me that it'll be $20 for a SIM. I explained my situation to them and asked them to look me on their system. They said even if they did there is nothing they can do. On T-Mobile's site it shows as $10. Why did the store sell it for double the price they list it as?! I refused to 'buy' a SIM since a SIM can't be used for another carrier and I was going to stay with T-Mobile anyways. I got home and called T-Mobile and explained my situation. The rep gave me two options, go to the store and buy the $20 SIM and they would credit my account $20 OR they would ship a SIM to me. I opted to have them ship the SIM to me since I did not want to support THIS T-Mobile store. Don't go to this T-Mobile store (on Crenshaw in Torrance) unless you like to deal with overpriced product and staff who won't help you. The ONE star I gave this store really should be a ZERO. Also, the overweight so-called 'security guard' was busy talking to some girl blocking the door and they both stood there looking at me asking "Can I help you?". Uh yeah, can I get in? read more

So I came in here a year ago to open a new account with them and buy the Iphone 7 plus. Everything was going smooth until I realized they had added into my account without telling me about financing my PHONE CASE and SCREEN GLASS PROTECTOR. This is ridiculous I have a receipt showing of me paying both items in full in a different credit card on the day I opened the account. They fooled me and have been stealing from me obviously. People need to be aware of these situations because they are very friendly, but fool you at the end. I am very disappointed that I had to realized this a YEAR later. Was visiting from out of town. Got 4 phones from this store. Ported my numbers from ATT. They were very helpful and saved me $95 for all four lines. Also hooked up my ipad and help me finance two new phones. I liked the no hidden cost prices and friendly staff. Have two more lines that I will bring over. Beautiful store and friendly staff. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location. After being sent from another T-Mobile store because they were out of the iPhone 7plus 128g, 30 minutes before closing. Brayan M. and David stayed 45 minutes overtime to help me upgrade my phone so I could get the $300 rebate deal. I will say it was my fault for putting it off for so long knowing the offer was there. However, Brayan happily began the process of backing up my 4000+ pictures and 400+ videos. He did not complain and was very helpful with other products while we waited for the transfer. He didn't try to make a bigger sale with other products but recommended those that worked for us and even advised those products that wouldn't work for us. Although this store is a bit out of my way, I will be returning to give more business when my husbands phone is ready for an upgrade. read more

I upgraded my phone to a 10r and expected ALL of my contacts, photos etc. to be transferred to my new phone. Well it did not happen. I lost all my contact, photos, text messages etc. Shawn Brown and Omar Z seemed as if they did not care of the situation!!!!! They said "you need to go to the Apple Store to regain everything" As all of us know our phone is our contact to everything. These two "employees" of T-Mobile were RUDE and brushed me off. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years and I never expected to be treated like this. As of today I am without contacts, photos etc. due to the useless employees at T-Mobile!!!!!! This review is for Bryan Aguayo He has excellent customer service skills. He listened and helped us get what we needed not what was going to get him more sales. He even gave us a call making sure we were using the smart switch app. He kindly offered to help us or to go see him if we had any questions. Who does that now adays ? Only extraordinary people. We had a difficult situation and he helped us fix it!! He even came 30 minutes early before his shift started, since our issue couldn't be fix that day due to company policy. He could have told me to call customer service but he didn't. Because of that I am going back and referring my friends. He sure is an asset to this store and company. He deserves a promotion. Be sure that whatever he tells you he's giving you is in writing with his signature on it. To me he said I will get a free phone for being a loyal customer for over 10 years with T-Mobile. Why do I have to wait 30 mins to just pay a bill. Time for Tmobile to invest in a kiosk.

I have always seen the security guard so it kind of made me feel safer but it really depends which security guard is there because all of them operate differently so to speak. Overall I have to say I have actually had a decent experience whenever I have had to get help on my phone, pay a bill, or just get advice on my account. The staff at the counters, all that I've encountered, have always been very helpful and really go out of their way to assist the customers. Sometimes it is a little bit of a wait but then it is because they are really trying to attend to their customers needs. When it is your turn up in line they are totally focused on your needs, they ask questions to better satisfy you with T-Mobile, and also just try to keep you happy. I am pretty happy with experience I have had. I've gone to other locations but really this is the best I've had to experience, so kudos to this location and to their manager because it is difficult to find customer service nowadays, but this location actually tries hard to attain customer satisfaction as far as I can see. read more

Just recently learned i was paying $300+ for our phone plans(4 phones) that nearly choked me when I first heard. So this ate me up so much inside that I decided to research other phone carriers and what they charged. After some studying and talk with family and friends, led me to really take a look at T-Mobile. So my wife and I walked in here to have a discussion, to have them really explain all the x's and o's. Upon arriving we met with an associate (Jasmin) who took her time and explained in detail of what plan we would need, the costs of various plans, and the process of switching over(early termination fees). After maybe an hour of Jasmin patiently explaining to us, my wife and I felt that we should switch over to T-mobile where we would be saving more $$ and with new phones. You know which ones we want!!!!! The new new iPhones!!!! Problem was we knew there was a wait or you had to order the new iPhones, but wait a min, Jasmin did some magic and lo and behold (tadow) had the phones and in GOLD!!!! My family couldn't be so happy at the moment. So now I have a new plan thats saving me $$$ and flossing with my Gold iPhone!!!! Thank you Jasmin!!!! read more

Porsha the manager at this store is Inmature, Rude and Unprofessional. I will NEVER go to this store ever again even if it is down the street from my house. After the issues with the PCH store we decided since our contract ended, to try getting the Galaxy II again from this location. The price was more up front and everything looked great. My partner took the bus and waited for me to arrive from work, but he had us on the list. When they finally got to us, we were informed they only had one. Partially our fault, my partner should have asked up front when he was waiting if they had two in stock. What got me was the lack of knowledge of the staff here? We asked when will you get some more in? They said they did not know. Having been in retail I know there is a stock day so I asked when stock day is and they said they did not know. How do you work retail and not know stock day. This pushed us to Verizon where they had the Galeaxy III for less and we got more, cover and screen protectors, ear piece, and car charger. I just created this account to post a review about this store. I've been a customer for years now and always use to get good service from one of the female reps . Cant remember her name , went in to the store today to make a payment on a line I use to have with T-Mobile and the store was empty just the reps where there. Was asked how can help you by a female rep I told her I wanted to make payment but didn't remember the phone number since I only was able to use it for a week. Told her if she could pull my information with my name or address. She then said without the phone number I can't help you. I explain to her that I only used it for a week and that was over a month ago and wanted to pay my bill. She kept saying to me with an attitude that she can't do nothing without a phone number. That's when another rep (male) came and stood next to her and was starring at us not in bad way. Another rep was behind her and didn't say anything just started at us. That made my husband so mad that she refused to help us without the phone number and the way the other reps just stared. It made me feel so mad and embarrassed that I was just being stared at. The way that rep talked to us and kept repeating the same thing as if I was stupid. I left and was able to pay my bill by calling customer service. I just don't understand if a customer is going to the store to pay their bill why aren't reps making it easier for them to pay instead of making them feel bad. I am sooo glad I no longer have T-Mobile! !!! DONT GO TO THIS STORE IN CRENSHAW BLVD IN TORRANCE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!! I will never go back ever again! !
